06/05/2026: My group and I went to lunch here and had a truly wonderful time. Despite some unexpected events on our part and the resulting delay, the staff was extremely understanding, helpful, and friendly, even though the place was packed.
The food is entirely homemade, and you can taste it: I especially recommend the first courses, with truly spectacular fresh pasta.
A wonderful discovery, we'll definitely be back.
04/05/2026: Located in the center of the town square, it offers a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, traditional cuisine with local specialties, good first courses and excellent roasts, good value for money, and is worth a stop.

05/01/2026: Found it by chance on the way back from a visit to Montefiascone/Bolsena. A brand new place nestled in the countryside that serves quality food. We tried the cheeses, lasagna, and spaghetti cacio pepe... All delicious!!!! Highly recommended.

This restaurant was a sweet surprise. It may not be as prominent as other tourist spots, and its seating is limited, but it's phenomenal in every other way 💯🏆!
Excellent service, delicious and generous portions, we'll definitely be back!
Price per person: about €25, 3 adults and a 7-year-old child.
12/04/2026: A more than satisfying Sunday lunch. The welcome and cleanliness were impeccable. We ordered the mezze maniche alla gricia, which were very good, as were the artichokes alla romana. Well done, we'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to stop at the usual restaurants on Bracciano's main streets, which are packed to the brim and noisy, but prefers a small, quiet, and secluded place.
The price didn't disappoint either.

18/04/2026: Maybe it was Easter Monday, but there was a lot of confusion at the tables. Dishes meant for other tables kept arriving, and we all ate at different times (there were 6 of us, 3 and 2 of whom had the same dish). The location was very beautiful, the food was good, especially in some areas (meat), but the "Roman" dishes weren't the best (the carbonara didn't seem to have an egg, the supplì fell apart, and it didn't taste like supplì). We hadn't gotten the message sent days before that we were fewer, even though they had responded.

03/05/2026: Ricotta and spinach ravioli (with nutmeg) are superb, even on the road. In Tornimparte, for Sunday lunch, the ravioli from "Pasta all'uovo Maria" were a hit. I'd love to make them again... with a different filling. 💯

Welcoming atmosphere and smiling staff.
Finally, some fresh, authentic egg pasta.

09/05/2026: Taverna del Bracho is located on Via della Pisana.
It's a trattoria/pizzeria/steakhouse with simple, rustic decor.
Unlike many other places, you won't have trouble finding parking here, as the restaurant has a very large parking lot that can accommodate several cars. We enjoyed the house appetizer and a Danish beef steak, which was truly delicious.
The service was basic and basic. Prices were average, considering the current historical period.
The bathrooms were clean.
Recommended restaurant.
25/04/2026: You arrive and it doesn't seem like anything special, then you go down the stairs and enter the restaurant and it's a real surprise, it feels like a warm and welcoming tavern.
Kindness and hospitality, and above all, the food is great, from appetizers to dessert (we would have even mopped up those). Go in with your eyes closed and try it.
