22/12/2025: If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Ciociaria tradition combined with a touch of sophistication, Trattoria del Maresciallo is a must-try. I had the studio's pre-Christmas dinner here, and we were immediately impressed by the beautiful location in a stunning setting, just like "Canceglie" during the holiday season. However, it was the first and second courses that left us speechless. The maltagliati with guanciale and chickpea cream are a perfect balance of textures: the creaminess of the chickpeas perfectly complements the crunchiness of the guanciale, a heart-warming dish. ​The real highlight, however, was the red wine stew: tender meat that literally melts in the mouth, and a rich, fragrant, and deeply flavorful sauce. You can taste the carefully selected ingredients and the expertly slow cooking. ​Special mention goes to the service, which was absolutely excellent. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and makes you feel welcome from the first moment to the last, with a courtesy that's hard to find elsewhere these days. ​An impeccable gastronomic experience that I highly recommend to anyone passing through Sora.

Atina DOC wines and other excellent Lazio wines are also available. In addition to the restaurant, there's a well-stocked wine shop where you can also purchase many locally sourced products. The best pasta e fagioli in the world...in short, a must-visit in the province of Frosinone!

15/11/2025: I had dinner with my husband at Trasoto, and I must say it was a real pleasure! The dishes are authentic and plentiful. The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to offer advice and accommodate our requests. The atmosphere is very informal yet welcoming; we immediately felt at home. It's a place where you can eat well without spending too much. A tip for those who want to go: it's not easy to find, especially at night, but the candles on the sidewalk were a great idea! And once we arrived, the outdoor parking space was a huge plus. It's a place I highly recommend to everyone...an oasis of peace and good food, hidden in nature. We'll definitely be back!

20/10/2025: Bellavista Winery isn't just a restaurant or a winery: it's a truly enchanting place where culinary excellence blends with a magical atmosphere. The panoramic view, which gives the restaurant its name, is simply breathtaking and adds a touch of unforgettable romance, especially at sunset. The heart of the experience is, of course, the cuisine. To say "the food is good" is an understatement. The dishes are a tribute to tradition and the high quality of the ingredients, presented with care and creativity that elevate every imagination. The handmade cavatelli with creamed artichokes and crispy bacon are a dream. Along with the other delicacies, the owner contributes to making the stay all the more cheerful and enjoyable. What can I say...we'll return soon.

19/01/2026: IT IS A FAMILY-RUN HOTEL MANAGED BY THE OWNERS, SURROUNDED BY GREENLAND BUT LOCATED IN THE TOWN AND CLOSE TO THE MOTORWAY, THEREFORE VERY EASY TO REACH, AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE, WITH PARTICULAR AVAILABILITY ON THE PART OF THE OWNERS.

09/01/2026: Beautiful location near the city center and stunning garden with ample parking at the back. Restaurant with excellent selection of cuisine and quality of food. The only downside is the room, which could be improved with little expense. The bathroom could be better maintained. Reasonable price.

The prices are significantly below average. An experience worth having. P.S.: After a couple of years, I feel compelled to update the stars on my review, giving it my all. Having returned to this restaurant several times, I can only praise it for the quality and deliciousness found for every occasion. Congratulations!

A good selection of wines. Good value for money. The location is well-positioned, but parking is a bit difficult as it's almost in the city center.

The band was engaging and brilliant, and since we'd met before the evening began, they even performed the Lazio national anthem in an openly jovial way: a pleasant and perfectly timed gesture.
