08/03/2026: Yesterday with my wife... recommended by a friend: the flavors of each dish were perfectly balanced, the very professional staff went out of their way to make our dining experience enjoyable, attentive without being intrusive. The intimate setting and cozy, soft music created the perfect atmosphere.

A mixed appetizer and two carbonaras at a very fair price. The food was excellent, the staff was very kind, and I must say it was truly an incredible dinner! I would go back—and will!—every chance I get!
05/04/2026: An experience bordering on perfection, with polite and friendly service, and a touch of informality that never hurts—in fact, it's much appreciated. High-quality food, delicious first courses, but the meat is the real star of the menu, exquisite. The price was in line with the quality of the ingredients, and the desserts were exceptional. At the beginning of the dinner, they welcomed us with bruschetta, and at the end, they offered us delicious donuts with red wine. The customer service was top-notch, and I spent an evening with friends that to call perfect would be an understatement. Congratulations!

02/05/2026: Never been worse. The service was barely adequate, and the guy who I believe is the owner was completely unfriendly. Let's not even talk about the food. I had fettuccine with mushrooms and sausage; I swear it didn't even taste like the water it was cooked in. Not to mention that I digested it the next day, and it made me go to the bathroom five times. I wanted to organize my daughter's birthday party here, with a lunch for about twenty people, but thank goodness I "sacrificed" myself as a guinea pig. I definitely wouldn't recommend it...but everyone is free to choose, maybe I'm just a coincidence.
25/04/2026: After years of trying wild boar pasta practically everywhere in Italy, I can say that the one they make at Gino's is unmatched. I dream about it at night...
I've sent practically everyone I know to try it. It's truly worth it.

22/03/2026: It's not just a lunch, but a true gastronomic experience, thanks in part to the length and number of courses. From appetizers to first courses, from main courses to dessert, including the bread, everything is prepared with care and carefully selected ingredients. The freshly prepared vermouth also deserves special mention. We'll definitely be back.

The pizza was disappointing (the toppings were good, but the dough was unsavory), and it was served almost cold; as it cooled, it was even impossible to cut. I wouldn't return.

07/05/2026: My wife and I arrived from Grosseto just as the kitchen was closing time, but they didn't hesitate to welcome us. What can I say? A family-run, simple, and quiet atmosphere. The owner and his wife were extremely helpful in the kitchen. We ordered amatriciana, carbonara, a slice of pizzaiola, and a side dish. Everything was delicious, with generous portions and very reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back. Well done!

25/02/2026: I found this restaurant by chance while traveling to Fiuggi. The location is very nice and welcoming, and the fireplace with the embers where they cook the various meats is very nice... The lamb chops were very good and very tender... I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

A large selection of cheeses, along with various sausages, cured meats, and cold cuts, all truly, truly delicious. Sincere compliments. A must-visit every time you visit Fiuggi. Highly recommended.

If I could give it 6 stars, I would.
Excellent products, worth trying both for dinner and takeout.
The owner, a very kind person, understood my weakness for cheese and let me taste so many.
Seeing is believing, I can't wait to return to Fiuggi to stop by.

The carbonara with crispy pancetta was delicious...
The sliced meat was tasty but a little tough, which was a shame.
The tiramisu was delicious, but a little... not enough!
And for the price, I have to say it's in line with the price...

23/03/2026: The place is very nice and the food is excellent. However, I personally don't like returning if I'm treated badly. When the person in charge of taking our orders approached me, I asked if I could change the type of pasta. The woman responded aggressively and disrespectfully. I should have gotten up and left or simply scolded her, but I chose to remain silent out of respect for the other customers. In fact, the table next to ours noticed; I will never return to this restaurant again. I don't think that woman is qualified for that role. Then it took forever to bring our food. NEVER AGAIN.

31/03/2026: Perfect evening, we tried the 5-course tasting menu, sublime. Rich, refined and carefully prepared dishes. Everything was perfect. From the entree to the dessert. The appetizer (amberjack tartare) was the dish we liked the most. We had already been here several times, but we will definitely be back.
