01/08/2024: Primary concern, and source of the poor rating was the prevalence of flies at our table. Very irritating having them constantly land on my plate and arms/legs. Nearby tables were full of them crawling over them. Waiters were nice. When we entered an older manager at the bar was staring at us uncomfortably until our orders were taken. Espresso was nice, so was the fresh orange juice and Hugo spritz. However it’s hard to recommend dining here when the cleanliness is drawn into question.

15/06/2024: Siamo stati in questa osteria attratti dalle recensioni. Locale carino, caratteristico con mattoni a vista. Per quanto riguarda la cucina avevamo aspettative migliori ma abbiamo trovato sì buono ma nella media di un ristorante che propone delle tipicità bergamasche.

20/08/2024: Today, we enjoyed an excellent lunch: a first course with well-purged clams and a second course of turkey strips with a delicious balsamic vinegar reduction. We have rediscovered the flavors of genuine cuisine.

15/07/2024: Having read the reviews, perhaps I happened upon the moment when the chef who cooked for all of you was not in the kitchen, I have worked in catering for 19 years and I can allow myself to say that the chef that evening had no experience. Terrible pizza, grossly seasoned and rubbery, the large fried fish at Nerone, absolutely poor in product and cooking. For us it's a no. Good for you if you enjoyed good food. For the rest, good atmosphere and welcome. I often give my compliments to chefs who deserve it, unfortunately not here.

16/07/2024: I organized my brother's graduation party at this venue on Saturday 13/07, booking a few months and agreeing everything, but still there were some "surprises". Nothing can be said about the location, the place (both inside and outside) is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and there is enough space for 80 people like we were on Saturday. The service and management of the event, however, were not very precise. It was a buffet aperitif on a central table from which to serve yourself plus a risotto at the table. It would have been great to have plates and glasses on that table, but they were placed on the set tables and it was a little awkward. The food, which included pizzas, focaccias, panzerotti etc. it was good except for the risotto served at the table, which was overcooked. For drinks we had agreed on jugs of drinks, every time we asked for one or more, whoever prepared them seemed annoyed. In the afternoon, we had agreed with the owner a 10% discount on €35 per person. Upon payment, after having spent more than €35/person, this discount was no longer offered to us and we were told by the owner that "the 10% had only been said just to say" and that it was not to be considered - which in our opinion absurd, considering that we had talked about it that same afternoon. Furthermore, the owner, again, did not want to give us the leftover cake, paid for by us, because according to him we were unable to take it home. After a bit of insistence, it was given to us, but probably he wanted to keep it? Would I go back again? I don't think so, in the end almost everything went well, but there were these little things that made us consider the managers of the place as dishonest and not very professional and transparent.

18/07/2024: Good morning Marco, I refer to my wife Silvia's review and your response. We also selected you because you accept animals, so I don't understand your comment. We had a good afternoon, me in particular chatting with you, and the dinner was very good with great advice from you. As for the penguin, we all know that without the hole for the expulsion of air the efficiency is very poor as the heat you throw out comes back inside through the window which you necessarily have to leave open. You can't answer the old farmhouses are like this or worse use the curtain to seal the penguin tube. That room is not for four people, at least in the summer, in the mezzanine it was impossible to stay in fact one daughter sleeping with us puts the other on the floor. Answering go to a 5 star hotel is a low level answer. Customers must be listened to and respected and criticism must be accepted. I recommend you try sleeping in the loft for a night so you'll understand.

13/07/2024: Visited several times for lunch. Simple and light cuisine, fast service. The entrance takes place through the bar frequented by "historic" customers, passing through a vestibule you enter the large room.

02/08/2024: Mai più primo quasi sufficiente secondi vergognosi carne sia manzo che vitello dure e legnose dolce tiramisù ormai stantio. Salvo solo il vino roncherone tra dei frati.

22/08/2024: Siamo stati qui per un aperitivo. Inizialmente avevo qualche perplessità dato che la loro attività è incentrata soprattutto sul vino e io non lo amo ma ho dovuto ricredermi. Per €9,90 a testa ci hanno portato due spritz (decisamente abbondanti) e un tagliere con prodotti buoni e vari. Luogo decisamente approvato e consigliato per gli aperitivi!

22/06/2024: I pass this restaurant regularly and it always seems busy, so I thought I’d give it a try. One of the worst pizzas I have eaten, frozen supermarket pizzas are so much better!
