We ate at both the restaurant and the pizzeria at this little place. I have to say, fortunately, these places still exist. Pleasant atmosphere, excellent, high-quality food, and very friendly staff, right from the phone call to make a reservation. The price was more than fair. Definitely worth returning to try many other specialties. Thank you.

In a small town with two restaurants, a bar, and a bakery with a small shop next door. Of course, their opening hours seem absurd for a local. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. Reservations are required because it's small.

08/08/2026: Fantastic experience at Carmen Food Lab! The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and made up of many young, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic people. The atmosphere is truly beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail and impeccably clean, making the experience even more enjoyable. The wine cellar also deserves a special mention: they offer a wide selection of wines that are ideal for pairing with every dish on the menu. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
