02/04/2024: The place looks nice and the staff was friendly but the food was terrible and we got food poisoning.

09/08/2024: Ci siamo stati su suggerimento di un'amica che ringrazio vivamente. Siamo venuti oggi a pranzo abbiamo preso un risotto semplicemente strepitoso e un piatto di gnocchi buonissimo, due secondi di baccalà mantecato delicatissimo. Per finire abbiamo preso tre assagini di formaggi meravigliosi e due dolci davvero buon.Personale perfetto, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Location molto molto bella. Ci siamo ripromessi di tornare per assaggiare il resto dei formaggi accompagnati dalle marmellatine deliziose. A Bergamo consigliatissimo. Prezzo giustissimo. Grazie.

24/07/2024: Tutto magnifico, dall'accoglienza al servizio, dalla location alla qualità, dalla simpatia alla disponibilità. Attenzione però NON è per tutte le tasche ma solo per chi se lo può permettere. Noi avremmo potuto però per una volta si può fare e siamo rimasti super contenti.

25/08/2024: Stopped by la Città Alta for a Sunday Afternoon walk and took a rest for lunch. We had the ravioli and carbonara and both were very delicious. Friendly, Attentive staff. There was also a little show in the square which made for a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

12/08/2024: Very busy, right in front of the old piazza. In Summer, sit outdoors, because there's no AC. They have a multilingual staff; we heard at least 5 different languages. Day husband and I had the bergamesco typical ravioli and carbonara, all delicious. They bring you all the water you need and have a large menu ready for wines, in a tablet.

09/08/2024: Like everyone in the chain they are lentini. A little disorganized in the service here. They don't have a system to call back orders and they call. But we know that people are lost and don't know what number they have. It didn't really satisfy me. The location is really nice. Large well furnished. The children's space could also be eliminated

19/07/2024: You can't change the ingredients of my piadina without asking me first... the girl at the cash register is good but in the kitchen they decided what I should eat!!!

04/07/2024: Ottime pinse ad alta digeribilità, ingredienti selezionati. Gentili e attenti alle necessità dei clienti. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto i prezzi sono un po' alti, la posizione del ristorante è strategica quindi posso comprenderne il motivo.

01/07/2024: Good food, well prepared and well plated, courteous and fast service in a well furnished and very welcoming place. The vintage telephone behind the cashier is beautiful, be careful to check the bill for us and an oversight occurred for which we were paying 70 euros more. A place is also judged by the cleanliness of the toilets and these were perfectly clean.

09/08/2024: Village pizzeria but I always go there after work you can eat on site super friendly staff with lots of great guys who work there the owners are professional and very kind a calzone that I highly recommend Lucas calzone delicious 🤤

21/07/2024: My partner and I went here on a Saturday evening. The place wasn't full and they seated us right away. We ordered a margherita and a seafood tasting which…we will never know if they were good or not because after an hour and a half of waiting and several reminders (we were told that our order sheet had been lost among other things ) we left without having dinner. A mistake can happen to anyone, but we must try to remedy it and at least apologize for the mix-up. When we got up from the table, visibly impatient, we were told that we could easily leave. In the series, there is a remedy for everything, obviously not rudeness!!

21/08/2024: A little far from the center, therefore less crowded. Excellent for enjoying cured meats and cheeses after a nice walk in the surrounding area. Advised

23/06/2024: 4 puff pastries + 2 chocolate pastries 14.50, weighing 238 grams... all things considered 60 euros per kilo!!! We also got 6 cannoncini for 9 euros, so almost 24 euros for 12 pastas... after paying we came back thinking there was a mistake in the bill, we asked to check but the shop assistant said that the amounts were correct. Either the sales assistant didn't want to admit the mistake or the price is really too high. (for the cap, coffee, croissants and water prices are normal). Nothing to say about the quality,

10/07/2024: We went for a business lunch, it's not bad, I honored myself with pasta and steak, the quality was good

15/08/2024: Not a positive experience! Long waiting times around two hours for two pizzas! Not very nice place setting, the cooking of the pizza itself also needs to be reviewed but good quality ingredients! Reservation about two days before without any reservation on the table!

20/11/2023: I ate the casoncelli which tasted exclusively of oil and nothing else. And the scallop was drowned in white wine. Very slow and imprecise service even though there were 10 people. Surreal price and quality for what I "ate". I don't recommend it.
