21/09/2025: Osteria New York is a great experience. The food is excellent, with typical products and an excellent wine cellar. Excellent service and friendly, professional staff. At the end of the evening, you can choose between rum and cigars, which are served in a truly fantastic way. I highly recommend it.

21/09/2025: Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Despite the nice atmosphere, the service was slow and inattentive: we waited over three hours for our dishes, with no particular care taken in providing focaccia and focaccia. The quality of the food did not reflect the rather high prices, and the staff was lacking in courtesy. It's a real shame, because the previous reviews had given us hope. Considering the prices, I would have expected higher quality. I think there's room for improvement, but right now, I don't feel like recommending this restaurant to anyone! I definitely won't be returning or recommending it.

03/08/2025: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria in Sora! The pizzas are excellent and well-leavened with delicious and unique toppings! We tried the Trentina, the Fermento, and the new Aroma, Aura, and Zafferana! I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the desserts, too! The tiramisu was excellent, and the Sicilian granitas are a must-try! Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: Locale difficile da inquadrare, un pó ristorante un pó pizzeria, forse una versione 3.0 di pub? Non lo so! ha una sua identità, ma nel contempo non capisci bene l'atmosfera in cui sei. La qualità della materie prime è da ristorante, il servizio da pub. Personalmente non ho gradito la pizza, mentre chips e dolci ottimi. Il conto elevato per un servizio non da ristorante. 50€ per due persone sono prezzi che si spendono in località molto più blasonate di Sora.

01/09/2025: Everything was really good, a place you'll want to return to because you know you'll eat well. The only flaw is the very slow and poorly organized service.

20/09/2025: We stopped here twice on our round-trip to Calabria. The food is excellent, whether you're looking for local specialties or seafood. The prices are good! The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive! I highly recommend it if you're stopping in Ceprano!

20/08/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance after a visit to Lake Canterno, and I must say it's a very quiet and relaxing place, overlooking the lake and offering a beautiful view. The cuisine is excellent, featuring traditional dishes like provola and eggplant panzerotti and rabbit casserole. The only downside is that when it's crowded, service can be a bit slow, but it's still recommended.

19/08/2025: Restaurant serving typical Ciociaria cuisine. A tourist menu with some excellent specialties, a very friendly owner, and all in a beautiful location. Recommended!

03/09/2025: I arrived by chance... I was amazed by the care, attention, and quality of the cuisine. The atmosphere welcomed us as if we were at home. Perfect tablecloths, matching dishes. Thinking it was a small trattoria, the owner surprised us with a gourmet menu, created with so much care and love... each dish explained in minute detail, it could easily have been the menu of a very fine restaurant. Of course, the eight appetizers prevented us from trying anything else, but I loved every dish... and next time I'll choose something else. The last gem... the coffee... strictly from a percolator, served the way my grandmother used to make it... a tray with a coffee pot, milk, and sugar bowl... wonderful. Bravo!

12/08/2025: This restaurant is a journey through flavors. There's no à la carte menu, but a selection of daily specials to choose from. It starts with a series of appetizers that build in flavor and savoriness. Then comes the three first courses, from which you can choose one or have a taste of all three. The same goes for the second courses, which were truly delicious: you could choose between pork, veal, and lamb... all extraordinary. I can't comment on the desserts because we didn't order them, having been completely full. All washed down with an excellent Cesanese del Piglio. Highly recommended!!!

12/09/2025: We spent a weekend at this resort and I must say we were completely satisfied. Let's start with the downsides, which are few but there are nonetheless. The property doesn't have onsite parking, which is quite inconvenient given that there's only a nearby parking lot that's always packed during the day. Another negative for overnight guests is the possibility of daily access by outsiders: this certainly creates some overcrowding, which prevents guests from fully enjoying the relaxation (something those who decide to stay here certainly seek). Let's now analyze the resort. It's certainly unique, structured on several levels and with different spaces. There are several hot tubs and heated pools flavored with rosemary, thyme, and more. The outdoor pool is also very beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are also beautiful; we had a suite with a hot tub. Very good breakfast. The light lunch option, which can also be enjoyed in your room, is excellent. The quality of the dishes in the restaurant for dinner is also excellent.

11/09/2025: A relaxing weekend with my husband, a sudden choice. We weren't familiar with the place. We were truly satisfied. Everything was beautiful and well-maintained. The aromatherapy hot tubs, both indoors and outdoors, were fantastic. Breathtaking views of the Frosinone mountains. Truly, compliments! A wonderful facility. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, not to mention the on-site restaurant. Everything was very refined, with attention to detail. The food was of the highest quality, almost Michelin-starred. We will gladly return and highly recommend it to everyone.

18/06/2025: We had lunch as a family on Sunday, June 15, 2025, in this restaurant with medieval decor nestled in a small, typical Lazio village (Casalvieri) and it was a delicious moment not only for the excellent flavor of each dish but also for the warm welcome from Marco and Zio who, above all, gave us a little history lesson of this unique place. We learned that this restaurant was also a refuge for the "partigiani" during the Second World War. The dishes are generous and the beef is of high quality! Marco insisted on presenting us on a platter several ribs of beef so that my husband and cousin could choose them, which is rare! The hamburgers are also divine, accompanied by skillfully prepared potatoes or green vegetables! Of course, the antipasto (mix of cold cuts, various cheeses, white beans in sauce, etc.) was also a real delight. Not to mention the desserts... I can only recommend this restaurant 100% and in all objectivity!!!!

31/08/2025: I'm a regular at this restaurant, having been going there for almost 20 years. Although cooking is an art, and often a difficult one, in all these years I've never had a meal that fell far short of the restaurant's standards, which are significantly above average. I'm a regular restaurant patron because I have a passion for flavor, both local and international, with gastronomic excursions even outside the region. Yet, I think I can safely say that this place is the best for me, for the following reasons: professionalism in terms of hospitality, kindness, and ambiance, excellent culinary skills, quality ingredients, and, last but not least, a quality/price ratio that is unmatched in a restaurant world where most restaurateurs should become robbers.

13/09/2025: A beautiful and characteristic restaurant in the historic heart of Sora. In nice weather, you can dine al fresco on the picturesque Canceglie street. The mountain antipasto is tasty and plentiful, featuring cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables, along with rustic pizzas and frittatas. The amatriciana and mixed roast meats are delicious. The staff is attentive and friendly.
