I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Genova

19/07/2025: Sono anni che frequento saltuariamente questa pizzeria e l’ho sempre considerata ottima tanto da consigliarla spesso ad amici e conoscenti. Purtroppo ho dovuto ricredermi. Io e altri amici abbiamo preso delle pizze da asporto e purtroppo la mia Parmigiana, così come quella di un’altra persona che aveva ordinato la stessa pizza, era quasi immangiabile: salatissima. Non so se sia stato un incidente nella preparazione delle melanzane o cosa, ma non siamo riusciti a finirla. Inoltre la pasta sottilissima ( e questo non è un problema, ma una caratteristica di quel posto) era gommosa. Da una delle mie pizzerie preferite a Genova non me lo sarei aspettato. Una pizza peraltro pagata 15€. Anche le pizze degli altri nostri amici, sebbene, per carità, mangiabii, non erano all’altezza del solito standard. Cosa è successo? Cosa è cambiato?Una delusione e un grande dispiacere davvero. Peccato.

04/07/2025: Sono stato con amici per mangiare la pizza ,il servizio è veloce e gentile ,ma la pizza ,sottile va bene ma non secca asciutta ,io l’ho presa con porchetta e friarielli senza formaggi sciolti e difficile da mangiare e comunque non calda come appena uscita dal forno in più chicca finale , la birra calda 😬

13/12/2025: Nice atmosphere, but the food isn't good, and they add a 15% surcharge—unheard of in Italy. My wife's ravioli tasted like soap. I have no problem paying more for a good meal, but this place is definitely not worth it. Avoid.

11/11/2025: Sunday lunch. It's impossible not to mention the breathtaking panoramic view of the inlets below. Otherwise, nothing quite as memorable. Unremarkable appetizers, overcooked tagliolini, completely tasteless ravioli with walnut sauce, ravioli with ragù, Italian-style fried food that was questionable, and tagliata (good), but not enough for four people, not the ten of us. Everything was served by just one person in a room with at least 60 guests. The price was decidedly excessive (€40), and payment was strictly in cash because there was no POS.

04/01/2026: We went to this bar for breakfast and were quite disappointed by Genovesi. It's a very beautiful and quaint bar, but it's a shame about the exorbitant prices, the average products that don't even remotely justify the price, the countless signs stating they don't accept card payments (absurd these days), and the unfriendly staff. We definitely won't be returning and we don't recommend it.

03/01/2026: Very popular place, nice atmosphere, although it's not my kind of bar, as the seating isn't particularly comfortable due to the small, low tables. Good quality, medium-high prices.

30/07/2025: CoverCharge to sit down not even mentioned? Hidden charges....This is a RipOff bad example of a place to visit. Go elsewhere as we had to $5 glasses of wine which is all we wanted and made us buy Caprese. Over $100 Euro. Charged $12 cover charge per person & a 10% tip on the cover charge, LOL, plus other fees. We basically paid $100 Euro for two glasses of wine & bread. Bad experience for Portofino

21/01/2026: Bar Mariuccia is perfectly located to enjoy the lively atmosphere of Portofino Square. There are no reservations, so it’s best to arrive a bit early to secure an outdoor table and take in the views and scenes around you. We stopped by for an aperitivo, which we really enjoyed. We didn’t try the food, but the experience and setting alone made it worth the visit.

28/10/2025: wonderful views, right in the heart of the harbour, with suitably strong aperol spritz! be warned, if you are budgeting this place may not be for you, but if you can afford it, this is a wonderful way to enjoy portofino!

05/01/2026: The place was full of flies. The pesto pasta was definitely industrial. One Margherita was clearly frozen, but the biggest rip-off was having to pay €9 for two one-liter plastic bottles of water. Don't be fooled, Genoa is full of places to suit all budgets where you can eat excellent Ligurian cuisine without getting ripped off.

21/12/2025: The waitress was staring at us the whole time, making us anxious (literally, she was staring without taking her eyes off us), the place was full of flies, and the pasta with ragù was served plain with a spoonful of ragù on top (never seen anything like it). Besides that, the pasta tasted like dirty water, and for 3 pastas with ragù (if we want to call it that), water, a Coke, and a cover charge, 50 euros?!?!?!?!? But I wouldn't have given 3 euros for that dish. Needless to say, I'll never go there again.

23/12/2025: Decent coffee, served at a dirty table, with a chair full of crumbs. Service could be questioned.

11/11/2025: We walked in at around 6:00 PM on a Saturday and asked for tonic water and hot tea. When we ordered, which was perhaps a small order compared to an aperitif, the manager was clearly annoyed; there were no other words. When he brought our drinks, no one looked at us, no one said anything to our "thank yous." The same was true when it came to paying. The place was almost empty. Three customers at the bar and a couple outside. Speechless.

17/09/2025: There's no criteria. Anyone can pass you by. I was in a hurry to catch the train, and they kept serving randomly from the sides even though there was clearly a queue!

25/08/2025: I was so angry when they think that we are tourists and charged more price. I saw the price on the menu for 2€ and then they changed more because they think my husband are tourists….

23/09/2025: Terrible place!! I went in to politely ask to use the bathroom, they told me that a drink was mandatory, so I got a glass of water. As soon as I left, I wanted to use the hand dryer and noticed that it worked, but there was no paper. I reported this, and not only was my card denied, but I was also rudely told off, accusing me of spending so little, with rather ridiculous excuses! Stay away from these stingy and dishonest people!

30/07/2025: Super nice, she agreed to let us have dinner when the kitchen closed and even offered us a dessert sold in the window, the waitress is really very very nice, I highly recommend her 👍👍👍👍👍

22/12/2025: Visited in December 2025 The servers were very friendly; however, almost all the dishes on the menu (except coffee and bruschetta) were frozen and reheated shamelessly in front of us. A 50cl bottle of water for €4??? If only we had known beforehand…

28/09/2025: This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. It was an unparalleled disgrace. We ordered food, but one of the two orders was forgotten. When we asked, a plastic container of ready-made pasta was put into the microwave. €15 for this is unbelievable. The place should be shut down.

22/11/2025: We were disappointed by the poor quality of the food, which was also scarce and expensive.

20/09/2025: Food is limited, prices are high. If there are bands playing and you come in after dinner, they'll charge a mandatory €10 drink, as if it were some sort of disguised entrance fee, even if you're only staying for half an hour. Not recommended.

31/12/2025: The pizza was very good, but the service was terrible, and the waiters were grumpy. If you decide to share the food with someone else and order a separate dish, you will be charged for it.

12/12/2025: The reviews are true, it's not good. Really not good. They're so stingy they don't even accept multiple payments. The staff and owner are incredibly unpleasant. Never again.

05/11/2025: It’s 2:14pm. They only had a hand full of pastries. Nothing like the pictures posted here. The cashier didn’t even greet. Only said “dime”.

20/07/2025: Siamo entrati attratti da dolci in vetrina, all’interno nessun prezzo esposto. Una zeppola con crema pagata 13 euro. Un ladrocinio. Da evitare.

17/07/2025: Il conto è stato salatissimo e decisamente fuori mercato. Non ci tornerò, nella stessa via si possono trovare tantissimi altri bar e caffetterie a prezzi "umani". Sconsiglio
