We wanted to try out a steak restaurant. We found this place in Tripadvisor with five stars. At the entrance there was a huge glass refrigerator with all sorts of meats. Everyone can speak English very well. The wine was excellent. The starters and the main course were absolutely fantastic. Best grilled meat we ever had. They truly deserve the five stars.

What a hidden gem!! Chance upon this place while doing a search for a steak house as I was residing in a nearby hotel. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and beautiful display of the meats in a dry aging fridge. Service was prompt and professional. Despite me not being able to speak Italian, the staff tried their best to describe the variety of meats they had and some of the more popular starters and sides. The weight of the cut of meat is ordered according to your preference. Was famished and ordered a 1kg Arakin beef. The quality of the meat speaks for itself. Before the main course is served you will be presented with a tray of knives to select. My steak was soft, tender and perfectly cooked. The char was perfectly done on the exterior. Ended off with the desert of the day: tiramisu. Throughout the meal, the staff would frequently check on you. I can’t wait to be back to try the other cuts of meat they have!!

A truly welcoming place. I tasted excellent meat, top quality and cooked very well, I owe a note of great merit to the staff, who are uniquely courteous and very nice. What can I say: the right place to spend a pleasant evening.

Ristorante, scoperto per una cena di lavoro, che si è rivelato il classico tesoro nascosto: da fuori non avrei mai immaginato che il piccolo spazio, contraddistinto da pochi tavoli e da un gusto vagamente etnico, servisse tagli di carne così eccelsa. Salumi e pane fatto in casa hanno aperto degnamente le danze, ma l’acuto è stato prevedibilmente sul fronte della griglia. Su consiglio dei gestori abbiamo assaggiato: - Costata di manzetta Prussiana "originale Jolanda de Colò", frollatura min. 40 gg. - Costata di selezione Arakin (gli ultimi 18 mesi allevata a ghiande, cereali e mais), frollatura min. 45 gg. Difficile dire se a colpire maggiormente sia la cura nella preparazione, la burrosità della materia prima - marezzatura con pochi eguali - o la passione con cui il proprietario racconta la storia ed il pedigree dei suoi tagli - dallo scouting in tutta Europa sino alla cottura. Non si spende poco - mettete in conto 100+ €/persona - ma la qualità giustifica pienamente la spesa: questo posto è un vero Valhalla della carne rossa - diciamo che sta alla griglia come il Vecjo Friul ai salumi. Promosso e consigliato: spero che abbia il successo che merita… ma che resti autentico e senza compromessi qualitativi come oggi.

È semplice superbo. Non trovo più parole per definire quell'uomo, è bravissimo e ogni volta sa prevedere cosa mi piacerebbe assaggiare ogni volta. Consiglio vivamente di provarlo almeno una volta. Non trovo un altro professionista che mi cucini la carne come lui. Il resto è tutto un contorno delizioso ed elegante. Auguri a tutti di buon viaggio e di buon appetito. MB
