14/06/2025: Abbiamo notato il titolare fare del sarcasmo letteralmente alle spalle di un cliente che indugiava davanti al frigo dei gelati. Una scena come questa non solo si scontra con le tante foto autocelebrative sulla parete ma fa davvero dubitare sul rispetto che si dovrebbe avere nei confronti del cliente. Per il resto abbiamo ordinato delle focacce che non hanno incontrato il nostro gusto. Lo consiglio a chi ricerca un locale con tavoli ed aria condizionata vicino l'università.

09/06/2025: Disfrutamos de un almuerzo casual en un par de ocasiones en HB Café, tanto como era conveniente para nuestro hotel, el personal era muy amable y lo más importante, la comida era buena. A la llegada nos sentaron rápidamente y nos dieron menús. Había un montón de platos para elegir, pero seleccionamos una sabrosa pizza de anchoa para tener con nuestro Campari Spritz. Había una opción de sentarse dentro o fuera de la calle - lado; nos sentamos fuera para ver el "desfile de paso". Los precios eran razonables.

03/10/2025: Excellent decor. To my surprise, the latte was less than 2 euros. Seeing the location, I thought it would be more expensive. It seems they bake their own food. They have very attractive and appetizing products.

27/09/2025: Extremely rude, a 40-year Panarello customer, I asked on Saturday morning for a small Panarello cake with zabaglione for the next day. Nothing particularly strange, the classic cake with the classic filling (which they always have in single portions), no strange request, simply one of their classics. Nothing, "you can order, but without the filling." Click. Maybe I should have called a week in advance? I'm speechless; a bakery that supplies so many stores just couldn't make a cake for 6 people with their classic filling. Too little notice, perhaps, or too small. Zero professionalism. Too bad that at another store in the center I was told it's unacceptable that the bakery can't prepare a filled cake if ordered the day before... make an agreement and be more polite with customers. The filled cake is finished. I bet if I'd ordered it from Panarello in Milan they'd have made it for me.

30/11/2025: Terrible place, table €35 without even a bracelet and drink €12 absurd, I dropped it and they didn't even replace it, scandalous

24/11/2025: I'll start by saying it's not my kind of music, and I went here for a party with friends. The line to get in is a bit long, but it moves quickly, there are several steps, and security is good. The coat check line, on the other hand, is long and chaotic for no reason, too messy, and the wait times are incredibly long. Drink prices are obviously high. I don't judge the music because it's not my kind of music. I don't know if it was too crowded the night I went, but there's constant jostling and you can't sit still and enjoy the evening for more than two minutes. Could be much improved.

01/03/2025: A dicembre in occasione dei mercatini di Natale siamo andati a prendere un aperitivo, cibo ottimo, personale professionale e molto disponibile, essendo il compleanno di mamma ho chiesto a Rocco una candelina da mettere su di un dolce....beh lui ha fatto molto di più, ha messo a sorpresa la canzone di buon compleanno coinvolgendo tutto il locale. Grazie di cuore

03/06/2025: La ubicación es agradable. A pesar de que hice una reserva dos semanas antes de que nos sentáramos en una mesa bajo el sol, pedimos también sentarse en una mesa cercana, pero nos dijeron que es una mesa para tres. Pocos minutos después una pareja sin ninguna reserva se sentó allí. La señora gerente / propietario a cargo era muy grosero y desagradable. El servicio y la comida eran promedio, la relación calidad-precio era baja, incluso para Portofino.

27/05/2025: Después de dos comidas anteriores decepcionantes en Portofino, buscamos el restaurante más inteligente con el menú más imaginativo, en una ubicación fabulosa, para disfrutar realmente de nuestra última noche en este hermoso pueblo. O’Magazin marcó todas las casillas y nos sentamos junto al agua con personal amable, buen vino (a 20€ por copa) y una deliciosa cesta de pan con aceite. Estábamos emocionados de que nuestra comida llegara. Y entonces los buenos tiempos terminaron. Tal vez deberíamos haber adivinado cuando no nos preguntaron cómo se cocinaría el bistec. El filete llegó nadando en una cantidad ridícula de salsa y acompañado de nada ni siquiera adorno. Así que rápidamente pedimos un poco de fritas que llegaron rápidamente y apenas cubrieron el fondo del plato. El filete estaba tan duro que raspamos la salsa para mirarlo y estaba gris, casi nacarado. Con retrospectiva deberíamos haber enviado de vuelta, pero en realidad estábamos tratando de tener una experiencia gastronómica satisfactoria. Mis propios medallones de atún también fueron asfixiados en salsa / aceite con tomates y aceitunas. El atún estaba demasiado cocido y había reposado demasiado tiempo antes de ser servido. Ninguno de los dos hizo ningún progreso con nuestra comida y pagó la cuenta y se fue. El personal sonriente y alegre y la hermosa ubicación no compensaron la peor comida que he encontrado. La factura era escandalosa con frituras a 12€ por persona. Acepto que debería haberme quejado mientras estaba en el restaurante, pero la mala comida en Portofino me había desgastado. Al día siguiente la ciudad se redimió en Portofino Bistro, casi al lado de O’Magazin y estoy feliz de darle una crítica fabulosa.

