03/10/2025: A nice local restaurant, very reasonable prices for the quality of food. We were a group of 8 staying near Fiumicino airport and the waiter was very nice with us and spoke English. The appetizers like suppli and the fried olives were delicious, and the pasta and pizza were both top notch. A great spot for anyone staying nearby to the airport for dinner the night before departure.

11/10/2025: Our 1st restaurant in Rome, a huge success ! We came in here quite late, around 2:30pm when they closed at 3pm, but still accepted us. Food was amazing! I had the pesto pistachio pasta with red tuna tartare and my boyfriend the truffle carbonara and both were very tasty. Thank you !

28/09/2025: Dinner with friends. We were invited to dinner at this restaurant. The entrance is large, with parking available inside. The dining room was large and welcoming. We had pizza and meat, but what really caught my attention was the spectacular way the cacio e pepe was served. Everything was delicious. The staff who served us were quick, kind, and polite. I enjoyed it and will definitely return.

14/09/2025: On September 14, 2025, I had lunch with my family at Ristorante La Sabina Romana. I must say it's an excellent restaurant in the heart of Sabina. The seafood (a lavish appetizer, seafood risotto, and fried fish) was delicious, delicate, and elegantly and luxuriously plated, using high-quality ingredients. In addition to the seafood, we also sampled the desserts, which were also exquisite and elegantly plated. Beyond the delicious food, the restaurant's atmosphere deserves special mention: welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Above all, the staff are very attentive and professional, bringing the dishes to the table and advising customers on the menu. Last but not least, I want to highlight the skill of the owner, Andrea, a longtime friend and a special person. I highly recommend this restaurant.

01/10/2025: We're from Germany and had a reservation at the restaurant on July 29, 2025, and I'm still thrilled to this day :-) The food and everything surrounding it is fantastic. They really put a lot of effort into the food, and you can tell it actually looks like it does on the menu 😁 If I'm ever in Rome again, I'll definitely come back. 05/10/2025: We booked for 4, they reserved a table for us near the oven, we kindly asked if they could move us because it was too hot, they didn't accommodate us, raw pizza dough, we didn't digest it even the next day, I had other expectations.

23/09/2025: Here I am, editing my review after some time. I called a few days ago to book a table for a birthday party, but unfortunately it wasn't possible because they introduced two new rules: if you're part of a large table and you book for 7:30 PM, you have to leave at 9:15 PM, and the menu includes a meal prep. Otherwise, you arrive at 9:30 PM and can easily stay as long as you like... Let's just say I don't mind eating at 9:30 PM. Question: What if I go to a pizzeria with older guests and they eat a little earlier? Do I have to rush to eat and leave by 9:15 PM? And if the restaurant has a kitchen problem and dinner goes on past the agreed-upon time, can we eat the cake at the bus stop? I must be stupid, but I don't understand this method.

01/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, beautiful location, dining on the terrace is truly enchanting. Discreet and friendly service. A small lapse in service, but forgivable. Highly recommended.

15/08/2025: Finding this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Intrigued by the charming atmosphere of the village of Monte San Giovanni Campano, we decided to stop for dinner. We were immediately greeted by the extremely professional staff, who explained the delicious menu to us. We ate deliciously and spent a wonderful evening in an enchanting place. We stumbled upon it by chance, and we'll definitely be back!
