Excellent meat and attentive and helpful staff.

It was a truly fantastic experience, I will shout out four 20s to anyone who asks me that this restaurant is the absolute best place to eat meat. Excellent service, very elegant venue, exquisite staff and the chef is truly a passionate lover of the quality treatment of meat. He manages to enhance a raw material that is already excellent in itself with unique and particular processes. Absolutely from today my only reference for meat.

Excellent meat restaurant in Peschiera Borromeo, quick service, prices appropriate to the exceptional quality and variety of the meat.

Restaurant 30 minutes by taxi from the center of Milan but surprisingly. Reservation is absolutely essential. The restaurant is located in a seemingly deserted area, but once you enter, you are greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At the entrance, awards such as the BEST101 Steakhouse and awards from the Michelin guide are displayed. Inside, you can admire an open kitchen where steaks are prepared before your eyes and a large wine cellar next to it. Dinner takes place in an elegant and charming space, with soft lighting reminiscent of luxury steakhouses abroad. The owner, Riccardo, is an expert on grazing and offers a large selection of delicacies that can only be enjoyed here, including meat of the highest quality. The restaurant has obtained the prestigious recognition from the Michelin Guide for 4 consecutive years starting from 2021, and won the title of BEST STEAKHOUSE IN THE WORLD in 2022 and 2023, for two consecutive years. The steaks are grilled to perfection and served thinly sliced, with the juice dripping off and combining with the hydration of the meat for a unique flavour. The presentation of the dishes, including their arrangement, is unique and charming, making the dining experience even more memorable.

Tornato a cenare in questo rinomato ristorante di Peschiera Borromeo in cui la carne di alta qualità la fa da padrona! Gustati gli squisiti fagottini con ragù bianco di scottona e mandorle tritate, leggermente gratinati al forno con crema di zafferano (voto dieci) ed il filetto “elcano” con pepe ed olio di sesamo (voto dieci e lode)… superlativo! Per chiudere in bellezza quale dessert mi sono deliziato con il cremoso al pistacchio e cioccolato bianco, una goduria! Ambiente elegante, staff super professionale e cortese, cibo ottimo nel gusto e nella presentazione. Con coperto, un litro d’acqua gasata ed un calice di bonarda si sono spesi 59,50 euro a testa. Top!

Beh il nome è troppo attrattivo . Se siamo così originali con linsegna che cosa mi riserverà tutto il resto ?? In effetti tutto il pacchetto (menu servizio presentazione) mantiene abbastanza bene le premesse . Personalmente ritengo però che servire la carne già ‘affettata’ sia una buona intenzione ma alla fine là si mangia fredda … Nagato il massimo punteggio perché il prezzo sfora di circa il 15%
