07/03/2026: *Osteria Parodi is a true gem in the countryside of Genoa's hinterland. If you're looking for an authentic and welcoming place to enjoy authentic Ligurian cuisine, this is the place. The osteria is located in a warm, rustic setting, with wood-fired stoves that add a magical touch to the dishes. The owners are delightful and very helpful, making you feel at home. The cuisine is simply delicious, with dishes that respect Ligurian tradition. The ravioli (made in-house using an ancient method) with sugo di tocco sauce are a must, as is the trofie with pesto, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. And to finish, the coppa with chestnuts and plums is fantastic. A magical place.

13/04/2026: Ruli results "Open 24 hours", you arrive and it's closed, no sign to explain (holidays etc), the hours on Google should be managed better.

20/04/2026: Two of us without a reservation were seated without any problems. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The food was excellent. The mussels with pepper, tagliolini with clams, and tuna tataki were out of this world, the best I've ever had. Not to mention the desserts, tiramisu and sorbet, were fantastic. The sea view was obscured by umbrellas, but beautiful nonetheless. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

03/05/2026: We came here on a Wednesday evening without a reservation. Even though the place was almost full, they found us a table, we didn't have to wait long, and the pizzas arrived quickly. I had the gorgonzola and spicy salami, which was simply delicious; my girlfriend had the burrata, which was also excellent. For dessert, I had the whisky affogato, and she had a crepe, which was nothing short of enormous (we actually took it home). I'm from Sestre and had never heard of this pizzeria (it's a bit out of the way compared to the rest of the neighborhood). We loved it, so we'll definitely be back.

04/02/2026: Very welcoming and family-friendly place, refined cuisine, exquisite Ligurian pesto, very good meat. Well-stocked wine bar with unique wines. Excellent service!!! An experience to repeat!

19/04/2026: They saved our Saturday night! They found us a table without a reservation and when it was fully booked. They made our dinner fabulous. Excellent dishes, generous portions, and sometimes generous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We spent €55 each for 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 1 dessert, and 1 liter of wine. A more than reasonable price.

10/06/2026: I went to this osteria for lunch on a Wednesday in mid-June. Without a reservation, I easily found a table at 12:00. I spent €26 for a first course of the day (tortelloni filled with artichokes, shrimp, and tomatoes), half a bottle of still water, and a homemade berry parfait. Everything was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. Recommended!

06/06/2026: Lunch while waiting to enter the aquarium. Two plus a child, we ordered two entrees, two hamburgers, water, and a beer for €70.... The pasta with pesto was mediocre and didn't even include green beans or potatoes... The parmesan cheese was in plastic bags (the last time I saw it, I was in the hospital). The hamburger, requested WELL DONE, arrived with blood dripping... the accompanying "roast" potatoes were three boiled potatoes halved... The icing on the cake was the beer, ordered with 30 degrees outside, which arrived completely piping hot in an ice bucket 🤦🏼‍♀️ and it was still warm almost at the end of lunch! When I asked to chill it, I was given the excuse that the refrigerators were not working (when I had a nice cold bottle of water on the table!!! Bah!) I'm sorry because I usually recognize the good, but this time I got up without even asking for coffee. Not to mention the bill of over €70...

09/06/2026: The highlight of an exceptional day trip. I caught a traghetto from Camogli in the sparkling blue Ligurian Sea, dropping me off at the small dock next to the large sign reading "TRATTORIA." Calling ahead for a reservation, I was seated at a lovely table right at the water. The service was exceptional! Everyone friendly. The owner even introduced me to another table of people who shared my Italian mother's maiden name! The pesto was outstanding, as it should be in the Genoa region. The fish and roe main dish was worth celebrating. A tasty gelato dessert and the obligatory caffe. The meal was leisurely, all the time listening to the lapping of waves against the solid rocks. Having indulged in an amazing dinner, I decided to take the hike back to Camogli (a 1500 ft rise with countless steps) which went through several towns and amazing views, powered by a great meal beforehand!

25/03/2026: A truly excellent place and a great option in the center of Genoa, just steps from Brignole. It's perfect for both lunch, with good prices and truly excellent pasta quality, and for purchasing directly from the pasta factory downstairs. A very convenient and well-organized option. The only small drawback is that during peak hours you might have to wait in line, but otherwise the experience is truly excellent.

19/03/2026: I took the walnut pansoti to take away, a large portion with just as much cream and super good, a little cloying for the quantity, very rich

11/04/2026: I'd like to, but I can't. The quality of the fish is undeniable, but almost all the dishes were tasteless and lacking in flavor. I understand the desire to cook light and delicately, but I don't understand the goal of bringing such fresh fish to the table without wanting to enhance its characteristics. A little garlic, herbs, and temperature variations...it's a real shame, because you could do so much more with that fish...we still had a good time.

22/03/2026: Excellent location near the parking lot, the restaurant has a few indoor tables but a lovely, well-heated veranda. Fortunately, the menu doesn't include many dishes. The fish, for me, living in Novara, is an absolute discovery. No farmed sea bass or sea bream like you'd find elsewhere. All freshly caught fish with names I'm unfamiliar with, with delicate, flavorful flesh. I hope to return soon, because I ate simple, delicious dishes.
