10/05/2025: Chose this place and was pleasantly surprised. A purely Genoese menu with a choice of the most characteristic dishes. Really good first courses, prepared according to tradition. The pesto, for example, perfect. Excellent service performed with grace and kindness. Definitely a good alternative to a lunch outside the home. I will definitely be back. Until next time!

Alessandro listened to every request and satisfied every request. Large room and the outdoor space is fantastic for children and teenagers. Highly recommended

31/05/2025: Great experience in this former brothel restaurant. The dishes are very selected and prepared with taste and skill. The staff is very kind. If I really have to find a flaw, it is that when it fills up with customers there is a bit too much confusion.

It's not a particularly refined restaurant but, unless you're more interested in the container than the contents, it's definitely the place to go. And then the parking, something not to be underestimated in Genoa, can be found quite close and without going too crazy

18/05/2025: The restaurant is located in the Piani di Praglia area, near the border with Piedmont. It is the ideal meeting place for motorcyclists who travel the road during the Sunday tour or for hikers who can use it as a starting or finishing point for treks that wind along the paths that run along the Gorzente lakes, but also the surrounding meadows and mountains. Having a large room with about 150 seats, it can also be chosen as a place to hold lunches for ceremonies. We are located at about 900 meters above sea level and both the interior and the room itself have a typical appearance of the places that can be found in the mountains; the sloping roof with exposed wooden beams reinforces the idea. Although there is heating with radiators on the walls, the fireplace/stove in the center of the room with double exposure visible on both sides, helps to keep the room warm if the temperature is very low or even if there is snow, as evidenced by the many photos hanging on the walls. If the restaurant was full, as it was in our case (2 ceremonies at the same time), the voices of the people would be loud, but not so loud as to prevent conversation with the other people at the table. In addition, even in such an intense situation, the service was always quick, precise and without hitches, never giving us the impression of being considered second-rate compared to the enormous tables that surrounded us. We were able to taste various dishes, both first courses and second courses and desserts, finding them all good, with a pleasant and inviting aroma. The ingredients were certainly fresh and top quality.

25/05/2025: For arriving less than half an hour before closing time I would say excellent service and medium-high quality of all the dishes served! Ribs clearly not freshly prepared but still more than sufficient, excellent tartare and equally cut, I was very pleased with the availability of the chef despite the late hour and I got up from the table satisfied! My mother with somewhat difficult tastes was happy in the end (and that's no small thing) Thanks Grit! Price in line

08/05/2025: I fell in love with Grit Bistrot as soon as I entered! The fame of Villa Grit is already known here in the valley but I had never been there. So, intrigued, I went... I've never made a better choice! Famous for truffles, I tried their black truffle pasta, excellent. Handmade, very creamy, perfect. We won't talk about the cut with truffles, meat that melts in your mouth, excellent truffles and sublime side potatoes! For those who don't like the chaos of the city, the place is perfect. You ring the bell to enter, as if you were at a friend's house! The staff is made up of family members, restaurateurs for generations and with a great love for what they do! Give yourself a gift and go there at least once!
