Simply excellent... I don't understand some of the criticism about the service, I found it punctual and friendly. Quality raw materials and very varied flavors. Reasonable price for the quality offered. Highly recommended for those looking for quality.

Interesting menu proposal and an environment with attention to the smallest details

We went to LA STORTA Unconventional Pizza for dinner with friends. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the idea of ​​"unconventional" pizza is interesting. We started with a small fried pizza each as an appetizer, which arrived fairly quickly. We then ordered pizzas around 9:00 PM. The menu doesn't have a huge selection (about six pizzas), but it must be said that the quality of the pizza is truly excellent. The main problem, unfortunately, was the wait: the pizzas didn't arrive until 11:14 PM, over two hours after we ordered them. This was a truly excessive wait, especially considering it was a Thursday evening and not a weekend. During this entire wait, the service was practically nonexistent: we weren't even considered, and nothing was brought to us to help break the wait. A simple focaccia in the center of the table would have been greatly appreciated. In the end, I had to go and ask for one myself to prevent anyone from falling asleep from hunger. Also, when a friend of mine asked for bread, he was told it was out of bread. In short: very good pizza and a pleasant place, but the wait was really long and the service was inattentive. With better organization in the dining room and kitchen, it could be a truly excellent place.

I've been to LA STORTA – Unconventional Pizza, and the experience was truly amazing. The restaurant is somewhat remote, but still easy to reach and definitely worth the trip. The restaurant is spread over two floors: the lower floor is warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed dinner; the upper floor is primarily dedicated to parties and events, but is equally well-maintained and beautiful. The service is one of its strong points: you're immediately greeted with an excellent welcome, thanks to the extremely kind, knowledgeable, and always available staff. You can sense both professionalism and passion. The menu is extensive, original, and even fun to read. The offerings are ambitious and well-researched: refined ingredients, perfect pairings, new flavors, and fun combinations that pique your curiosity and entice you to try something different. This is a place that truly succeeds in creatively reinterpreting pizza without sacrificing quality. The alcohol selection is also very interesting: excellent draft beers, a variety of wines, and a truly remarkable cocktail menu, each one better than the last. I went on the weekend, and despite the place being quite busy and with plenty of seating, I was impressed by how quickly the food came out. Truly efficient. I highly recommend it for both an intimate evening and a dinner with friends. It's a place that adapts perfectly to both occasions. I'll definitely be back!

I've visited many venues both in Italy and abroad. I must say that finding something like this in the outskirts of a city like Latina was a surprise! Despite the wait on Saturday night, I found the staff extremely kind and welcoming, from the telephone reservation to the final payment. The food is excellent and thoughtful, a rarity these days in our country, which maintains a low profile, undoubtedly afforded but not daring enough. The staff's friendliness is also wonderful, despite, I repeat, the Saturday night crowds and Valentine's Day celebrations. Keep up the good work. I will recommend it to everyone!

La Storta is one of those places that makes you feel right at home. A welcoming atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, and above all, cuisine that focuses on quality and simplicity, done well.
