11/10/2024: Young and dynamic reality, with multipurpose café and restaurant service. Pleasant and well-kept environment. Operational early in the morning with a wide choice of hot croissants and world-class coffee. At lunch you can enjoy tasty dishes prepared by capable hands in the open kitchen (which is always a guarantee), with the possibility of sitting in the internal room or under the pleasant veranda. Suitable for a work break and why not just to enjoy possibility of a relaxing lunch with excellent value for money. I'm not used to easy criticism or reviews, but effort and quality always pay off. Chapeau!

08/12/2024: I would be lying if I said I didn't know this place but ... the review is not biased, I came alone for dinner because in my opinion the dishes are balanced in quantity, fair (I don't eat much in the evening) and tasty. A cuisine with local products and masterfully prepared by the chef with many years of experience ... there is no shortage of photos and I am not an expert in photos. The room is very spacious and muffles the noise from the completely full tables well. The service has improved a lot, quick and precise, informed about the dishes that the owner knows how to describe carefully, I haven't been here for a while but they have increased the choice on the wine list. I read that someone commented on the cost, it is certainly proportionate to the effort in the kitchen and in sourcing the always excellent quality raw materials. A small weakness as it is almost central in Frascati or you are very lucky to immediately find a parking space under the place or you just have to walk a hundred meters. Three people in the dining room and three in the kitchen on a Friday evening ensure attention and speed. I've been going there for years and overall I've never changed my opinion. Recommended, still today.

15/12/2024: Date: Dec. 14, 2024 Bf and I wanted to sit on a table. Waitress told us no. The table is for 4 people. She wanted us to sit at the bar. There was no line of people whatsoever. I can understand IF there was a party of 4 people waiting but there were none. We walked out. What a shame because I really wanted to drink there. We took our business elsewhere. A reply to the owner: your staff said the tables are only for groups of 4 people. They didn't mention it was reserved.

11/12/2024: I was a little skeptical of a restaurant with a gimmick like an airplane coming out, but the food was amazing. I was only in Rome 2 days but this was hands down my favorite meal. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had & I wish I could eat that classico rice ball every day! I'm drooling thinking about it 😋

29/08/2024: Posto particolare rispetto ai ristoranti normali,non male,per quanto riguarda la pulizia lascia a desiderare,la pizza e i supplì buoni,ma sconsiglio la sala privè a 180 € ,che poi è tutto tranne che privè.praticamente spendi 200€ per mangiare una pizza.apparte questo lo consiglio.

02/01/2025: ci fermiamo per uno spuntino veloce dopo le 14. Prendiamo 4 antipasti molto gradevoli, alcuni con una bella grattata di tartufo e una buona bottiglia di bollicine. Servizio veloce e gentile e ambiente accogliente

16/11/2024: Location non eccezionale ma tenuta bene e quindi la si rende gradevole. Personale gentile, ottima accoglienza e buona anche l'esposizione di ogni piatto e quindi ottimo servizio. Il cibo è veramente cucinato bene con un ottima materia prima. In generale si mangia benissimo ad un prezzo non esagerato anche se, a voler cercare il pelo nell'uovo, sarebbe più corretto, nel proporre i piatti fuori menù, comunicare anche i prezzi visto che tutti i piatti hanno un costo più alto di quelli presentati sulla carta. Anche il vino "della casa" proposto, un buon rosso piceno, comunque costa 20 euro ma, se non lo chiedi, lo scopri solo alla fine. In definitiva, il locale è consigliatissimo e ci tornerò sicuramente.

27/10/2024: If you want to spend a light and cheerful evening, this is the right place. They serve a series of very good tastings made by the chef who describes the dish to you between one humorous joke and another. All good, fast and friendly service, it's worth trying it!

01/12/2024: The Roman pizza, the breading of the fried foods, the best meat I have ever tasted and then the environment... all wonderful!

30/11/2024: Very good pizza with different dough than usual. It's crunchy and the ingredients are quality. The fried foods are also good. I don't give 5 stars only because the prices in my opinion are above the average for the area, even for equally good neighboring places. But it's actually a place I would return to.

07/12/2024: Very high prices....keep in mind that a plate of pasta costs...120 grams of pasta 0.20 cents plus fish sauce 0.30 cents + gas and expenses....total 1 euro.....they sell it for 15 / 20 euros stuff ..........here's a price list photo............avoid avoid

06/12/2024: Last Saturday, I was in this restaurant with 2 couples of friends. We all complimented the owner, a very kind person, for the dinner we were served. Very good above all the courage to serve some original and innovative recipes.

25/05/2024: A volte la vita ce da e ce leva… ma un buon piatto de pasta è insostituibile!!!! Qui è davvero tanta roba… la pasta è davvero fatta a mano e ottima ma i condimenti non sono assolutamente da meno e ciò fa' davvero la differenza!!! Consigliatissimo
