Typical and well-kept environment. Excellent service, Fabio is a very good waiter. The food very good. Plus the former. I ate the stracotto and it was undercooked despite the name (a little hard..) Recommended

Excellent trattoria with local cuisine at normal prices. The atmosphere in the historic center is suggestive. Friendly staff and quick service. Maybe a little too much... In addition to the menu, get advice on the dishes of the day.

I have been tasting focaccia with cheese for more than half a century and I consider myself an expert, also living in Mulinetti. I personally know the Moltedo family in Recco, a family that has been involved in the local DOP brand for decades. However, I have never tasted such a particular and delicious cheese focaccia as Cadraio's. Congratulations, really 😏

In giro per i vicoli del centro di Genova, in occasione di un viaggio di lavoro, ero con un collega alla ricerca di un locale dove cenare. Ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante che si trova in un vicolo caratteristico. Ci ha colpito subito il locale pieno di tavolate di comitive di ragazzi e persone comunque giovani. Il personale è stato accogliente e gentile preparandoci un tavolo anche se non avevamo prenotato. C’è un menù completo e i piatti del giorno sono in una lavagna in vista. Molte le specialitá Genovesi descritte con nomi caratteristici, tanto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere al cameriere si spiegarcele. Abbiamo preso un tortino di verdure e formaggio per antipasto, un primo e un dolce a testa. Ottimo l’antipasto ed il dolce, nel mio caso un tortino con crema di castagno. Ci hanno impressionato meno i primi, dalle porzioni un pó piccole. Il conto è stato onesto.

In uno spazio degno di un museo, dove i secoli si leggono sui muri e sul pavimento, si gusta una deliziosa cucina genovese dalle trofie alla farinata; perfetto il pesto, che per noi genovesi è questione vitale; servizio professionale con la giusta dose di gentilezza. Prezzi in linea con la qualità offerta.
