06/08/2026: Seeing the excellent reviews, I decided to try this place. I fully confirmed my expectations. A well-kept restaurant with excellent service. For appetizers, we had a mixed platter of homemade supplì, artichokes, and fried zucchini flowers. They were never so good, but the pizza really made the difference! I tried a "Siciliana" with buffalo mozzarella, baked vegetables, and sausages... Sublime! The dough melted in my mouth. To finish, I ate a basket with custard and berries, at the manager's suggestion. It was truly excellent! I highly recommend it... excellent value.

01/08/2026: Okay, come on, hands down the best pizzeria in the area (and not only that...). Excellent ingredients, top-notch pizza, and some of the best fried foods I've ever eaten. The quality has remained consistent and improved over the years. Well done!

29/06/2026: A friend of mine and I were there, and by chance we discovered this fantastic osteria. Excellent food, especially fresh and all made to order. Very polite and friendly owners. Highly recommended. I will gladly return.

14/06/2026: Two of my friends and I stumbled upon this place by chance while we were on vacation. We were greeted with the phrase, "Time has stopped here, and in fact the clock is broken." In reality, time itself is literally lost in this place. The restaurant is furnished and decorated in an original way, with a mix and match of objects, each with its own story, but which together create a welcoming atmosphere. The flavors, aromas, and appearance of the dishes are those of times gone by; some think of a mother's cooking, others a grandmother's, but the chef is a man who was taught that the fundamental ingredient in cooking is the heart, and you can taste it in every "simple" traditional dish from these wonderful areas of the Castelli Romani. The service is impeccable; all the dishes were described and presented perfectly, and all expectations were far exceeded! There are just a few tables, and it's beautiful how, so naturally, the guests begin to interact with each other, as if it were a family dinner. The icing on the cake, but we know it was a stroke of luck and that it's not always possible, was being able to visit "the underground" of the underground, a journey through time through a series of caves that allow you to experience the history of this city and its stratifications, as well as the passage of man throughout history and which concludes in a cave, where effectively "time has stopped".

16/08/2026: I had lunch at a table for four. The atmosphere was cool, tree-lined, and close to the lake shore. The food was excellent, with fresh fish. The only downside was the slow service, but with the restaurant partially sold out, that's understandable.

19/10/2025: A restaurant whose offerings stand out from the rest in Rome. An Italian bistro with a distinct French influence, featuring a wide selection of game and a strong connection to local and seasonal ingredients. Simone in the kitchen and Serena in the dining room are a winning combination. One of those places where, once you leave, you can't wait to return.

18/10/2025: A cozy place with a family atmosphere. The menu is varied and seasonal. Excellent first courses (pici served with various sauces) and refined and well-cooked meat main courses, all accompanied by a nice Bordeaux. The grilled porcini mushrooms are highly recommended for those who love them! Special desserts... all in all, a great experience that we will definitely repeat! Thanks, Serena.

27/07/2026: A fishmonger's shop transformed into a restaurant. The food is very good and plentiful, and the prices are average. Unfortunately, the place isn't very attractive and isn't well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.

06/08/2026: I think it's hard to find any positives in our experience. I decided to return after a very long time because of the positive reviews, a huge mistake made even worse by the fact that I brought a lot of my friends. Starting with the food: onion rings that can't even be called that, onions that fell off as soon as you bit into them, and chicken nuggets that were far worse than those at MC, so to speak. The only positive note were the classic fries with the Fat Max sauce. What passes for bacon in the sandwich is actually bacon cut into very thin strips that you can't even taste when you bite into it, and the fries with cheddar and bacon were truly unpleasant, the cheddar one of the worst I've ever eaten. Also, the menu lists the cover charge so that even if you concentrate on it you can't see it, while the surcharges for choices on the menu, such as one type of fries versus another, aren't listed. Never again.

05/08/2026: When ordering, they ask if you want a double burger and what kind of fries you prefer, but they don't inform you that these options have an additional cost. The extra amount only appears on the final bill, increasing the total without this being clearly communicated. I am editing my review due to the owners' response. It is not true that the additional prices are indicated. If you go to the place, you can verify this clearly.

10/08/2026: Family atmosphere, lovely outdoor seating. Super helpful staff. Excellent cured meats. The zucchini flower pizza is special. The mushroom pasta dishes with homemade pasta are delicious. The kids loved it too. Recommended.

01/08/2026: We ate the typical dish, "fio" (hay), first with porcini mushrooms and then with ragù. Honestly, the one with sauce was tastier, but I didn't experience the explosion of flavor that everyone raved about. The meat on a crouton was good, and the zuppa inglese was delicious. The prices were too high for "homemade" dishes. Otherwise, the place was fresh, and the young waitress made a difference: she was very good and kind. 👌🏻

I was born in the neighborhood and discovered the legendary Trentino when the place was a small hole-in-the-wall restaurant on the outskirts (in the '60s). Anyway: the supplì are as spectacular today as they were yesterday. Try the roast beef and tell me. The pizza is typically Roman, excellent and well-topped. The place is always busy, so the food is incredibly fresh. Last night, when the place was almost closed (after 10 PM), we were served kindly and professionally by Alessia. The prices are fair, to say the least. In the neighborhood (now a little too Parioli-esque), a reliable place to go...

12/08/2026: A disappointment!! Truly poor quality food. The minimal appetizer with inedible anchovies tasted like vinegar. Mixed grill: the menu says grilled, but it's actually baked. The only flavor? Poor quality oil. The dining room staff: frankly, they do their best, but they're not coordinated. They ask for the same thing several times (if you want something else) as soon as you've finished your last bite. They asked for coffee three times. I'm disappointed because I remembered having eaten well last year. Total disappointment. I don't know what happened.

15/08/2026: A delightful discovery, the best vegan restaurant I've tried so far!!! The service is attentive and courteous, the place is very well-kept and welcoming, and the food is truly excellent!!! Each dish is a triumph of harmonious flavors, masterfully presented on beautifully decorated porcelain plates. They even forgave our "noisy" dog, truly very kind!! We will definitely be back, thank you!!
