19/08/2025: YOU MUST TRY THE MOZZARELLA AND RICOTTA!!! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We ordered a kilo of mozzarella, ricotta, and stracciatella. I also asked for two small mozzarella balls to eat on the way, and they gave them to me. What can I say? I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it. The workshop is open to the public, the freshest mozzarella, and above all, the best mozzarella I've ever eaten!!! The price was excellent, too! I recommend stopping by!

28/09/2025: I went to Pizzeria Oasi in Aprilia. It's located a bit in the countryside, far from the center of Aprilia. The place is surrounded by greenery and has a peaceful atmosphere. The Roman-style pizza was delicious, cooked to perfection. The service was truly kind and friendly. We were with someone with celiac disease, and the staff went out of their way to ensure she could eat without any issues, offering gluten-free options and taking care of the preparation to avoid cross-contamination. We started with fried food and finished with dessert. A perfect place for a quiet meal.

The meat is definitely the star of the menu: of the highest quality and cooked with incredible skill, which further enhances its tenderness and deliciousness. But I advise you not to underestimate all the other dishes. Vincenzo personally and expertly selects each ingredient, which is then cooked to perfection by his team. And listen carefully: just going there to meet the owner, Vincenzo, is worth the price of admission. He's a special, iconic, one-of-a-kind person. Extremely friendly, engaging, eccentric: a truly amazing host! In short, the food is divine, the atmosphere is pleasant, the host is iconic... what more could you want? Go without hesitation: you won't regret it!

02/11/2025: I can confirm this also for the new location. One of the best pizzas ever: light, easy to digest, flavorful, and large. The prices are fair for such a good pizza, but a little less for drinks and cover charge. They're too expensive! €2.50 cover charge per person, and €3 for 750ml water. We paid more for drinks than for the pizza, but if I had to eat excellent pizza, I'd definitely go back. The Sicilian cannoli dessert was also delicious. Highly recommended. A pizza, a dessert that not everyone had, and drinks (5 water, 2 Cokes, and 1 glass of beer) came to €22 per person. I repeat, good for what we ate, less good for what we drank. Also because some people spent €22 but only ate a Margherita pizza and drank water.

20/09/2025: I've been wanting to try this restaurant in Latina for a while. Obviously, beyond the reviews, the best advertising is word of mouth, which confirms everything I was expecting. A pleasant evening with friends awaits us, so I book well in advance to avoid any surprises. We sit down and, amidst the various pleasantries, wait half an hour to order; obviously, a full restaurant is a good idea. We begin dinner with the first course: seafood panzanella, something amazing!!!!!!, and orange prawns. Next, seafood scialatiello, the best of the best, and fusillo cacio e pepe. To finish, amberjack cacciatore, delicious. I'd like to say that despite the initial wait, the service was excellent and respected the time between courses. I recommend a little more attention to the customer and table service, without taking anything away from the kindness of the owners, the restaurant in my opinion is the best in Latina value for money that is unmatched, raw materials and high-quality dishes. Congratulations, amazing!!!!!

The burger wasn't cooked evenly, and some parts were perhaps a little too raw. Plus, the bun wasn't warmed up. Despite everything, it wasn't bad, 4 out of 5. The service was super attentive, very friendly, and very fast. Thanks guys. The location is spectacular; I found it interesting and intimate in the right way. Soft lighting, modern decor with a well-matched touch of whimsy. We'll definitely be back to try the steak.

13/10/2025: A three-hour dinner, with endless waits: to order, for the wine list, and for each course. The waitress apologized, but the evening was truly slow. Small and well-kept restaurant. The dishes were well-prepared: the autumn cream soup was the highlight, and the tartare was also very good. The pork belly was well-executed, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sliced ​​beef steak, however, was disappointing, especially considering the price. The bill was steep: €110 for two appetizers, two main courses, one dessert, and one bottle of wine. A couple of years ago, I would have given it one star. This time, the food was good, but nothing exceptional.
