12/08/2025: Their ice creams are amazing. We only got our ice creams from here. I had the Ferrero Rocher, melon and oreo, it was soo good. Definitely grab one if you're around there. Staff where friendly. Spoke english, so communication was good.

08/09/2025: I don't recommend it. They don't know how to make whole wheat pizzas and they even make fun of you by using regular dough in the whole wheat one, that's my interpretation. I was disappointed by the lack of trust shown to the customer, as if our complaint wasn't true, when the girl at the pizzeria reported that the whole wheat dough was missing. There are pizzerias that let you know right away if something is missing so they can consult with the person who then pays you for a pleasure, a service. Which in this case I consider a negative. I'm writing this for the future and for the relationship with other customers, specifically those who order takeout. Stop, I don't think I insulted; constructive criticism, stop.

02/07/2025: We went to lunch at this restaurant on a Wednesday, and we were immediately struck by the low turnout (only two other tables occupied). Confident about the promising menu, we sat down anyway. The beginning seemed positive: good focaccia and vegetables to welcome us. Unfortunately, the disappointment came with the main courses: spaghetti with lobster and mixed fried fish. Tiny portions and questionable quality. The pasta was a simple tomato sauce, completely tasteless, with a completely raw lobster cut into large pieces on top. The fried fish? Practically non-existent: there was more absorbent paper on the plate than fish. After politely expressing our disappointment, the waiter took away one of the dishes still unfinished, without even asking us anything. Unprofessional behavior. Bare place, unkempt tables. And only at the end of lunch did we realize we were the only Italians there... a detail that makes you think. Definitely a negative experience. High prices, quality and service to be reviewed. I conclude by saying that after spending 64 euros for two we got up to finish lunch in another restaurant

10/08/2025: Not bad. Maybe because it's summer, when everyone goes on vacation, I saw the staff cleaning. Honestly, I would have preferred to eat without the smell of disinfectant. The food wasn't bad. There was still a lot of dirt, like on the table or floor, and I hope it doesn't stay that way all year round.

01/08/2025: The food was really good. The service however not. Long waiting times. The food was not served together for a party of 6 people. We claimed twice that the spaghetti vongole were too small (just three forks). We asked to get another plate. No reactions at all. We had a Branzino for 4 people. Far too small. Would have been OK for 2 max 3 people. Every request took long waiting times. Espresso as well. The seating is on this metal chairs, which for sure is not comfortable. Overall apart form the food itself, which was good, not a good impression. Would not consider to go there again.

22/07/2025: Bordering on scammy. Almost all the fish in the main courses is priced by the kilo. It's a shame that no one shows it to you before or after cooking, much less weighs it when they offer it to you. So, if you don't notice, you magically end up spending 20, 30, or 40 euros more because the fish you eat has a different weight than what they advertised. Let's leave aside the description on the tray of stale bread that you have to mix with a good gulp of water to get it down. The Caraaccio isn't bad, it's a shame it's drowned in lemon, so much so that it covers the delicate fish... FOR GOODNESS...

07/08/2025: A classic osteria, just like it used to be. It's a shame it's so hard to find these days. The food is simple and good. Anyone who talks about it as a seafood restaurant hasn't quite figured out what they're getting at.

02/07/2025: Not very clean, salt dish and the like definitely to be reviewed, bread placed (by hand) in the basket without any napkin. Fast service and varied menu, however the trenette with pesto had very little pesto, maybe 10% basil and the rest, alas, parsley and also roughly chopped. I am Ligurian, I know well what pesto is. 24/06/2025: Already a customer with reasonable satisfaction, I order ten pizzas for a dinner in Sori with friends, calling at 6:05 pm (they don't accept orders before that time) in the belief that by ordering early, the quality and service won't change and that their work will actually be made easier (silly me). When asked "what time is the delivery?" I answer 8:30 pm. At 8:35 pm the pizzas arrive. Inedible! Simply because they were obviously cooked well in advance (to get rid of work during rush hour?) and then reheated at the time of delivery. Ten very hard cardboard boxes with dry filling and coarse cold cuts. One of them was also mostly burnt. All the guests left it on their plate. Never go to them again! It's a shame because even though they're not an excellent place, they're one of the few in the area that do home delivery. The delivery guys are always kind and helpful. Added to owner's reply: I didn't have to convince anyone to leave negative reviews

