Bar right in the city center, with a few seats outside. It's a modern and bright place, but as soon as we entered, we were immediately "assaulted" by the
waiter, who asked if we wanted to sit or go to the counter—a bit excessive, in short, we hadn't even come in!
After that, I noticed a lack of cleanliness and order right from the counter, plus the coffee was truly awful at 1.30. Luckily, I didn't get a croissant, otherwise I'd have had to take out a mortgage. I understand we're downtown, but still, I expect at least some quality and perfect service.
Parking is very difficult, as it's pay-and-display.

Lovely gran coffee bar in the center of Bergamo. Opens at 7am which all good coffee bars should, although 6am would be better lol! It has a 3.6 rating on here as of when I'm writing this. Don't let this put you off as it's way better than that. The staff were fine and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Nice pastries and good coffee.

A very atmospheric café, with delicious, high-quality coffee, friendly service, and a charming, green setting nestled in the beautiful architecture of lower Bergamo. It's worth taking a stroll to admire the old town and its monuments. It's very safe, and a street with a market runs alongside the café, where you can buy regional delicacies, clothes, and more during the week. I recommend the fruit and vegetable market, which is full of regional fruits and vegetables, such as dried tomatoes, mangoes, oranges, and, of course, pasta. You can also meet musicians in the area; I came across a saxophone concert... beautiful pieces.

Balzer in Bergamo was recommended to us, so we decided to try the desserts.
They were truly delicious, although the prices are quite high – we've had equally delicious, but much cheaper, sweets elsewhere.
There was no room available, so we decided to take the sweets to go.
