23/10/2025: On Sunday lunchtime, the restaurant was very crowded, and the service struggled to keep up with the demands of the many tables. Ossobuco and sciat were very good, but the pizzoccheri weren't up to par, and the flavor of the braised meat was completely drowned out by the taste of the wine.

16/09/2025: "My daughter's 40th birthday celebration. Beautiful location, excellent and plentiful food. The owners and all the staff were friendly and helpful until the end. It's yet another party we've organized at Ego, but every time we're amazed by the innovation and modernity.

10/10/2025: Great food (the meat is top-quality) and great beers, well-presented in terms of styles. The staff is very knowledgeable about what's on offer and the atmosphere is very friendly! Must try...and try again. Edit: After 5 years, I stand by my review: absolutely the neighborhood's attraction! The beers are always top-notch, properly tapped...fresh, cold, not oxidized (not even at the start of service...which is not a given in Milan) in clean glasses and always perfect, with the right height of head depending on the beer style. Lately, the Mondeghili have become an attraction in themselves!!!

17/09/2025: The quality is top notch. It's a shame I had to drive through restricted traffic zones to get there. Not being from Milan, that's a problem. The staff is incredibly friendly. The tiramisu is made to order. Totally approved.

09/09/2025: Me and 2 friends came to Milan for the Monza grand prix, our flat was located 30 meters off this restaurant, it was so good we ate there every evening! The pizzas are amazing and very cheap, highly recommend. Big thanks to the staff too who were very friendly, especially one of them who smiled whenever we came in because he recognised us :)

08/11/2025: I've been here several times already....I love their panzerotti and potato croquettes... unfortunately the place is a bit small... shame about the slow service.

25/10/2025: I stopped by one evening to pick up a pan of pizza. They served me very quickly, and the pizza was delicious.

10/05/2025: Really tasty and soft gnocchi with courgette cream and prawns that melt in your mouth. Never eaten such a tender and tasty scallop. The fruit tart is delicious. I ate on the porch and it was wonderful with the nice fresh air and the warm sun. The lady who served us was very kind.

09/11/2025: A truly disappointing experience. I had to wait at the register while the staff chatted among themselves instead of serving customers. When they finally delivered my order, they forgot the drink. As soon as I pointed this out, they gave me the wrong one... and all the while they continued to chat among themselves as if nothing had happened. Unprofessional and zero customer service. It was 10 pm on Sunday, November 9th.

08/11/2025: Terrible restaurant, with pigeons and flies inside the shop, dirty walls, and sticky, food-covered floors. The bread for the sandwiches looked like it had been there for weeks, and you also have to eat among a crowd of people in a cramped space with loud music playing in the background.
