24/06/2025: Good food nothing to say.. "company policy" sucks! In short, today I go to this place for lunch.. I wanted to sit outside.. but I was told that it was not possible.. two minutes later some tourists arrive and he made them sit outside! Moral of the story.. this is discrimination! I reported it to the owner.. and with arrogance he replied to me in the exact words: I'll buy you lunch and get the hell out! But I proudly asked for the bill to pay! Humility.. zero!

08/06/2025: A place lost in an industrial context but which has managed to create a pleasant environment externally. A collegial pizza party of about eighty people which was excellently managed by the restaurant with truly commendable service times (I was even able to appreciate waiters who went to the diner who was greeting other tables so as not to leave anyone behind 👏🏻). It is commendable that the website has a menu with prices (transparency that not everyone has). Pizza of the "fino" type, not too stuffed, cooked to perfection (mine did not have any burns), small but good dessert (cheesecake for me), medium beer and coffee. All for €20 per person.

24/06/2025: Intimate and welcoming place, seasonal menu. Great for a couple or family dinner! I recommend the meat, it's now a tradition for me to split a tomahawk with my partner when she joins me in Italy and we go out for dinner.

19/06/2025: Characteristic and welcoming place, perfect for an autumn lunch or dinner. We tried the truffle menu (it was October): good, but overall nothing unforgettable. Nice atmosphere though!

11/03/2025: Trattoria Verolese DOC! If you want to taste typical Brescian cuisine, you are in the right port! Fast, friendly and top food!! The fried cake, needless to say, is a must eat! I also recommend business lunches, with various dishes to choose from.

02/03/2025: Typical trattoria in the lower Brescia area, the fried gnocco and the really good, quality cured meats. Penne with salmì too sweet for my tastes. Very good cut.

20/06/2025: After more than 20 years I returned to Mistura Fina… and I immediately regretted it took me so long! A historic place, with a typical and rustic atmosphere, but with a truly surprising quality of raw materials. The homemade pink sauce is simply unique: creamy, tasty, unmistakable. The choice of bruschetta is wide and tasty, all with attention to detail and generous portions. A note of merit also for the schiacciata, prepared by hand and with a taste that is difficult to forget. A sincere place, which focuses on quality and true flavor. I will return very soon. Must try!

19/01/2025: A Opera un’istituzione! Una dei pochi negozi storici rimasti ... e un motivo sempre c’è ! I pasticcini sono deliziosi, le mitiche “fiammette” al latte ( le mie preferite ) con biscotto oppure quelle fondenti, le intramontabili “ chiavi di violino “ poi i cannoncini e biscottini vari oppure i piccoli “ ventagli “ è sempre un piacere fare una piccola pausa con queste delizie. Complimenti.
