03/04/2026: We stayed one night and also booked dinner. The dinner was truly excellent; we had to ask not to bring a second course, so full we were... all very good and fresh ingredients! Breakfast was simple, with fresh fruit and homemade cakes. The only small flaw was the thin walls in the rooms, which unfortunately meant our neighbors were a bit noisy, but with a couple of earplugs, the situation was resolved perfectly. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!

20/04/2026: I visited Opificio del Gusto in Ceprano and was truly satisfied! A welcoming and well-kept place, with a pleasant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease.
The food was excellent: beautifully presented dishes, quality ingredients, and truly exquisite flavors. You can taste their passion for what they do in every course.
The staff is kind, attentive, and always available, without ever being intrusive. The service is fast and organized.
A place I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and relax.

20/03/2026: I ate at this restaurant and I must say it was a truly pleasant experience. We tried the cacio e pepe and the amatriciana: both were truly delicious, well-made, and flavorful.
The staff was extremely courteous and attentive.
To finish, I also had a dessert... Simply delicious.
Definitely a place I'll return to and one I highly recommend!
19/03/2026: We found this restaurant on Google, searching for available options on the way from Rome to Bari. The food is excellent, with generous portions, a comfortable atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

11/04/2026: Overall, a 5-star experience for the management, friendliness, and, above all, helpfulness of every staff member. The convenient location off the highway provided excellent breakfast, and the furnishings and linens were always well-maintained and clean. An excellent stay, especially considering the value for money.

21/08/2024: Mangiare da Mario è sempre un piacere. La cucina semplice e genuina fatta di ingredienti di qualità regala sensazioni al palato degne di nota. La location molto bella per serate romantiche e feste di ricorrenza. Oltre il ristorante è disponibile anche la SPA per rilassarsi dopo lo stress di tutti i giorni.

09/03/2025: Loro una garanzia, è da anni che amo la loro visione di cibo, i primi a dir poco perfetti, gli antipasti gustosissimi, e i dolci semplici ma gustosissimi, ogni mio compleanno la torta è creata da loro, una garanzia!

02/07/2024: Una sosta forzata per impegni lavorativi ci ha fatto scoprire piacevolmente questo locale situato in una piazzetta dove all'ombra di un gazebo abbiamo mangiato. All'interno la scelta era tra 3 primi, 3 secondi (anche di pesce) e svariati contorni. Ottimi i cannelloni e le salsiccette locali. Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Molti i clienti che ritiravano l'apporto quindi non arrivate troppo tardi.
P.s. ampio parcheggio nelle vicinanze
