We came for breakfast and the experience was quite disappointing, especially regarding the service and the wait time.
We had to wait 5 to 6 minutes before our order was taken, which is acceptable. However, the wait to be served was far too long, especially for a simple order (a cappuccino, a hazelnut croissant, and a Culaccia Bomb). It seemed like the staff were overwhelmed with dine-in customers, takeout orders, and new arrivals.
Another disappointing point: the Sacher pastry shop was listed on the menu as available year-round, but we were told once we arrived that it was actually only offered on weekends, which wasn't mentioned.
So I ordered the hazelnut croissant, recommended by the waitress after they ran out of pain au chocolat. It was good, but the filling was a bit unevenly distributed. The cappuccinos were decent, but nothing special. The Culaccia Bomb was good, but arrived even later than the rest of the order.
Finally, the payment process also took a long time.
In short, a mixed experience: decent products but far too slow service.

A great spot for breakfast in Milan. Pavé offers more variety than a typical Italian breakfast, which makes it a refreshing change if you’re looking for something beyond just sweet pastries. The coffee cake is fantastic, the toasties are excellent, and the coffee is very good across the board.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your meal. Service is attentive and friendly, adding to the overall experience. Definitely a place we’d recommend if you’re in Milan and want a really nice breakfast.

The food is good, but even spending €50 for two on a hearty breakfast leaves you hungry. The club sandwich is very filling, but the eggs and bacon are very limited. Even the smoothies and drip coffee are enough for a couple of sips, which is a shame. The service is attentive, and the pastries are very good.

The chai latte, smoothies, bread, and croissants are excellent; the panettone and colomba are top-notch! The zabaglione and custard are excellent. The savory options are also excellent.
Relaxing location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, with a good level of English, which is essential with all the foreigners who pass through here. It gets crowded at certain peak times, but the wait isn't that long.
The only downside: the cover charge; the prices are already quite high, so adding $1.50 per person seems way too much!

I went here with my two children for breakfast. Delicious croissants 🥐, good value, and prompt service.
Recommended for a tasty start to the day.
It should be noted that if you want to be served at a table, there will probably be a bit of a wait; otherwise, there's always takeout. 😊

Ah Pave ah…
The best and most delicious croissants in Milan.
Although there aren't many varieties, there are enough. All their products are very fresh; they bake them in the back of the oven and serve them. The double-baked croissant 🥐 is legendary. Their coffee is also very delicious, and so are their desserts. Our favorite place. They have a wide menu.

This bakery is famous for a good reason. Great breakfast, very tasty pastries, welcoming & helpful staff, but that chocolate panetone is over the world.
The staff recommended it to me given that they didn't have something else I wanted and I can totally see why the did so. It was super fluffy, fresh and so tasty. Prices could be slightly lower.

The food was good and well presented. The staff was helpful, if a little distracted at times.
