24/07/2025: I'm giving it 5 stars because the quality is there. You just need to make the filling consistent. Sometimes there's too little, sometimes just the right amount, and sometimes a lot. Plus, maybe you've changed pastry chef, but the pastries are a bit soft. This is constructive criticism, but you can listen to me if you want.

02/01/2026: Our New Year's Eve experience at Casa Mia Club was extremely positive, confirming the venue as a go-to destination for those seeking quality entertainment. The venue is spacious and meticulously maintained, offering a pleasant atmosphere enhanced by the professionalism of the staff, who are always friendly and courteous. A particularly notable aspect is the atmosphere of mutual respect that reigns supreme: the welcome extended, even to out-of-towners, is exemplary, allowing guests to enjoy the evening in complete serenity. Despite excellent management, one area for improvement could be optimizing privacy in the restrooms, perhaps through the installation of more clearly defined dividers. In conclusion, Casa Mia Club is a destination I highly recommend to anyone seeking a healthy, inclusive, and well-organized environment for their events.
29/12/2025: A welcoming nightclub, with efficient security and top-notch music. The only thing to note about the basement room is that if the cashier and bartender were more cheerful, we might have had a few more drinks. Otherwise, everything was fine.

20/11/2025: I had a full kebab piadina and found it overall good. The owner is friendly, and the place is a bit worn but seems clean. There's also a bathroom, which isn't always available in these types of places. I found it fairly clean, but it lacked toilet paper and hand drying paper. I'm still giving it a full 5 stars because I had a good experience, even though, as has happened at other kebab places, I had to listen to a loud Islamic mass broadcast on the restaurant's TV the entire time.
20/09/2025: We were the only customers and we waited too long for our order.
The pizza leaves a lot to be desired: thin crust with too little tomato and not enough toppings.
I don't recommend it.
The welcome was good, but we came to eat.

28/10/2025: I went with my wife for empanadas and other things (the dough was good, but the filling leaves a lot to be desired since at the first bite there was a nice piece of garlic) it was 5.30pm and we asked for drinks or something hot but we were told that it was not yet enabled (which was a big lie because at the other tables there were cups of coffee).

08/12/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance; we had a layover in Genoa and wanted to try the pasta with pesto.
We had a great time; the staff was friendly, the service was quick, and they even left us an extra plate of trofie with pesto to share. The pasta was very good and the price was fair. I recommend it.
05/12/2025: A cozy bar with very fast service. Kudos to Alessio, the former bearded guy, for his friendliness and warmth.

To my surprise, the latte was less than 2 euros.
Seeing the location, I thought it would be more expensive.
It seems they bake their own food.
They have very attractive and appetizing products.
27/09/2025: Extremely rude, a 40-year Panarello customer, I asked on Saturday morning for a small Panarello cake with zabaglione for the next day. Nothing particularly strange, the classic cake with the classic filling (which they always have in single portions), no strange request, simply one of their classics. Nothing, "you can order, but without the filling." Click.
Maybe I should have called a week in advance? I'm speechless; a bakery that supplies so many stores just couldn't make a cake for 6 people with their classic filling. Too little notice, perhaps, or too small. Zero professionalism. Too bad that at another store in the center I was told it's unacceptable that the bakery can't prepare a filled cake if ordered the day before... make an agreement and be more polite with customers. The filled cake is finished. I bet if I'd ordered it from Panarello in Milan they'd have made it for me.

05/12/2025: As usual, we go for coffee with colleagues and, as usual, we're left speechless by the rudeness and arrogance. Those who frequent this place know who we're talking about. But how can you work with the public if you're not kind and respectful towards customers? I strongly advise the owner to change the staff, given the numerous reviews describing terrible service and rudeness. I'll continue going for coffee, hoping things change.
30/10/2025: Don't go! We've just stayed because It was raining so much. They were no polite at all from the beginning. So rude even trying to speak english (and not french). We don't understand how people running a business can be so mean over clients.
Antipathiques et désagréables.
