08/05/2026: My siblings and I did the cooking class with Nonna Rosia and it was absolutely remarkable! Their communication and support with helping us get a reservation through email was the most top notch I have ever experienced. They not only worked with our tight schedule but also helped us with directions and transportation options. Their emails were a direct reflection of the love and warmth we felt during this experience. When we showed up for our scheduled class, we were greeted with love and il saluto’s! Nonna Rosia and her assistant Francesca were an amazing duo! Francesca helped us with translations as we were taught about the pasta making process that Nonna learned from a young age. The experience felt like we were little kids in Nonna’s kitchen learning how to make pasta for the first time. After we were done with the class we got to enjoy our creations while sitting at the family table with Nonna, Francesca and the other people in the class. We enjoyed our dinner with wine, stories and laughter. I would do this class again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a “real” Italian experience while they are in the city of Rome! Sending love from Montana! From the warm welcome from the staff to the meticulous attention to detail, everything exudes professionalism and passion. Each dish is prepared with fresh ingredients. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere exudes relaxation. This restaurant undoubtedly deserves top marks. Highly recommended.

17/03/2026: Really good pizza with good leavening and, above all, reasonable prices despite the location. They offer spectacular first courses and appetizers, but the pizza is top notch!

06/05/2026: A safe bet for enjoying Roman cuisine or a thin Roman pizza. Free street parking is available near the San Paolo metro station, a 5-minute walk from the restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Since it's a very popular place on weekends, it's best to book a table. All in all, very positive.

10/05/2026: We went there twice, the first time we had a good time, the food was excellent, the second time they assigned us a table outside, when we returned to eat our table had been given to 2 other customers and they had put us right at the entrance to the garden, we were disappointed and left, the staff was not very prepared

12/05/2026: My honest review: I had dinner at Glass Hostaria on my fourth and last night in Rome. I made a reservation in advance, and at the time of booking they ask for your card details (if you don't show up, there will be a charge). So far so good. However, I tried to cancel the reservation via the restaurant's WhatsApp, in advance, and I was not attended to. They replied, saying they would send the link, and nothing. Even after several requests, I received no response. So, I went to the restaurant (since there would be a charge) explained the situation, and nothing. So I stayed and had dinner. I know how the tasting menu works, and what Michelin-starred restaurants are like (it's not my first time, and I've had incredible experiences) but this restaurant was my worst meal in Rome. So, unless you are a lover of Michelin-starred restaurants with a tasting menu, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. The gastronomy of Rome is wonderful, there are many exceptional restaurants where you will have an incredible experience, paying 1/3 of the price of Glass. Their menu is 135 euros per person, without drinks. For less, you'll have a sensational Italian experience, with drinks included. I say this with authority, because on my three previous nights, I ate and drank very well: pasta, pizza, meat, wine, desserts... everything incredible! Perhaps because I had such good experiences, Glass didn't appeal to me. I hope this helps, so you don't regret it 🥰
