02/02/2025: From Anzio to discover Piglio, we discovered this incredible restaurant, amazingly good dishes from starters to desserts, clean and well-kept premises, kind staff attentive to customer needs, really advantageous prices. We will return and recommend it to everyone.

20/01/2025: Tiny place on Casilina, in Anagni. They are primarily focused on takeout and delivery, but have some seating. The pizza is very good, even if they don't have a wood oven. This does not mean that the dough is light and digestible, the tomato is sweet and the mozzarella is always good. Even the fried foods do not disappoint (especially the pasta omelette). I go there relatively often with my family (unfortunately it's far from home...).

04/03/2025: A truly tasty dining experience! I had the pleasure of enjoying some of the most delicious and authentic dishes I have ever tried. The 'fines with wild boar ragù' were a real treat, with a rich and flavourful ragù that went perfectly with the homemade pasta. The 'Baked Potato Meatloaf' was cooked to perfection, succulent and accompanied by golden, crispy potatoes. The "ravioli with speck and provola" was a divine combination of smoky and creamy flavors, while the "artichokes Roman style" added a touch of tradition and freshness to the meal. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff. Long live Signora Daniela The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and makes the whole experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend Ristorante Sfizio Pasta to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience. I can't wait to return and sample more delights from their menu! 🍝🥂

16/02/2025: I've known this place for years now but it's been a while since I've been there, Mario welcomed us with friendship and kindness, recommending local and almost exclusive dishes, all delicious, they know how to do their job and very well, Mario advised us to take the sheep cooked with anchovies and cooked for 24 hours, pappardelle with wild boar, pumpkin macerated in vinegar, sweet onions au gratin and potatoes like in the past, what can I say now forgotten flavours. Honest price and fabulous environment, we will return in March for the coratella.

19/01/2025: Posto trovato per caso sinceramente ,ma io e mia moglie siamo stati colpiti sia per l’accoglienza e dopo per il mangiare spettacolare dovreste andare e prenotare,tutto buonissimo dall’antipasto primi spettacolari e secondi un incanto andate ,dimenticavo che non è poco prezzi molto buoni

23/03/2025: Una location bellissima, siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria che ci ha fatti subito sentire a casa. Una volta accomodati le cameriere che ci hanno serviti sono state gentilissime, attente ed allo stesso tempo discrete. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti e due primi e tutti i piatti erano buonissimi. Conto in linea. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, torneremo sicuramente.

Excellent quality and genuine raw materials, courteous and professional service! Highly recommended!! The lake is a fantastic place, in any season it has something to transmit! (Favorite dish: chestnut tagliatelle with forest scent)
