21/09/2025: We celebrated my parents' wedding anniversary, and I have to commend all the restaurant staff for their kindness, their willingness to take care of every detail, and their attention to detail.
Every dish was exquisite, especially the paccheri with clams.

You immediately notice the service, which is helpful and friendly. The dishes are all delicious: rich in flavor, delicate, and the chef's attention to detail is evident. I highly recommend the pizzoccheri and risotto, an explosion of flavor from the first bite.
The desserts are spectacular: everything on the menu is a taste experience, with remarkable recipes and commendable precision.
It's worth at least one evening for every tourist passing through Bormio.

25/10/2025: Set lunch menu: the best Valtellina cuisine I've ever tasted! It exceeded every expectation, from appetizers to dessert (the crème brûlée was exceptional!). Authentic ingredients, generous portions, and service always accompanied by a smile and great kindness. Stunning location, nestled among the chestnut trees of Val Gerola. Lacks spices in most of the food but that's Italian cuisine.
The price is a steal.
04/10/2025: Yes, the Zöbia Bar has become our regular haunt. Whenever we spend our stay in Sirmione, it's a must for us to eat at the Zöbia Bar and end the evening.
The food is excellent, the wine is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the cuisine is top-notch—there's nothing more to say.
We love coming back here every year...

24/08/2025: We've had a great time here in June 2025. Vibe is welcoming and authentic, quite bohemian, prices decent and with unexpectedly good tapas style snacks (on the house). Staff was very nice, quick and polite. We arrived before lunch hours so without a reservation. During lunch people come and go, it gets very busy. There appeared to be a lot of regular guests, which is telling of quality. Only minus is very small and old school toilet.

Quality of the pasta is amazing. It is done daily at the restaurant run by a cute couple.
Recommended for the best pasta experience.
There is no menu as the items vary by day and by week.
