19/10/2025: A very nice restaurant in the center of Ariccia, easily accessible on foot or by the elevator that takes you directly to the town's main square. Exceptional food; you can taste the excellent quality ingredients used in the preparation and the highly professional touch of the chef, who is very friendly. The staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend it. We had a platter of appetizers: fettuccine with bacon, pears, chestnuts, almonds, and pecorino romano; tortelli stuffed with porchetta and pistachio with yellow Pienolo tomatoes; and the boiled meatballs. All the dishes were exquisite and exceptional. We will definitely be back.

19/10/2025: Excellent food (excellent carbonara) with great service. Habib was very good, but the guy (I don't know his name) who was in charge of greeting people, who looks like Luis Suárez, is a genius. That guy owns half the restaurant, and if I ever go back and repeat, it would be because of him.

19/10/2025: The place was dirty inside... the bathrooms were a nightmare and when I complained they told me it's midnight ma'am... but in the meantime, don't you put someone who cleans around 10 after all the crowds? Do you just want to make money? We spent 100 euros for three and not even a decent bathroom? Typical tourist food... the waiters at the entrance were very friendly and nice but those at the tables, not being from Rome... not used to jokes or verbal jokes... we left an 8 euro tip which is not small... but jokingly he asked to bring us a free limoncello? Not understanding a word of irony or Italian he brought the tip back. A rude person but it's not his fault... you put people who don't understand Roman things in the heart of Rome... anyway our money was good so teach them good manners... and clean the bathrooms... thanks

29/09/2025: We went for dinner a few days ago during the week (I'll start by saying I'd been to this restaurant years ago and the food was divine). The scampi cream risotto was basically tomato risotto, with no trace of scampi, unlike the previous time when there were pieces of scampi throughout the risotto. The clams weren't available... the tiramisu wafer was rubbery instead of crunchy like last time. The grilled shellfish—scampi, prawns, and red shrimp—were exceptional, cooked to perfection. It was a bit of a disappointment, given that I'd raved so much about this place for having had an exceptional scampi cream risotto, but this time it was the complete opposite.

24/08/2025: It's a charming restaurant, discovered thanks to the owner of a nearby B&B. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and attentive to everyone's needs. The food is truly delicious, and the quality is excellent, as are the prices. I highly recommend going there at least once if you're in the area. Special mention for the local Amaro. VERY GOOD

18/10/2025: My wife's birthday, we made a reservation and enthusiastically headed to this location in Centocelle, a well-reviewed seafood restaurant. We were the first to arrive and sat in this large room, somewhere between a minimalist and a nautical theme, with dim lighting, perhaps too much so, and the heat turned up high. Some customers were constantly moving around. The service immediately left something to be desired. We asked for the wine list for a welcome toast, and even though he took the wine list from the next table, he first took it to the cashier and then, calmly, sent it to us upon our subsequent request. Hmm, we weren't off to a great start, but the girl was alone, yes, but there was no one else there. Anyway, we waited for the boys to order. Time passed without wine and without a menu. Okay, we're celebrating, why get upset? Finally, our rosé arrived, Aurora Primitivo from Masseria Torricella. We uncorked it and toasted, perusing the menu. We were intrigued by the appetizers, so I ordered a gurnard cannoli. Colonnata lard and cream of peas. My son chose a seafood tiramisu, with seafood bread, shellfish with saffron potato foam, and his girlfriend a mussel sauté. The dishes arrived beautifully presented, and we made up for a bit of an initial delay. My cannolo was very good, the gurnard was evident, and the toasted bread it's made from gives the dish just the right amount of crunch. The mussels were good, and the tiramisu was fantastic, congratulations. Next, we ordered spaghetti with sea urchins, fragrant and flavorful just right, well-seasoned, and the urchins were very fresh and perfectly cooked. I ordered Gragnano spaghetti with sea urchins and bottarga, a successful dish. The tuna ravioli with broccoli rabe, creamed pecorino cheese, and 'nduja were also good, and the gnocchi with scampi cream were beautiful and delicious. Next, a lovely fried calamari dish, very fresh and golden brown. It's a shame the flour makes everything look so brown. Sweet and unappetizing, what a shame! I have no doubts about durum wheat semolina, try it and believe it. Dessert: Why not? Baba, lemon delight, and lemon sorbet, well done, well done! The bitters and coffee are also great. All in all, we had a great time!

03/08/2025: A formidable location. Dishes of unique goodness. Chef Andrea is constantly searching for authentic ingredients that make his dishes something special. The appetizers and first courses are excellent, outside of the usual menus. Try the famous "caramelle" with radicchio and scamorza... but the ravioli are also a must-try. The real specialty is the meat... the entrecôte is a must-try... and what about the desserts??? The berry cheesecake... simply sublime. La Baita in Saracinesco... once you know it, you'll fall in love with it.

31/10/2025: Fast and friendly. The food isn't great, but it's acceptable. A good place to spend an evening with friends.

28/09/2025: Dinner with friends. We were invited to dinner at this restaurant. The entrance is large, with parking available inside. The dining room was large and welcoming. We had pizza and meat, but what really caught my attention was the spectacular way the cacio e pepe was served. Everything was delicious. The staff who served us were quick, kind, and polite. I enjoyed it and will definitely return.

14/09/2025: On September 14, 2025, I had lunch with my family at Ristorante La Sabina Romana. I must say it's an excellent restaurant in the heart of Sabina. The seafood (a lavish appetizer, seafood risotto, and fried fish) was delicious, delicate, and elegantly and luxuriously plated, using high-quality ingredients. In addition to the seafood, we also sampled the desserts, which were also exquisite and elegantly plated. Beyond the delicious food, the restaurant's atmosphere deserves special mention: welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Above all, the staff are very attentive and professional, bringing the dishes to the table and advising customers on the menu. Last but not least, I want to highlight the skill of the owner, Andrea, a longtime friend and a special person. I highly recommend this restaurant.

11/10/2025: I've been there three times, always in the afternoon, for an aperitif, and I've enjoyed the selection every time. I plan on going for dinner. The place is cute, with original decor; it's a pleasure to return.

06/10/2025: Fantastic venue located in the center of Rome (close to Piazza Cavour). It excels for its delicious cocktails, crafted by bartenders Rocco, Mattia, and Davide. The food is also excellent.

29/08/2025: Opera Eventi, we celebrated my son's 18th birthday. The location was beautiful and well-maintained (they were also equipped for rain), the buffet was generous, the food excellent, the DJ and bartender were excellent...very friendly staff; I highly recommend it.
