02/11/2025: We had dinner for a 40th anniversary: ​​the location is surrounded by green olive trees, there's parking, and it's rustic but very refined! The exterior is spacious and well-lit! The food is excellent, locally sourced, with attentive service and quick, friendly service! They sell organic products. We'll be back because it'll be worth it in other seasons!

18/06/2025: We had lunch as a family on Sunday, June 15, 2025, in this restaurant with medieval decor nestled in a small, typical Lazio village (Casalvieri) and it was a delicious moment not only for the excellent flavor of each dish but also for the warm welcome from Marco and Zio who, above all, gave us a little history lesson of this unique place. We learned that this restaurant was also a refuge for the "partigiani" during the Second World War. The dishes are generous and the beef is of high quality! Marco insisted on presenting us on a platter several ribs of beef so that my husband and cousin could choose them, which is rare! The hamburgers are also divine, accompanied by skillfully prepared potatoes or green vegetables! Of course, the antipasto (mix of cold cuts, various cheeses, white beans in sauce, etc.) was also a real delight. Not to mention the desserts... I can only recommend this restaurant 100% and in all objectivity!!!!

07/11/2025: A beautiful location, surrounded by greenery, with meticulous attention to detail, despite its age. We recommend better signposting of both the routes and parking! Fantastic couples massage, the only shame is that the massage beds lack the holes to properly position your face. Very inviting spas, scattered throughout the natural setting, a bit small but beautiful and diverse. The only shame is that the water temperatures are too low, especially when the weather isn't hot outside. The receptionist was friendly and quick, top notch.

The restaurant... simply amazing! We chose the meat menu and it was a riot of flavors, but we can't wait to return to try everything else. A heartfelt thank you to the ladies at reception, the restaurant, the breakfast staff, and the spa—all so kind, professional, and smiling. The only small flaw? The parking lot is a bit inconvenient and small... but in the face of so much beauty, it really fades into the background. 💛

I asked for a seafood salad, delicate in flavor, then I asked for Tonarelli all'amatraciana, and they brought me strozzapreti with the guanciale turned into sinews, because I couldn't see or taste the crunchiness. And even the sauce had a strange aftertaste. I asked for fried calamari and shrimp, which was the only good thing. I asked for a mixed salad, which the waiter had told me was arugula, radicchio, tomatoes, and lettuce, and they brought me only tomatoes and lettuce. I asked for the addition, and they brought me the radicchio half rotten because it had brown pieces. I wouldn't go back to a small town where you pay like 30 euros or more per person. At least the service should be impeccable. I hope you can improve. You have the tools to do so.

Well done, well done, well done. The dishes are refined, delicious, and tasty. I've been around Lazio a bit and I have to say the quality/price ratio is amazing. I'll truly remember it fondly.
