The food is carefully crafted, balanced, and flavorful, and there's no shortage of it. The kindness and courtesy of the owner, Stefano, complete the picture of this place. WELL DONE, keep it up!

15/03/2026: For meat lovers, Big is undoubtedly an excellent choice, but the restaurant also offers traditional Roman first courses, such as the excellent amatriciana, and some real gems on the wine list, such as the Calabrian bitter Cheers, highly recommended for those who want to try a different after-dinner drink than the usual labels.

14/02/2026: A wonderful experience at this family-run restaurant, where you immediately sense the genuine care. The dishes were superb: incredibly fresh fish and a balance of flavors designed to enhance the quality, never overshadow it. The tagliatelle with a lake flavor are worth trying, as are the Roman-style artichokes, cooked with such precision that they're soft and almost creamy. The ingredients are top-quality, but the hospitality is another strong point: you're welcomed like you're at home, and it's noticeable that many of the diners are regulars. We met the owners—husband, wife, and son—who were present and truly kind. And what about the view? Judge for yourself 😊

22/02/2026: Excellent value for money, I had two first courses: spaghetti with Cetara anchovies, pachino tomatoes, olives, capers, and gricia with artichokes, both excellent. The owner was helpful and courteous, and the service was efficient.

27/01/2026: The place is very charming and modern, with well-spaced tables and two dining rooms. The only downside is parking, which is very difficult in that area, but it's worth a try. The menu is varied, and the pizza is thin and crispy. The crostone (two crostones) are excellent. We tried: Crostone with hummus, sun-dried tomatoes, and Taggiasca olives; Crostone with stracciatella and caramelized Tropea onions; Crostone with burrata and chicory. For dessert: Chestnut Bavarian cream with cream and marron-glace, excellent because it's not overly sweet; Apple tartlets with custard, ice cream, and a hint of cinnamon. The coffee (not a given) and wine, from a young cellar, are also excellent. The staff is very polite, helpful, and efficient. I recommend it for an evening with friends or family.

18/11/2025: November 2025 I had Danish beef tendon steak, artichoke fries, tripe stewed in tomato sauce, and finally tiramisu. Both were delicious. The Danish beef tendon steak was incredibly tender and had a strong meaty flavor. I ate it all in no time (someone commented that it had a lot of muscle, and while there certainly was a bit, it wasn't too noticeable to me). The artichoke fries are a dish you won't find in Japan, but they were delicious. They were deep-fried until crispy, and I could eat them whole, fragrant. The tripe stewed in tomato sauce was satisfying, as you can't find such thick, large pieces of tripe in Japan. The meat was incredibly tender, and the tomato sauce itself was delicious, with a concentrated acidity and savory cheese flavor. The tiramisu is also a must-try. It's not too sweet, so it's light and easy to eat even when you're full. I'll definitely return when I'm in Rome. Everything was absolutely delicious. The Danish beef sirloin steak was incredibly tender with a rich, meaty flavor, and I devoured it in no time (someone commented it was stringy, and while there was a bit of connective tissue, it didn't bother me at all). The fried artichokes are a dish you don't see in Japan, but they were delicious. Crisp and fried perfectly, you eat them whole for a satisfying crunch. The tripe stewed in tomato sauce was satisfying because you rarely get tripe this thick and large in Japan. The meat was incredibly tender, and the tomato sauce itself was delicious, packed with concentrated acidity and the savory umami of cheese. You absolutely must try the tiramisu. It's not overly sweet, so you can enjoy it easily even if you're full. I will absolutely revisit this place when I come back to Rome. It seems to be a restaurant loved by the locals too, and the staff were friendly to us travelers. Thank you very much.

08/02/2026: The location is well-presented, well-kept, and pleasant, but unfortunately, the overall experience was decidedly negative. We sat down at 2:00 PM and ordered right away. Before we even received our appetizers, we weren't even served a basket of bread, a detail that already betrays a certain lack of customer service. After over an hour of waiting, the waiter informed us that the ingredients for the truffle risotto I had ordered were out, as were the fillet steak. It was unacceptable to find out this so late, without any prior notice. Even worse was the spaghetti with tomato sauce ordered for my son, which arrived after a wait of about two hours. The staff appeared tired and visibly fatigued, with obvious difficulties managing the dining room and the customers. It's a shame, because the restaurant has potential, but the service and organization made the lunch extremely disappointing. An experience not to be repeated.

The Roman-style pizza is decent, and the first courses are average (with modest portions). Prices are similar to meal vouchers, and the service is generally fast.

It's a family-run restaurant where father and daughter welcome guests with a kindness and helpfulness that warms the heart. You immediately sense that here you're not treated like customers, but like guests. The cuisine is authentically Sardinian, sincere, and made with love. I love their culurgiones, simply delicious, and the seadas, a perfect end to the meal. Each dish speaks of the true Sardinia, the traditions and flavors of yesteryear. The restaurant is rustic, simple, yet incredibly authentic. The murals on the walls tell the story of an island that has changed today, almost as if they were a testament to a past that will never return. You don't come here for the aesthetics or the latest trends, but for the substance: from the welcome to the cuisine, everything speaks of Sardinia and speaks from the heart. It's a shame to see places with such a strong soul become less popular than newer establishments, perhaps more trendy and touristy, but lacking a true identity. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, warmth, and authentic flavors.

The logistics deserve special mention: the restaurant has ample parking, making it extremely convenient. 🛎️ The Service Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff was friendly and prompt. There were no unnerving waits, and the welcome was warm, making us feel immediately at ease. In summary: A safe haven for those who love good food in a genuine and welcoming environment. Excellent value for money. I will definitely be back!
