25/07/2025: The typical small-town Italian restaurant/restaurant owner, but one that tries to appear a little trendy. The atmosphere is sterile, not a single painting, the table setting is limited to cutlery rests, and the waiter, wearing a T-shirt under his shirt, is clearly annoyed if you ask a question or are hesitant about what to order, and throws his notebook on the next table. Not a smile, not even a half-smile. The food is okay, but nothing special. They should put fewer mixed leaves and flowers on the food and instead put more heart into what they do!

16/09/2025: I went here for the first time with a friend for dinner. The place itself is very nice, the staff is nice and friendly. Let's talk about the food for a moment: I personally had the truffled tagliolini with shrimp tartare 🍤 where the tartare was practically nonexistent and the tagliolini were rather al dente and bland. This dish definitely deserves a second try. While the fish and meat dishes are truly exceptional, I absolutely recommend those! I'll be back to give a second review, which may be better or worse. In any case, I recommend booking 👍

19/06/2025: The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The prices are fair and affordable, considering the high quality of the dishes. The staff were very kind, attentive and very professional. A truly enjoyable experience – I will definitely be back! Highly recommended! 🍝✨

27/08/2025: A very characteristic farmhouse above Teglio. A very relaxing, relatively rustic atmosphere, surrounded by greenery (and cool!). A typical local fixed menu, with some of the best sciatt I've ever eaten. The pizzoccheri were FANTASTIC, the best in my opinion. Even though the portions were already generous, we were asked if we wanted more, which we accepted. In the end, we took them home 😊. Theoretically, there would have been meat (ribs and/or roast), but we were already full. We finished with the house dessert and coffee for a very reasonable price (plus the cured meats appetizer, not mentioned above, as it's standard). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... We'll be back!

21/07/2025: We went to A Lumia in Brescia for the first time. I'd been wanting to try it for a while, but for one reason or another, I'd never gotten around to it. Today we finally went. We were curious to try the panelle, but unfortunately they weren't available, nor were any other items on the menu. We opted for a caponata, which turned out to be very good, and three arancini. Unfortunately, the rice was completely overcooked; the grain had turned into a sort of cream. The cheese inside was hard and wouldn't melt. The breading also left a bit to be desired. We mentioned this to the owner; initially, she seemed a bit annoyed, but her son appreciated our mentioning it and recognized the value of constructive criticism. We also tried a sandwich with Nebrodi mortadella and primo sale cheese: good, yes, but nothing exceptional. It's a shame the sandwiches aren't made with Sicilian bread; we'd been told that, but in my opinion, traditional bread would have really made a difference. The cannoli was decent, quite good. The service was courteous and helpful. The restaurant, however, leaves a bit to be desired: the atmosphere is very old, neglected, and with obvious signs of damp. I think it needs a major renovation. We spent €26 in total.

30/08/2025: The pizzas are good, but the service is a shame. If you get the lame table, you don't eat anything and watch the other people stuff themselves. It's a shame because the place is nice.

24/06/2025: Super nice little winery. Gabriela is fantastic, so friendly and lovely. We tried a lot and bought a lot because the food is so delicious here 😂 If you want to eat, you have to let them know in advance or make a reservation via the website. My favorite is Irma – who or what she is – go there and find out. :) Happy enjoying!

19/06/2025: Without a doubt the best winery in and around town! A must visit if you are in the area. We stumbled upon this amazing winery yesterday and although it was about to close we were welcomed with such warmth and friendliness by host we instantly knew we had to come back. And we are glad we did Today we returned and were treated to a great experience. Delicious wines, amazing olive oil, home made charcuterie, great cheese and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel home. We’ll definitely be back!

27/05/2025: Excellent food. The ingredients are very fresh and local, managed with great respect. Not covered by other flavors. The asparagus tastes like asparagus, the "misultitt" (yes, someone still offers it, chapeu!) is just the right amount of flavor and accompanied by polenta with just the right amount of parmesan. If we add a rich and balanced wine list (good choice even of half bottles) and the crystalline professionalism of the staff, the 5 stars are only deserved. A place of substance and value.

11/03/2025: Trattoria Verolese DOC! If you want to taste typical Brescian cuisine, you are in the right port! Fast, friendly and top food!! The fried cake, needless to say, is a must eat! I also recommend business lunches, with various dishes to choose from.

02/03/2025: Typical trattoria in the lower Brescia area, the fried gnocco and the really good, quality cured meats. Penne with salmì too sweet for my tastes. Very good cut.
