Hidden gem with the kindest staff. Customer service was outstanding! Great breakfast, espresso machine, beautiful garden to enjoy and lovely patios. We stayed during Easter weekend and couldn’t have been happier!

We had a truly perfect stay at the Best Western Hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it! The staff were consistently incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and fresh – a perfect start to the day. The location is also fantastic: central and ideally situated, making it easy to reach everything. The parking situation is particularly convenient – ​​there are plenty of parking spaces available both at the hotel and right in front. For me, it's a clear 5 out of 5 stars!

We stayed at the Hotel Aria in Sirmione and had a truly pleasant experience. The exterior is well-maintained and well-maintained, surrounded by greenery, which gives a feeling of tranquility and relaxation from the moment we arrive. It's clear they're still working on some parts, but overall the visual impact is already very positive and promising. The rooms are one of the hotel's strong points: new, modern, extremely clean, and well-organized. Welcoming spaces with attention to detail make you feel immediately at ease. The breakfast was rich, varied, and high-quality. In particular, on the day of our arrival, the atmosphere was truly harmonious, delicate, and pleasant. Special thanks to Denise P., the receptionist, whose kindness, friendliness, and cordiality made everything even more beautiful, welcoming us with great professionalism and warmth. If I could offer a small suggestion, it's about the scent in the breakfast area and lobby: likely related to the cleaning products used, it's a bit strong and less in keeping with the welcoming atmosphere that the rest of the property conveys so well. Overall, however, a truly positive stay. A place I recommend and would gladly return to.

Professional management and a strategic location. The reception staff are helpful and always ready to answer any questions. A special compliment to Kristina at the breakfast service; her positivity, helpfulness, and professionalism alone make it worth staying here. Well done everyone, and I've seen many hotels in my 35 years of traveling.
