19/04/2025: small and cozy place, very kind and friendly staff, every now and then they come to the table to chat and make a joke. The food is SPECTACULAR, typical Roman cuisine really excellent. An experience to try absolutely, both for the food and for the fun and playful environment

13/04/2025: Dinner in Frosinone that couldn't have been better. Suggestive place, free-range but at the same time classy. Friendly manager, attentive service, amazing food: try the black pork ham with buffalo mozzarella. The carbonara is a must: the best I've ever eaten, with toasted bacon and the right amount of egg and cheese. Very digestible, says those who often struggle with that dish. Truly highly recommended

20/01/2025: Tiny place on Casilina, in Anagni. They are primarily focused on takeout and delivery, but have some seating. The pizza is very good, even if they don't have a wood oven. This does not mean that the dough is light and digestible, the tomato is sweet and the mozzarella is always good. Even the fried foods do not disappoint (especially the pasta omelette). I go there relatively often with my family (unfortunately it's far from home...).

29/04/2025: The girl at the cash register is a stunner, cute, kind and always smiling. When I go alone even if they have a lot of reservations they always find me a place. Fast service, excellent Neapolitan pizza, what more do you want?

25/03/2025: We came down from Frankfurt am Main to celebrate a birthday with family and friends at Villa Euchelia. Dinner for about 40 people, excellent cuisine and excellent service. Everything taken care of well! Even the hotel rooms we took were all neat and clean. We were very happy, our guests were also very happy, and this remains the most important thing. Villa Euchelia.. availability.. professionalism and kindness with a beautiful family "touch"! Thank you

24/03/2025: We stayed 2 nights at villa euchelia using a wonderbox package. The room we stayed in was simple and rational, the place pleasant and quiet, the staff young and helpful. Special praise goes to the food, all really excellent, especially the tortelloni stuffed with Genoese which I put in my top 3 of the best dishes eaten to date :)

01/05/2025: Today May 1st fixed menu. It was a wonderful experience from all points of view. The appetizer was excellent and plentiful, followed by a triumph of sweet grilled meat and coffee. The quality/price ratio is unbelievable. The environment was very welcoming and the service was impeccable. Absolutely recommended.

27/04/2025: A nice and well furnished restaurant but the kebabs weren't that great and above all you can't serve them on a plate.... the starter was plentiful and good. The location is halfway between rustic and modern. Fast and courteous staff.

16/04/2025: The restaurant is welcoming, is run by people who are always courteous and efficient and offers cuisine mainly inspired by local tradition. The quality of the raw materials used and the work of expert hands in the kitchen ensure that well-prepared and tasty dishes reach the table. We ordered, as a starter, an excellent culatello with buffalo mozzarella and, as first courses, we ate some spectacular fettuccine with asparagus and sausage cream and some extraordinary mezze sleeves alla zozzona. We really appreciated the slices of "Easter pine cone" that were offered to us by the house... a dessert, made by them, truly very good! It's not a piece of cake, but... it's worth it!

16/04/2025: We went for lunch, there aren't many seats, the place has a tidy and essential style. Excellent value for money. I had some really excellent ettuccine with asparagus and sausage, I would just have a few more pieces of sausage. As a side dish, the sautéed broccoli was good in flavor but a little too "moist" for my tastes. In short, clean and basic place, excellent value for money.
