24/10/2025: I've been going to Gambero since I was a child, it's hard to find a restaurant like it... super accurate and super attentive service. Dishes that in my opinion have never changed in terms of goodness and taste in 20 years. I grew up with their asparagus risotto! Truly incredible, every dish releases a taste in the mouth that is very difficult to imitate! The service leaves you speechless with how professional they are and how attentive they are to your every move without being seen or invading your path, whether it's lunch or dinner. What can I say, I know, it's home game, but this is an experience to try over and over again!!!

16/11/2025: Very beautiful, rustic location, surrounded by greenery in a very quiet area. Super professional service. A special plus goes to the chef who welcomed us into the restaurant, explained the various menus, and how the dishes were created. During service, he would come and ask how things were going... truly appreciated.
Very good food, especially the ramen, which was truly devastating.
16/11/2025: A unique experience in a beautiful setting. Kudos to Chef Cerveni for his skill and humility. He presented the various menus and explained the origins of the dishes, naturally involving us in his world. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch and will return as soon as possible.
Special mention for the dish with shrimp, purple potato, and Franciacorta sauce.

29/09/2025: A unique experience, given that it's a one-man show, meaning the owner does everything himself: cooks, takes orders, serves, and recommends. Very unique, generous, and carefully prepared dishes. Remarkable value for money, excellent wine list. Affordable prices. Very limited seating (max 12-14). The only downside is that the restaurant is located on a narrow street in the historic center, hard to find, and a bit stuffy, so avoid if you want to eat outdoors.

21/10/2025: Zammù is my favorite place. I come every morning for breakfast and often for aperitifs in the evening! Breakfast is a guarantee, the croissants are the best in the area! The aperitif is varied and plentiful, with piadinas, paninis, arancini, and pasta! Everything is delicious and fresh! As if that weren't enough, Giampaolo always puts you in a good mood and is always smiling and welcoming. I always feel at home!

Dinner for two; the menu is fixed, but that's not a problem if you don't have a particularly good taste.
We'll definitely be back, especially to learn how to eat deliciously without harming the environment.
