04/05/2025: Oggi inviato per una ricorrenza ci invitano a festeggiare in questo locale che non conoscevo prima di oggi. Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene perché i due primi non corrispondevano a quanto scelto. Il risotto e' arrivato dopo circa un ora dal piattino di antipasti ed era bollito anziché essere un risotto al formaggio e bresaola, il secondo primo era insapore e non si sentiva assolutamente il ragù d anatra, tra l altro e stato portare dopo altri 30 minuti di attesa e non era nemmeno caldo. Dopo altra lunga attesa e arrivato quello che doveva essere un brasato ma la carne era immangiabile perché nervosa, dura e poco cotta. L unica cosa mangiabile sono stati gli antipasti di affettati. Non credo mi recherò ancora in questo agriturismo perché e stata una pessima esperienza. Spiace molto per i nostri amici che stavano festeggiando la comunione di loro figlio e l improvvisazione culinaria cui siamo stati sottoposti ha guastato il bel momento

11/11/2025: Total disappointment Saturday night. I booked for 4 and we arrived...totally empty. It was 7:30 pm, aperitif.... 2 slices of cold cuts, we asked for more.... everything cold... plus they were cleaning, which in fact we asked if they were going to close!! No no, we close at 9 pm........ there were 4 of us....everything empty!!! I felt sorry for the friends we had invited!!! Oh well, that's how it went!!!!

27/11/2025: An hour and a half of waiting for a pizza, which arrived burned and incorrect. The waiters got every order wrong and didn't even know what ingredients were on the plates. The owner splits his time between making pizzas and running the cash register, all without even a whiff of a cap or washing his hands. When you point out all the problems of the evening at the cash register, he'll be ready to regale you with words like a good salesman, but not even a discount for the mix-up, much less an apology.

05/12/2025: After several years away, I returned to the Nazionale Cafè on the Sentierone and found the new management truly excellent, attentive to their customers and capable of offering impeccable service. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and available to satisfy any need. The bartender is truly knowledgeable, and this is immediately evident: I tried several drinks—Americano, Manhattan, Old Fashioned, and Moscow Mule—all prepared to perfection and with great care. In addition to aperitifs, the venue also offers lunch and dinner with hot dishes, an added bonus that makes the experience even more complete. The outdoor patio with heat lamps is also very pleasant, ideal for enjoying a drink in complete tranquility even on the coolest or winter days. A truly positive return: highly recommended!

10/10/2025: Walter's pizza is excellent, and well worth a try. It's well-leavened and easy to digest, as well as delicious. It's the best in the Valley. Unfortunately, since it's a small place, you can't reserve, but if you do, it's worth the wait. Try it.

15/08/2025: I'm giving it 5 stars because I can't give more. I came with my parents for a family dinner on August 15th, and I have to say everything was delicious. I recommend the seafood pizza—I've never had anything so good, it's truly worth it. The waiters are incredibly kind and smiling (despite the hard work they have to do). My compliments for their determination, and kudos to the pizza chef and everyone in the kitchen—they have golden hands. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves seafood like me.

15/08/2025: FERRAGOSTO LUNCH Poor service, an hour's wait for each course, despite the dining room being 50% full, the staff were poorly trained; excessive attention to regular customers and almost nonexistent for those like us who are new to the place... The expectations set by other reviews were dashed, the food was subpar, we won't be returning.

01/10/2025: I went to Pastimbaldo for a business lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the staff friendly and very quick with their service, a crucial quality when you're short on time during a lunch break. I started with the vegetarian meatballs with baked potatoes: a simple dish but prepared with great care. The meatballs were soft, flavorful, and well-seasoned, while the potatoes were cooked to perfection, golden on the outside and soft on the inside. For first courses, I tried two house specialties. The spaghetti cacio e pepe was creamy, with just the right balance between the saltiness of the pecorino and the bold note of the pepper, a traditional dish masterfully executed. The real surprise, however, was the pasta alla Pastimbaldo, an original and rich combination of ragù, cream, and pesto: three elements that together create a unique, enveloping, and surprisingly harmonious flavor. A dish that alone is worth the visit. Excellent value, generous portions, and fresh ingredients that truly make the difference. A perfect place for both a business lunch and a more relaxed break in good company. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well without sacrificing speedy service.

The first thing that struck us was that they didn't let us choose our table and we were positioned in a corner (no one was on the terrace). Secondly, the other customers were given a menu, whereas we had a QR code. The waiters and managers didn't dare imagine that we understood Italian. Thirdly, the service... We watched the waiters while waiting for them to come and take our order, but nothing was wrong, so we ordered a platter of cold cuts when a waiter bothered to serve us. After eating, we waited for a waiter to come. We had chosen our desserts. No one came, so we left. Too bad the restaurant looked elegant; the service reminded us of a high school cafeteria. To all the French, I think this restaurant might not be for us. An awkward situation. (Despite all this, the charcuterie board was good), but it wasn't enough to make us come back. We went to the old town to finish our evening in a more welcoming restaurant...

09/06/2025: Purtroppo questa volta non sono stata molto soddisfatta. Il cibo è ottimo e il servizio pure. È successo anche altre volte che l' ambiente fosse eccessivamente freddo ma stavolta forse un po' troppo. Una persona è stata male per colpa dell' aria condizionata. Ho fatto notare più volte quanto sia sgradevole mangiare col freddo, mi è stato detto che il titolare vuole questo...dovrebbe ascoltare i clienti. 26° è una temperatura ideale e non fa star male né quando si entra men che meno quando si esce e fuori ce ne sono 34 e oltre...

21/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questa tenuta per la seconda volta. La proposta estiva di Gurmantico è stata apprezzata. Molto buona la qualità delle materie prime. Piatti estivi con ingredienti semplici, ma sapientemente utilizzati (anche a livello tecnico) per presentazioni curate e molto apprezzate. Il personale preparato e molto cordiale. Location bellissima. Consigliato.

20/07/2025: Bella location, ottima accoglienza tipica da location per matrimoni, aperitivo offerto in cantina, giro per illustrare i prodotti ( tutto finalizzato alla vendita), il ristorante si sviluppa sia in orizzontale che in verticale , abbiamo cenato al secondo piano , terrazza esterna coperta carina, nota dolente il menù, piatti singoli molto cari 25 euro cadauno, menù degustazione con prezzi più ridotti ed ovviamente fatti per far sì che si opzioni quelli, il menù scelto è quello del mese, piatti che sembrano già pronti tipicamente da matrimonio, qualità bassa. Carta dei vini limitati, puntano sulla scelta legata alla loro produzione. Esperienza deludente e posto non consigliato se si vuole mangiare bene.
