15/05/2025: I went several times and in different situations with friends, relatives, alone, for lunch, dinner, .. always found attention, kindness, accurate and friendly service, excellent products and excellently cooked and presented, excellent quality-price ratio. Consequently, I definitely recommend a visit.

11/09/2025: Relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful and welcoming setting. Service is attentive and professional, but never over the top. Creative cuisine without excess, with a solid and confident touch, for an experience definitely worth trying. Prices are in line with the city's Michelin-starred restaurants, although the wine markup is perhaps excessive.

They described abundant dishes and a friendly atmosphere and everyone was very courteous. Thank you for making their day different from the usual ones. Today marks their 51st wedding anniversary. Intrigued by their story, we will come back to visit you.

11/07/2025: The food is delicious. I recommend the sliced meat and chicory, both special. The mixed antipasto is their strong point, all handmade. The pizza is delicious and very large, so if you're full, I recommend asking for a pizza box so you don't waste anything. The staff is very kind, the waitresses are polite and friendly. The owner, Eleonora, is wonderful, kind, and always available. Outside, there's a large parking lot and wooden benches overlooking the Aniene River, and further along, there's a beautiful park called I 5 Sensi. Inside, everything is made of beautiful wood, even the chairs and tables. What can I say? A full 5 stars.

13/07/2025: My partner and I had dinner here. The staff was exquisite, as was the food. We were delighted with the pork ribs...the best meat we've ever eaten! They were willing to accommodate our requests for a half portion and, above all, a change in pasta shape. Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous! The price was more than fair, the location and atmosphere were excellent, and the waiters and owner were incredibly kind. If we were to return to Subiaco, we would definitely choose La Panarda again!

12/08/2025: An absolutely fantastic restaurant that we highly recommend. The ambiance, inspired by the hotel's concept, is incredible. Very pleasant and friendly service. The indoor and outdoor areas are beautifully designed. The food is incredibly delicious and freshly prepared. In the evening, before the official dining time, there was an open Ford menu, which you could enjoy at no extra charge. Fantastic. The prices are absolutely reasonable, and the quality of the dishes is top-notch. To finish off, there was always a house lemon liqueur, which was very tasty. We were so impressed the first evening that we didn't want to eat anywhere else. We felt very comfortable.

14/04/2025: A splendid place, top hospitality. Alessandro and the boys are every time a surprise that accompanies an aperitif, a dinner, a bit of free time. Absolutely recommended.

20/07/2025: We went blind for dinner last night with our two children... we tried a bit of everything... fried food, carbonara, cacio e pepe, hamburgers and rolls and Nutella cheesecake (which I loved)... everything was good, nice and friendly place and very kind staff...

11/05/2025: Posto semplice e delizioso immerso nel verde, con qualche gioco per i bimbi che possono divertirsi stando all’aperto. Toilette immacolata, carta del menu’ limitata a ciò che è disponibile, abbiamo provato mix di bruschette molto buone, tonnarelli con guanciale e carciofi, caserecce con le fave (un pochino indietro di sale). Le polpette erano perfette e anche il semifreddo delizioso. In sei con due buone bottiglie di vino, 3 mix di bruschette, 2 antipasti, 5 primi, 3 secondi, 2 frutta, 2 dolci, acqua, 1 passito, 6 caffè abbiamo speso 45€ a persona. Servizio perfetto. Da ritornarci!

19/07/2025: We ate here 3 nights out of 4 during our stay in Rome, trying something different every night. The staff were friendly and talkative, and spoke multiple languages. The menu consisted of many different meals including pasta, pizza, and burgers. There was only one night we had a starter but we chose the cold meat platter for 2 which was probably enough for 3. I would recommend the basil and pistachio lasagne, which was to die for as was the Bolognese lasagna (no need for a side salad). But the real treats are the desserts especially the pannacotta and tiramisu. The view from the restaurant was the top of St Peter's basilica (which was ruined by the burger king on the opposite side of the road). But the staff and food definitely make up for it Would definitely give this restaurant a try.

10/07/2025: Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. The staff was unfriendly, and everything was brought to the table without any care and without any words. The food was poorly presented, and on top of that, I had to return it. The lasagna wasn't warm, and one side was still completely cold.

01/09/2025: The experience in the Il Pelleagio restaurant marks a point of no return in my life. My farewell to the famous restaurant list known as Michelin Guia. Michelin is a car and truck tire brand, which Ironia, such as Ratatoulie, Disney's movie. A chef rat, a tire manufacturer recommending restaurants. I finally understood that I was wrong as many of those who read these lines are surely, for whom I write this, that the Michelline guide is not a quality guide, it is a guide of a style. I explain myself. It is something like some cat food manufacturer decided to create a musical style. Very surely many people like it but others will hate him. Let me describe the style of this guide. They are very distant restaurants from what are the very good restaurants in the world where modesty I have attended hundreds of occasions in tens of countries at exorbitant prices. I love the good table and fortunately I have to pay it. I only say this so that my concept is not ruled out thinking that it is a monetary issue. Let's continue. These are usually very badly located restaurants, in dark, small streets, without decoration, where clearly the economic investment is minimal. They have a Code Dress that includes, going very well dressed, not using perfumes, talking short and especially carrying a lot of money. When the sadness starts up: no music, funeral silence, no flowers, no tablecloths, no candles, cafeteria type wooden tables. There is no letter, it is what the chef is like to give one, in the order to be like. You don't even think about trying anything and you can't try to repeat something. There is no bread, there is no olive oil. They try to impress with a letter that includes 20 types of water from different countries, 2,000 bottles of wine. What nonsense, ends one tired of reading them and terrum when you finally find the ones you know. It is easy to supply that a bottle of Crystal when costing 250 euros in a store, at 600 euros in a restaurant but 1,800 euros !!!! That is an stupid cost and so are all prices. Then the surprises begin. The chef is about to give a tomato with a Brocoli flavor and a tomato flavor brocoli. Temerary and clumsy attempt to change the beautiful symbores of nature. Unique snacks where the waitress describes 10 flavors that one has to try to find and in the end say Hummmmmmmmmm ...., tasty ..... And they all hurt their heads. In this particular restaurant they passed a white foam that did not know anything, Olia la Lavender, of course I could not stop thinking about the soap with which to wash the clothes at home. I ate a soap at the price of a lobster. They finished a snack of vanilla ice cream with a teaspoon of caviar on top and flavors that almost destroy for me the love for vanilla ice cream. The night ends the same in all these overvalued restaurants. In this case, an account of 1600 euros for 4 people, a cloth bag with the very large logo of the Rstauraro with 3 cookies so that in the taxi back to the hotel one goes askand if you could still order a pizza at home. I will never return to this list, life is beautiful and short and there are thousands of restaurants where life has smiled for me, where laughter abound and mix with music, where dresses and the brightness of the eyes of women dance with floral arrangements, where the waiters make me laugh, where I have repeated dishes that I liked, where I was pleased to pay a fortune.
