14/02/2025: Tonight's experience. I book for two people for Valentine's Day with the intention of spending a good evening with good food. We arrive and it takes about twenty minutes just to order, various courses were not available but this is to be considered as it is Valentine's Day. Appetizers: 4 bruschettas 1 stuffed potato 1 plate of raw Picanha (it tasted very little) Main course 800g of poor quality meat with little taste and with the addition of a plate to heat the meat which arrived already cold at the table. 2 glasses of wine, a beer and a bottle of water €130 bill including the coffee brought cold to the table and left like that. I highly recommend this place. I had received mixed feedback and decided to try it, mea culpa but really low level.

10/03/2025: We had lunch at the refuge after a hike on Monte Redentore. Kind and welcoming waiters, the food was very good, from the mixed starter with quality cured meats to the fantastic 1.2kg ribeye!! Highly recommended!

27/01/2025: What a treat. So much was closed in Sperlonga where we are staying, and some extensive research brought us for a drive here. Antipasti, primi, secondi, dolce, everything was executed so well. Also, the personnel were very kind and attentive. Grateful for the experience!

17/02/2025: Ubicato al Centro di Sonnino con un'ampia vista spettacolare su tutta la vallata, ha soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative. La cucina è quella tipica della zona con formaggi e carni di capra, salsiccia, lumache, broccoli, pasta artigianale e olio extravergine rigorosamente da olive itrana. Fuori dalla tradizione locale, ma lo stesso sorprendentemente ottima è stata la genovese con i "riccitelli". Accoglienza e servizio, impeccabili, sono stati gestiti direttamente dall'affabile Ignazio. Conto finale assolutamente equo.

20/03/2025: Il posto é molto limitato nei tavoli disponibili. Nel complesso cibo buono ma menu molto limitsto e il rapporto qualita prezzo rispetto alla scelta offerta é molto sbilanciato a sfavore di quest'ultimo. Per questa ragione il voto che do penalizza soprattutto il prezzo eccessivamente alto e la scelta eccessivamente limitata ma non la qualita del cibo e l'ospitalita del ristoratore.

16/03/2025: The first impact left us perplexed because the place, although it appears tidy and well organised, appears to have a "neutral" personality which made us suspect an equal level of quality. However, once at the table we happily changed our minds because we were able to appreciate excellent fresh fish dishes, cooked well in compliance with the best traditions. The menu is not very rich - and in my opinion this guarantees a higher quality of the dishes - but the offer is wide enough to satisfy every palate. The owner/chef is discreet and very attentive to customers' needs and suggestions and the service staff is efficient and professional. If you add to all this a fair price, I wonder: what more could you want! I'll be back, for sure! Compliments