21/06/2025: Excellent takeaway pizza! The dough is really good: light, well leavened and digestible. The pizzas always arrive hot, which is not a given. Fresh and abundant ingredients, good choice on the menu, even for those looking for something different from the usual pizzas. Recommended both for a quick dinner and for evenings with friends.

22/06/2025: The place is nice, but the service is terrible. Four people for two tables, but there's still a wait. We ordered two Aperol Spritzes. We also wanted to eat; they didn't give a damn. We couldn't even get the menu to see what was on offer. We left.

02/09/2025: It's already been 3 times that they've given me croissants and other breakfast items that aren't fresh, at least 1 or 2 days in advance. 3 times that they've given me croissants that aren't fresh, one or two days ago, which is a shame, and the prices are expensive for a bakery. I don't recommend anything.

22/06/2025: The pizza is very good. The focaccia is a little less so. The desserts are excellent. Overall, it is an excellent bakery.

10/08/2025: A beautiful place, but unfortunately, given the "standing" it aims to maintain, it falls short in some respects, specifically in the following areas: - Tables in the gazebos with rust spots - Side curtains on the gazebo partially missing. - Dirty/stained sun lounger mattress (we asked for it to be replaced, and it was promptly replaced with apologies for the inconvenience). - Bathroom hygiene needs updating (lack of toilet paper in the women's bathroom and cleanliness needs improving). In my opinion, the price paid doesn't match what's offered. Considering that the price for 5 hours (from 2 pm to 7 pm) is €137, I would have expected greater quality and attention to service. It wouldn't take much, especially considering the number of gazebos (28), to make this beach truly the "gem" and most exclusive beach in Santa Margherita, as advertised. I'd also like to point out that we purchased a thermal water bottle. It's very nice looking, with the bathroom logo on it, but it doesn't keep the water cold at all, even though it was guaranteed to work properly at the time of purchase. (Please avoid making any comments without first having verified your claims, to avoid disappointment.) Regarding the restaurant, since we didn't eat there, I can't express any opinion, but having read the dishes offered and given the location, I feel compelled to give a positive assessment. Another positive note was the receptionist, who demonstrated courtesy and professionalism. P.S.: I've changed my rating from 3 to 1 star because I'd like to point out that after just 7 days, the thermal water bottle has rust spots on both the cap and the inside (as shown in the photo). This is absurd; it's unsafe to use, as you risk drinking rust. Any feedback is appreciated.

01/08/2025: This year, like last year, we chose this beach resort for its proximity to home and the gazebos, but we discovered at the start of the season that the management had changed. We immediately had problems with bookings: we therefore decided to start with a week, from Monday, June 30th to Sunday, and this already created problems because the weekly stay, for which we had been asked to pay €1,250 in advance, could not be made due to the different rates between the months of June and July. Therefore, we immediately paid €1,400 for the Monday of June and the week from Tuesday to the following Monday (July). Unfortunately, due to force majeure (bad weather), we lost three days of the booked period, so my husband asked the manager if we could make up the days on other days. He was told that we could only make up two, and although we didn't fully agree, we accepted (at €200 per day). When we rebooked for the two-day make-up session, we were told we were only booking one day, not two. At that point, we replied that we wouldn't be willing to negotiate like in a Marrakech souk, and that in a €200-a-day establishment, customers deserve a service that's proportionate and worthy of the price they pay. Bottom line: three paid days wasted and service subpar due to incompetence and a lack of professionalism, but above all, lost customers.
