The ambiance is meticulously crafted and the service is attentive.
The cuisine is excellent, complemented by a refined wine selection.
The evening is enlivened by music and karaoke, creating an engaging and unique atmosphere. A true destination for those seeking taste, style, and fun!
18/01/2026: Extremely disappointing experience. A completely unremarkable evening, lacking anything that made it enjoyable or memorable.
The food was of extremely low quality, far from any acceptable standard: bland flavors, mediocre ingredients, and no attention to detail in preparation.
The plating was horrendous, sloppy, and felt more like a canteen than a place that claims to offer an experience.
The staff was beyond description: no attention to the customer, no courtesy, no interest in ensuring even a minimum level of service. We felt ignored from start to finish.
Overall, a place that doesn't justify the time or money spent. Absolutely not recommended.

08/06/2026: I advise anyone who orders the club sandwich to be careful, as there's a risk of breaking your teeth. I found speck bones in four slices of cured meat. The waiters were also incredibly friendly.

26/05/2026: Very dirty, food left with flies on it and trays left out in the open. I recommend having a hygiene inspection done as is done to all restaurateurs regardless of their nationality. Horrible.
08/02/2026: The welcome was terrible, the pizza was undercooked, the wait was long, the bathroom smelled terrible, a bad experience, I won't be back.

30/05/2026: The ingredients are of VERY POOR quality; for the price, you'd expect much more. The toast is DRY, and the prices are incredibly high. I never write such negative reviews, but I think it's appropriate to warn against consuming from this establishment.
03/05/2026: Just because 0 can't be used. I ordered two toasted sandwiches, which arrived quickly and were filled with rancid ham. I went back to the cashier who arrogantly said she'd been working there for 10 years and almost refused to make them again. On the second round, the ham was almost rancid. I'll never go there again!

I tried Madagascar vanilla and Raffaello, not bad :)
28/09/2025: Ordered through Deliveroo.
Delivery was missing products, the delivery driver claims they haven't received anything else from the ice cream shop.
I've tried contacting them several times, but they don't answer or call back!
Zero professionalism, when you make a mistake, you have to fix it!
I at least asked Deliveroo for a refund, which they gave me as app credit... credit I don't really care about.
Amid all this, the ice cream (the only thing delivered) isn't even particularly good.
First and last time!!

10/05/2026: The place is also popular with students from the surrounding schools and the university. Good drinks (coffee, herbal teas). The croissants—in my opinion—were very generous. The staff were extremely friendly. The atmosphere is simple, with the option of sitting outside.
