08/07/2026: Years pass, but the welcome is always the same, from the parents to the two brothers, always present and hospitable. We stopped for lunch on July 10, on our way back to Milan. The table was pleasantly located, and within minutes they brought water and bread, taking our orders. Just enough time to cook the trofie, and voilà! Three tasty dishes: trofie, pesto, green beans, and potatoes. A generous, satisfying portion, followed by a fresh fruit salad (you could see and taste it was homemade) with gelato. An excellent lunch. Thank you for your hospitality. See you soon!

19/04/2026: Dinner on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The restaurant is located just outside Cairo Montenotte in a charming spot that I think is fantastic in the summer. The location and interior are welcoming. The menu features a few well-chosen dishes; the blue cheeses are a must-try. I must emphasize that, following a small mishap that occurred unintentionally with one of the two managers, the correctness in rectifying the situation was impeccable. It means a lot to me because it shows how much they care about their guests! I recommend it and will definitely be back. It's best to book!

12/07/2026: We discovered the restaurant through friends. The menu offers two vegan pizzas, but the same vegan cheese can be used on the other pizzas upon request. The vegan cheese was the place's true revelation; it's truly the BEST I've ever tasted. It's produced by Il Cashewficio and is also used in their cheese focaccia, which we'll definitely be back to try! If you're vegan, you absolutely must try this pizzeria.

10/07/2026: Always excellent! Thin pizza, so large it barely fits on the plate. Quality ingredients, but above all, exceptional dough. The corn dough is the best.

08/05/2026: In the heart of Genoa's historic center, right in front of the splendid Romanesque church of San Donato, this pizzeria is a must-try. The restaurant is quaint and welcoming, with a pleasant outdoor terrace in the square offering a relaxing spot among the alleys. It's only accessible on foot, but it's worth the walk. The pizza is truly excellent: thin, well-cooked, and crispy dough, generous toppings with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The menu offers a wide variety, including seasonal options. The options for specific needs are highly appreciated: gluten-free dough, yeast-free base, multigrain dough, hemp dough, and the option of vegan cheese—finally, a pizza that's also good for those with lactose intolerance. Desserts are top marks, with the house tiramisu definitely worth a try. Service is generally friendly, efficient, and fairly quick; on busy evenings or with large tables, distractions or slightly longer waits can occur, so reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Prices are fair, in line with the quality and location. In short: excellent pizza, a charming location, and delicious desserts; mostly attentive service (with a few obvious glitches when it's busy). Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

20/04/2026: They let us in even though we arrived late, the pizzas were delicious, the service was good, and the toilets were clean, but they charged an extra service fee.

06/05/2026: ARCI Club. A must-visit for comedy fans on Thursday nights. Always exceptional and welcoming.

20/02/2026: Very cool little bar, stopped for a couple of beers on a Wednesday evening on my own after my friends had gone to bed. Everyone was very friendly but not intrusive, if you see what I mean. Felt very safe. The music was excellent, awesome reggae and then some Stones and other great tunes. It's also a fantastic social and cultural association supporting arts and community in Bergamo. It's just opposite a restaurant which is also well worth a visit, Cooperative Citta Alta, which also supports and maintains some fantastic community activities. Worth a visit!

08/06/2026: Excellent. We spent a pleasant family evening enjoying a magnificent dinner. Located in the central square on Spianata Castelletto in Genoa, with a magnificent panoramic view of the historic center and the old port, just a few meters from the restaurant. They offer the best Ligurian specialties and many simply prepared seafood dishes. We tried two appetizers: the fabulous monkfish with scampi and a delicious tuna tartare, followed by a fabulous salt-baked sea bass with boiled potatoes. For dessert, a very fresh pineapple soaked in coffee. Excellent cocktails and wine list, and we enjoyed an excellent Pigato, a typical Ligurian white wine. A stunning location with a view of Genoa. The owner is Davide Cuppari, very kind, as is the entire restaurant staff. Highly recommended.

03/06/2026: A surprise, among the houses of the Castelletto esplanade, with no view but very quiet and without any crowds. Good food and attentive service. They have two sittings.

19/04/2026: A historic venue in one of Genoa's most beautiful squares. Unfortunately, the food accompanying the cocktails wasn't great; the pizza and farinata were very well-worn, the portions were limited, and the service was subpar. They first told us we'd have to vacate the tables within an hour and a half if we wanted them, and then it took over half an hour to get drinks.

25/05/2026: The food is really good! Everything is delicious and high quality.

19/04/2026: They saved our Saturday night! They found us a table without a reservation and when it was fully booked. They made our dinner fabulous. Excellent dishes, generous portions, and sometimes generous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We spent €55 each for 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 1 dessert, and 1 liter of wine. A more than reasonable price.

10/05/2026: For those like me who enjoy a good piadina every now and then, this is the place to be. Piadinas for all tastes, even for me, a veggie lover, or for my daughter, who's a Nutella addict. The staff is friendly and helpful.

12/07/2026: The menu offers truly exquisite Ligurian dishes, carefully prepared by Matteo using local ingredients. Silvia's warm welcome and the presentation of the dishes make Sunday lunch a truly enjoyable experience. The restaurant is truly beautiful and distinctive, with vaulted ceilings and stone walls.

24/02/2026: It's a lovely restaurant, on a quiet little square away from the tourist crowds. There's very little foot traffic. A great find; we go back every time we're in San Remo. The food is good (especially the trofie al pesto!) and the waiter is very friendly. 🤍

01/06/2026: Exceptional meal and dining experience at Nove. We did the 6 course tasting menu with the wine pairing. Each course was a fantastic culinarily journey. The unique flavours and creative use of ingredients kept us emerged in an unforgettable food experience we’ll be talking about for the rest of our trip. The staff were excellent, informative and professional. A special mention to the Sommelier, he was so knowledgeable and passionate about the wines and paring with each course, his care and attention definitely elevated the experience. Thank you Nove! We will be back our next time visiting Alassio.
