We stopped for lunch as our son played in the field immediately below. Excellent value for money. Really good food and very kind guys in the room. We will definitely return.

Welcoming place, friendly and kind staff, good and tasty dishes, the bread is really good, the focaccias with gorgonzola and stracchino are delicious, even the ravioli, pansoti gnocchi and tagliatelle, made by them, are excellent. I highly recommend you try it

Domenica a pranzo a Genova fra Brignole e zona Bisagno è quasi tutto chiuso, allora ci arrampichiamo a Sant'Eusebio per mangiare in questa trattoria consigliata dagli amici di uno di noi. Tovagliette e tovaglioli di carta, ambiente né rustico né moderno, ordiniamo tre primi: gnocchi al pesto un filo anonimi, ravioli di borragine gradevoli e tagliolini con cervo nella media. Di secondo prendiamo fritto del golfo, buona l'impanatura, e poi un paio di dolci. Vino nulla della zona, quando proviamo a buttarci su un bianco ci viene consigliata un'etichetta trentina, allora prendiamo un dolcetto di ovada da 13°, con cervo, ravioli e gnocchi un rosso non troppo deciso fatto a 50 km di distanza poteva starci. Conto giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto, servizio gentile (anche se non mi puoi portare dopo che te l'avevo chiesto il parmigiano quando sono quasi a fine primo), servizi igienici all'esterno e a gennaio non è il massimo. Un posto onesto, dove qualcosa di buono c'è eccome, ma con un po' d'impegno credo che potrebbero facilmente fare ancora meglio: si può tornare.

Good typical Genoese trattoria, excellent for a quick lunch or dinner with typical Genoese dishes. Ample parking, varied menu, often crowded, especially at midday, very friendly and helpful staff.

A Genova per lavoro, ci viene consigliata questa ottima trattoria. Abbiamo optato per il menu a prezzo fisso: un pesto meraviglioso, pansoti da leccarsi i baffi, pollo ai peperoni e hamburger con patate eccellenti. Servizio veloce e cortese. Buono anche il caffè. Simpatica la location con anche tavoli all'aperto. Bravi!

01/04/2024: A place with a claim. I booked through Google Maps, they responded promptly. We were greeted warmly, all the waiters were incredibly attentive and helpful. The restaurant is not the largest, the atmosphere is pleasant, with increased comfort, there is a small wonderful terrace. They kindly offered prosecco for an aperitif. Then they brought a bread basket, although it did not contain the most delicious bread. But the Sauvignon Blanc was wonderful. And, despite the fact that I ordered a glass, they opened a new, perfectly chilled bottle in front of me. The thin grissini were the best. First they brought a compliment: arancini mini with basil cream. As an appetizer, I ordered baby squid with mashed peas. Well... the dish is about nothing. For main course - eel. It completely copied the banal unagi in marinade and glazing. Garnish: mashed potatoes. The portion is not very big. Not a masterpiece either. The choice of mille-feuille with orange cream for dessert was disappointing. The dough was too dry and there was a hint of salt; only the orange cream was tasty. We must pay tribute to the waiter: in response to my comment, he brought me a wonderful piece of homemade Colombo for coffee and deducted dessert from the bill. Overall, overpriced. I wouldn't go a second time.

01/04/2024: Run by Moroccans (I think Morocco), it has nothing to envy of the Genoese, very good, excellent fugassa as well as the service and kindness. Next time in Zena it will be a fixed stop again to take home a pan of fugassa. Congratulations guys, you are very good!!!
