06/04/2024: Super recommended for eating Bergamo cuisine in a quiet and familiar place!
29/03/2024: I have been going back there for more than forty years to eat the same things, the casoncelli, the rabbit with rosemary, the polenta (which is no longer as good as I remembered). Bathrooms could be improved, an extra star for the bottle of Valcalepio which can still be ordered for fifteen euros. One of the few real places left in the Upper Town.

01/04/2024: Go here if you want a genuine Italian meal with no fuss. This is an easy going simple place but with great traditional food. There's one single set menu for the day for €30 per person. There's not too much English spoken but everything runs smoothly anyway. I would come back anytime! I somehow feel like there are several bad reviews of this place from Americans thinking Italian food is something else.
