06/04/2024: for the first time this evening at Plinio's... the wait was amply rewarded. Excellent cuisine, good service, fair price and wise management of the restaurant by Plinio. The two of us ate an excellent seafood starter (5/6 hot and cold courses) of excellent workmanship and excellent quality, four second courses: sliced ​​calamari, a crazy sea bass in clam ragout, fried calamari and raw scampi, all washed down with a excellent müller turgau. To finish crumbled and an excellent chocolate cake. VERY GOOD EVENING....TO BE REPEATED...CONGRATULATIONS TO PLINIO AND HIS STAFF...

01/04/2024: Recommended by a family member, I went to try it. There are two rooms and I ate in the smallest one where there is an internal cave. The digital menu was not shown to us immediately and so we requested it. Snails appeared in the mixed hot-cold appetizer, but my guest and I didn't like them, so we would have liked to know beforehand so as not to waste them because we don't normally eat them. Starter still good, wine (Ribolla Gialla) also, pleasant first course, only flaw: a little sand left in the clams which evidently were not cleaned well because they crunched in the mouth when chewing and this was not very pleasant on the palate, but taste and good products. We had the table for just over 1 hour not having booked and finally the staff offered me a bitter that I didn't know and which I really appreciated: ratafià. When I returned home a few days later I bought it too :-) thanks anyway for the experience. If I come back, I'll book and I'd like to sit in the other room :-) cleaning of the clams needs improvement, but it may have been a coincidence.

01/03/2024: Sfizio Pasta turns out to be a culinary pearl right next to the Frosinone motorway exit. Homemade pasta is clearly the protagonist, as demonstrated by the images of the dishes served, which exude authenticity and passion for Italian cuisine. 07/03/2024: Lovely place...I was a guest for my nephew's baptism on February 25th; first time I visited this restaurant, and I was very satisfied...the exterior was really well looked after, welcoming, elegant Fresh fish, excellent flavour, delicious and well prepared dishes... in short, you can eat very well The prepared service, always available, polite, and very welcoming!! 31/03/2024: I live in the UK and when I return to Frosinone I always spend at least one evening at the Matusa pizzeria. I'm a great lover of margherita but this evening I ate the Proietti pizza...excellent, highly recommended. Honest prices. Fast service, friendly staff, super central location with the possibility of parking a stone's throw away. Go there it's really worth it.

17/02/2024: Servizio veramente scarso… quasi una barzelletta Stavano cambiando il menu, quindi le proposte erano limitate ( nessun problema ) Ordiniamo un uovo con tartufo… peccato che il tartufo non ci fosse Su 3 ordini ( 2 primi e 1 secondo ) 2 sbagliati… Ragù bianco che è arrivato con sugo e pasta con carciofi speck e broccolo senza speck e broccoli… unica cosa giusta è stata il dolce Ordiniamo 2 contorni… anche lì arrivano sbagliati, 2 calici di vino che abbiamo dovuto chiedere 3 o 4 volte per farci portare al tavolo Il locale è molto piccolo… ed era il weekend quindi l’unico motivo è che, mi spiace dirlo, ma la cucina/ la cameriera in sala o entrambe sono totalmente incompetenti Non so se abbiamo trovato noi la serata sfortunata o se sia sempre così… Non ho dato una stella perché nonostante i numerosi sbagli il cibo era buono… ma prezzi troppo alti
