04/04/2024: Un posto molto bucolico, accogliente, intimo, tranquillo nonostante fosse Pasquetta ed era pieno. Il pranzo da sogno! Daniele è un vero professionista. I tempi di attesa minimi, considerato che il locale era veramente pieno! Cibo sempre molto curato, raffinato, anche se da un agriturismo non te lo aspetteresti! I prodotti tutti o quasi a km zero, molti auto prodotti. Veramente un piacere mangiare all'Ape Bianca e ancor di più pensare di poterci ritornare! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Seafood, bread and other dishes prepared according to simple methods with the tradition and custom of Liguria, wine as they say "like at home", prosecco and sparkling wine with a special taste matured in the sea at depth, bottles covered with natural maritime ornament, a quiet place with a view of the plain of vines, I spent a beautiful and pleasant evening with my family! I recommend with great pleasure! Thanks to the staff for everything! And don't forget not to be stingy and leave a tip...

01/08/2024: We were greeted with “I don’t speak English” and looked around a bit. Using Google Translator we then got a small tasting of 3 very good white wines. We then bought 2 of them. I believe that the concept here is 99.9% aimed at Italian customers. We actually wanted to eat something there too, but we left it alone or didn't ask anymore.

15/08/2024: Locale che sembra non sia stato rinnovato dagli anni settanta. Anche il menù probabilmente è sempre lo stesso. Per quanto riguarda il cibo: antipasto discreto ma molto banale e un po’ scarso come quantità, ravioli buoni, fritto misto alla ligure non male ma ne ho mangiati di migliori. Cameriere gentile, servizio abbastanza veloce.

14/08/2024: Per la prima volta da Marchin su consiglio del nostro bagnino, l'esperienza che cercavamo della tipica cena ligure, supera le nostre aspettative! 5 portate ottime e abbondanti, non è possibile trovare un difetto! Ci rivediamo a settembre per assaggiare i funghi fritti. Grazie per la bella serata

26/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato per il mio compleanno una sera di luglio... La signora Marina é stata gentilissima. Gli spaghetti all'astice oltre che abbondanti davvero squisiti. Ottimi anche i ravioli di pesce, Come secondi abbiamo preso il fritto misto di pesce (buonissimo) Ma davvero ottimo l'astice alla Carmelo ...SUBLIME!!!

14/08/2024: Last night we returned to Monica for my husband's birthday; after being welcomed with the usual kindness we tried new dishes and I would say without a doubt even better than in the past. The linguine with sea urchins with a final shoe are extraordinary; the "non umbrina" is fabulous, especially the side potato and the sacripantina, not too drowned in liqueur, and the pralines are excellent; all accompanied by a splendid Franciacorta What more can I say? Go there soon!

08/08/2024: A restaurant where professionalism is found in the dishes, in the service, in the management of the place. Sobriety and finesse, relaxing setting and splendid sea view. Excellent dishes, fish expertly prepared and presented in delicious combinations. Excellent wine. Tasting menu which is a journey into flavor and pleasure. Special customer care from all staff. 28/08/2024: Excellent Genoese trattoria with some Piedmontese influence. They offer you a fixed land menu made up of many tastings of starters (panissette, cured meats, smoked beef...), a trio of first courses (ravioli, pappardelle with wild boar, trofie with pesto) and two second courses (mixed fried land, grilled skewers with potatoes). Great attention to food intolerances, because they prepare everything at the moment and can modify many courses of the proposal as needed. It's difficult to get to the end... whatever's left over they'll prepare for you in foil if you like to take it away. €30 per person excluding drinks. I will definitely go back.

25/08/2024: We had dinner as a family. We were surprised by the fixed menu, abundant and typical of Ligurian cuisine, faithful to tradition. Don't be fooled by the outside of the restaurant because inside you will find atmosphere and originality. Excellent quality and price ratio. The strong point is kindness and hospitality. We will definitely return.

24/08/2024: Inside room left when entering nightmarish temperature. (About 30 degrees). I don't understand if it's a problem with insulation, attic or drains from the kitchen, certainly fresh from Val Trebbia. It felt like being on the Riviera at one in the sun. The weather ruined dinner. Delay also for desserts (over 30 minutes of waiting). Normal food, good desserts.