12/07/2025: Tenía muchas ganas de comer en este lugar durante nuestra visita a Santa Margherita porque parecía súper lindo y el menú sonaba apetitoso. Revisé su horario tan temprano en el día para asegurarme de que llegaríamos a tiempo para la cena. Cuando llegamos pedí una mesa para dos en mi mejor Italiano. Una mujer de pelo corto nos ofreció una pequeña mesa en la parte trasera del restaurante, justo al lado de la ruidosa cocina, pero respetuosamente la rechacé y esperé unos minutos para ver si se liberaba otra mesa. Cuando una pareja se levantó y se fue, pregunté si podíamos tener esa mesa, en Italiano, e hice una señal por si acaso mi pronunciación no era clara. Las mujeres me dijeron: “no, estamos llenos”. Le reiteré que acababan de irse y que una mesa estaba vacía, y la mujer me gritó en Italiano “¡Estamos llenos!”, nos ahuyentó y me dio la espalda. Nunca he sido tan profundamente irrespetado por alguien en el sector de servicios, nunca ni en ningún país. Terminamos yendo al restaurante de fusión Japonés al otro lado de la calle, que era delicioso, asequible y tenía un excelente servicio al cliente. Te recomiendo ir allí en su lugar.

29/06/2025: Leckeres Essen in einem authentischen kleinen Restaurant, sehr freundlicher Service. Pasta wie wir sie uns wünschen, als ob die italienische Mamma am Herd steht. Tolles FRITTO MISTO!!! Sehr zu empfehlen!!

21/09/2025: The atmosphere and service were excellent, but the food... hard bread, disgusting and unmelted cheese, the menu says one type of cheese and a nice bun and another, a small bug came out of my burger, I'm speechless...

15/10/2025: Good food, good price, but you can't hear "the guy" yelling and insulting the employees, who are fast and polite. It's very annoying and unprofessional.

19/07/2025: Sono anni che frequento saltuariamente questa pizzeria e l’ho sempre considerata ottima tanto da consigliarla spesso ad amici e conoscenti. Purtroppo ho dovuto ricredermi. Io e altri amici abbiamo preso delle pizze da asporto e purtroppo la mia Parmigiana, così come quella di un’altra persona che aveva ordinato la stessa pizza, era quasi immangiabile: salatissima. Non so se sia stato un incidente nella preparazione delle melanzane o cosa, ma non siamo riusciti a finirla. Inoltre la pasta sottilissima ( e questo non è un problema, ma una caratteristica di quel posto) era gommosa. Da una delle mie pizzerie preferite a Genova non me lo sarei aspettato. Una pizza peraltro pagata 15€. Anche le pizze degli altri nostri amici, sebbene, per carità, mangiabii, non erano all’altezza del solito standard. Cosa è successo? Cosa è cambiato?Una delusione e un grande dispiacere davvero. Peccato.

04/07/2025: Sono stato con amici per mangiare la pizza ,il servizio è veloce e gentile ,ma la pizza ,sottile va bene ma non secca asciutta ,io l’ho presa con porchetta e friarielli senza formaggi sciolti e difficile da mangiare e comunque non calda come appena uscita dal forno in più chicca finale , la birra calda 😬

30/10/2025: Don't go! We've just stayed because It was raining so much. They were no polite at all from the beginning. So rude even trying to speak english (and not french). We don't understand how people running a business can be so mean over clients. Antipathiques et désagréables. Fea gente que no aprecian turistas

10/11/2025: I came in for breakfast while waiting for an appointment. I sat down at a table and, after waiting a bit since the waiter didn't come over, I went straight to the cash register to pay for my croissants, juice, and water. First, they don't accept electronic payments. Then, once I'd gotten what I'd paid for, I sat down. The waiter, who hadn't paid for me before, rushed over and informed me that I had to pay for my table order. No problem. The table service charge, which wasn't paid, was €3.40. I'm speechless. Never again.

09/11/2025: It's a historic café, and this allows them to charge exorbitant prices. If only the excellent quality of the product they offer was offset. A lumpy hot chocolate costs €5... let's just say there are better places. It's worth noting their fight against electronic payments. But isn't having a POS mandatory? Only small businesses have to have one, and pay the bank fees?

11/11/2025: Sunday lunch. It's impossible not to mention the breathtaking panoramic view of the inlets below. Otherwise, nothing quite as memorable. Unremarkable appetizers, overcooked tagliolini, completely tasteless ravioli with walnut sauce, ravioli with ragù, Italian-style fried food that was questionable, and tagliata (good), but not enough for four people, not the ten of us. Everything was served by just one person in a room with at least 60 guests. The price was decidedly excessive (€40), and payment was strictly in cash because there was no POS.

20/09/2025: We had a wonderful dinner. Mauro was a wonderful person and extremely available to satisfy every guest's request. The food was excellent and the location was fantastic. Recommended
