I was born in the neighborhood and discovered the legendary Trentino when the place was a small hole-in-the-wall restaurant on the outskirts (in the '60s). Anyway: the supplì are as spectacular today as they were yesterday. Try the roast beef and tell me. The pizza is typically Roman, excellent and well-topped. The place is always busy, so the food is incredibly fresh. Last night, when the place was almost closed (after 10 PM), we were served kindly and professionally by Alessia. The prices are fair, to say the least. In the neighborhood (now a little too Parioli-esque), a reliable place to go...

The menu is extensive and caters to all tastes, with numerous seafood and meat options, as well as grilled and pizza options. I tried two truly delicious fish-based entrees, both prepared with fresh and well-cooked ingredients. Generous portions, balanced flavors, and meticulous presentation. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Definitely a place to return to and one I'd highly recommend.

11/08/2026: On our recent trip to Rome, we returned to Taverna Lino. The service was excellent, and the recommendations for the dishes were fantastic. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Rome! Great Italian food and very close to the Vatican Museums.

05/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The pinza are truly delicious! Light and crispy dough, filled with excellent local products that really make the difference. You can taste the care taken in choosing the ingredients. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

28/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant on the recommendation of the owner of the B&B where we were staying, who recommended it to us because of its excellent value. The menu is varied and offers a bit of everything, but we decided to try the pinsa: truly excellent! The dough is incredibly light and soft, and the choice of ingredients is top-quality. ​A very positive note also goes to the reservation management: the WhatsApp service works very well, and they confirmed availability immediately after our request. ​There are several outdoor seating areas and parking spaces, but we had to park on the street because everything was already full. Unfortunately, given the very hot day, we couldn't eat outside, so we preferred to stay inside. ​Inside, however, we encountered a few sore points: the air conditioning system wasn't able to cool the room evenly, and we still suffered a bit from the heat. Furthermore, the acoustics aren't the best, and the background noise was quite loud, even though there weren't a lot of people there. Overall, it's a nice discovery for the quality of the pinsa and the reasonable prices. With a few small improvements to the dining room's comfort, it would be perfect!

06/08/2026: Seeing the excellent reviews, I decided to try this place. I fully confirmed my expectations. A well-kept restaurant with excellent service. For appetizers, we had a mixed platter of homemade supplì, artichokes, and fried zucchini flowers. They were never so good, but the pizza really made the difference! I tried a "Siciliana" with buffalo mozzarella, baked vegetables, and sausages... Sublime! The dough melted in my mouth. To finish, I ate a basket with custard and berries, at the manager's suggestion. It was truly excellent! I highly recommend it... excellent value.

01/08/2026: Okay, come on, hands down the best pizzeria in the area (and not only that...). Excellent ingredients, top-notch pizza, and some of the best fried foods I've ever eaten. The quality has remained consistent and improved over the years. Well done!

09/08/2026: The appetizer was good, but I didn't like the amatriciana, not to mention the tiring finish that we weren't expecting. There were 5 of us and we paid 160 euros for a bottle of water, a bottle of local wine, an appetizer, a first course, and coffee.
