19/05/2024: Pessima esperienza! Cameriere maleducate e senza alcuna attenzione al cliente! Chiedo gentilmente una brioche al cacao sottolineo che assolutamente non contenga nutella data la mia allergia alle nocciole. Mi arriva una brioche al cioccolato con sopra crema (ovviamente nutella) coperta da gocce di cioccolato, dico alla cameriera che ho espressamente chiesto una brioche al cacao e non alla nutella, lei chiede ad una sua collega e poi mi restituisce la stessa brioche dicendomi questa non ha nutella! a quel punto la apro a metà e chiedo a mio marito di assaggiare la crema che era ovviamente visibile essere alle nocciole e mi conferma che è come pensavo. Vado al bancone dicendo che avevo chiesto una brioche al cacao ma non sono stata ascoltata , hanno farfugliato qualcosa tra di loro e nulla!. Alla cassa pensavo mi stornassero la brioche ovviamente non consumata e invece me l’hanno fatta pagare. Sono stata in silenzio esclusivamente per non far polemica davanti ai miei figli. Ma davvero una vergogna! Si vede subito quando qualcuno svolge il proprio lavoro di malavoglia ed è veramente un peccato.

25/07/2024: The couple was super nice and friendly, and the cappuccino the best we have had in Italy. They didn't speak a lot of English but we understood eachother anyway. She even complimented my hat 🤠 this is on our come-back-to list!

26/07/2024: Stumbled upon this by chance, welcoming place, ample parking, excellent food! We had a Bergamo appetizer, a plate of foiade with mushrooms and a plate of Bergamo casoncelli, two desserts! Fast and friendly staff... must try!

23/08/2024: Location carina per quanto attiene il piccolo zoo da visitare coi bambini, ma non consiglio di fermarsi al ristorante perché il rapporto prezzi/qualità è molto alto, almeno del 20/25%, vedi scontrino allegato.

13/08/2024: Una struttura a perdita d'occhio con moltissimi animali ben tenuti. Offre una moltitudine di attività sia per piccoli che per adulti. Cortesia del personale è un ristorante con piatti tipici ed abbondanti a prezzi onesti

12/05/2024: Bellissima location nella piazza principale fronte lago. Personale gentilissimo. Servizio veloce. Prezzi da menu turistico quindi contenuti. Purtroppo la qualità delle portate non è all’altezza. Consigliato a chi cerca un menù turistico. Sconsigliato se si è alla ricerca della qualità.

01/03/2024: Il locale si trova nel borgo storico di Calepio, location particolare sembra un bunker, parcheggio in zona pubblico. Abbiamo la pizza, sottile e croccante, non male ma non la pizza stile napoletana, ottimo conto.

27/07/2024: The food was good but very slow in bringing the food even though there were only 10 tables occupied out of around 30 in total, orders were also wrong. . 🤔 A little disappointed 😞

22/08/2024: I stayed one night with my partner because we were returning to QC TERME (so the night was not planned). We enter and ask for the room. Yes booking I see it at 94 euros with breakfast. At reception I was offered the cheapest standard one at 100 euros with breakfast. For a few euros I'm not even going to say anything. Terrible second floor room!!! Very old! Head of the bed that seems to come off at any moment, doors that don't close completely so light comes in all night (full of cobwebs), 50's bathroom (I had never seen the knobs attached to the wall in the shower). Power socket used for the fan... It was impossible for me to close the door while my partner managed but there is still a 5 cm gap open at the bottom left. The terrible breakfast. The night before I stayed in a two star hotel nearby spending 80 euros with breakfast with much newer, cleaner rooms and a stellar breakfast. The reception is new but don't be fooled by that.

18/08/2024: We were surprised when we arrived in our room: dilapidated despite the very modern photos on various reservation sites and that of the hotel. The reception and the 1st floor have been renovated, but not the 2nd. On top of that, the bedroom door didn't close properly. Bathroom of a decent size but very impractical, no place to put your belongings and little light. The shower was very small. No air conditioning, no fan provided. Our room overlooked the street so we couldn't sleep with the windows open and got very hot. The parking lot is very small, there are only a few places to park. Positive points: - Despite its very dated style, the room was clean. - The location next to the thermal baths, very pleasant setting. - The pastry shop offers good cakes. Fine for one night, but no more.

28/07/2024: Piatti unti e riscaldati con prezzi da Milano centro! Fritto con olio ultra utilizzato e pesante e verdure grigliate fredde da frigo e con acqua sul piatto. Non ultimo il conto....altissimo!!
