22/10/2025: Simple atmosphere, but amazing kebab. I ordered the €8 kebab menu, and the value was spectacular. The sandwich was incredibly tasty, and the portion of fries was generous. The receptionist who takes orders was also very friendly. For me, it's the best kebab place in Savona.

30/10/2025: Thanks to the lunch provided, we were able to sample this restaurant's culinary offerings. Refined dishes with generous portions, accompanied by excellent focaccia. Unfortunately, the exterior doesn't make the best first impression, but the interior is well-maintained and tasteful.

14/11/2025: A charming place on a busy street, tastefully decorated, modern, spotlessly clean, with an open kitchen. Plenty of parking. They offer delicious business lunches, and excellent focaccia and brioche for breakfast!

22/09/2025: Amazing Italian bakery. Went on holiday in ceriale and walked 20 minutes every morning back and forth to enjoy their delicious focaccias and brioches. The staff is very warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would recommend everyone to enjoy their breakfast (and/or lunch) here!

The dishes are always meticulously prepared and, above all, rich in flavor. Every time we return, she always manages to surprise us with new recipes and irresistible dishes. One of the features that makes this restaurant the best in the Polcevera Valley and Certosa is the consistent quality of both the cuisine and the service—a rare thing, given that other restaurants in the area can vary greatly. 15/10/2025: Greed at the expense of service quality The restaurant is very famous, pseudo-elegant, and expensive, but people likely continue to frequent it for some reason related to the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the owner's desire to never lose a single customer and to always keep tables full with at least two seats per evening completely negates any positive aspects of the culinary quality, replacing them with total disorganization and a lack of respect for the customers. We had a reservation for four people at 9:30 PM and arrived promptly. When we arrived, the waiter asked us to be patient for about five minutes because they were "slightly struggling." We waited 15 minutes and noticed at least a dozen groups in the alley outside who, like us, had reservations but were still waiting for their tables. When we asked the waiter again how much longer we would have to stand, he replied, visibly out of breath, that it would be about another 15 minutes. This meant we'd start eating at 10:00 PM. We would have preferred to leave, but we decided to wait. Very calmly, every now and then someone from the small groups waiting managed to sit down. After the customary 15 minutes, it was 10:00 PM: none of us were still seated. Inside the restaurant, a few people were eating while 70% of the customers were waiting to be served. We waited another 20 minutes—arriving at 10:20 PM—without anyone leaving their tables. Many customers continued to wait for their dishes. At that point, we decided to leave at 10:30 PM, after an hour of pointless waiting. If a restaurant that claims to be elegant and high-end doesn't have the courage to inform customers that they must vacate their tables by a set time—which is in any case unbecoming of the style of a place of this kind—then it shouldn't accept any more reservations. To the owner, I say: since you're not worried about the risk of empty tables due to selfishness and greed, simply not accepting any more reservations would do your reputation much more credit. I'll conclude by reminding you that I used to frequent this restaurant about thirty years ago, but I stopped going because there were already unpleasant service issues back then that kept me away from there ever since.

05/08/2025: Ended up here after the market (Tuesdays only). Locals come here for a glass of wine or lunch. We had a wonderful meal here, a lovely quiet street, cozy and cool thanks to the location, honest and delicious food. Two wines (small glasses) for €2.60... simply delicious!!! Definitely recommended for honest, simple Italian food. You get a taste of Italy! 🥰

12/10/2025: What can I say?...doing a job where I travel every corner of the region...from the most remote mountaintop spot to the busiest city center...I can definitely tell you that finding places like this where the friendly service, the quality of the food, and the value for money are paramount...with the authenticity and simplicity of the service making the taste of the food even more enjoyable and the overall experience that can only leave you wanting to RETURN!...I just want to say..... THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF. I hope you are an example to all those places where the customer is just a number... A habit that has now become too annoying for those who know the value of the word PROFESSIONALISM!

27/10/2025: I've been coming to Arcadia for years, and it's always a sure thing! Roberto and Elisabetta are wonderful, kind people, and always ready to make you feel at home. The place is meticulously maintained, always clean, and welcoming. The food is excellent: top-quality ingredients, carefully crafted dishes, exceptional stuffed focaccias, and truly delicious desserts. A place you'll always want to return to!

01/09/2025: We arrived at 12:15 just to be told they open at 12:30, not being offered to look at the menu in the meantime or to sit down somewhere to wait (it was empty). The place is obviously charming, food was ok, very small portions for the price but ok given the location, however the coperto 5€ per person sounds like a scam for a simple trattoria without even proper tablecloths…not to mention there is lots of room for improvement in the service and the welcome.

24/08/2025: I'd like to give it 100 stars, but I can't! Last night I had dinner with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary, and thanks to the wonderful evening, the location, and the dinner, we had a wonderful evening! Excellent food and wine, very fresh fish, and friendly staff. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews that kept us from booking! Some people should do what they know how to do, not keyboard food critics, who probably don't know how to cook a hard-boiled egg! Thank you so much to the owner and our waiter for their kindness!
