16/07/2026: A truly beautiful place. I often go there because Alberto and his brother are people who know how to do their job well. I've even gone at closing time, and if the kitchen is closed, they'll welcome you with an appetizer. The portions are generous, the prices affordable. The dishes are presented generously, and they're very kind. I go often because the location is also worth it. They have a diverse clientele. Like yesterday's amatriciana, it was a spectacle.

04/07/2026: Was staying in the area, asked if I could bring my iPad down to watch the Canada game for fifa World Cup, not one problem ! Amazing nice small bar! Staff is very welcoming and was very friendly. Such a great vibe.

24/06/2026: The place is very nice, and even though it's not air conditioned, it's still comfortable. They don't have a wide selection of beers; perhaps their strong point is the wines. The staff is very friendly, and the scrocchia is very good. Recommended for an aperitif.

12/07/2026: Die Bewertungen für dieses Restaurant entsprechen nicht der Realität, so eine hohe Punktzahl hat es absolut nicht verdient. In den Ochsenschwanz-Nudeln war überhaupt kein. Fleisch, die Rinderdarm-Nudeln schmecken zwar ganz gut, aber es waren nur 3 kleine Stückchen Darm drin. Die Getränke sind immerhin recht günstig. Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen – die Portionen sind zu klein und der Geschmack ist nur Durchschnitt. C'erano solo 2 pezzetti di coda di bue, e su quello più grande non c'era quasi carne. La porzione di noodles (spaghetti) era troppo piccola per saziarsi. Nei noodles con coda di bue non c'era un filo di carne; quelli con l'intestino di manzo non erano male come sapore, ma c'erano solo 3 pezzettini di intestino. Nota positiva: le bevande sono abbastanza economiche. Misery and loss in the media. This restaurant's rating is inaccurate and doesn't deserve such a high score. While it does appear to be a long-established local restaurant, the food is only passable, definitely not amazing. Most importantly, the portions are incredibly small. The oxtail only had two small pieces, and the larger piece had almost no meat on it. The noodles were too small to eat. The oxtail noodles had no meat at all, and the beef intestine noodles tasted okay, but only had three small pieces of intestine. Drinks were quite cheap. The owner (or waitress) was very enthusiastic, but her saliva would spray onto my face. In short, I don't recommend it; the portions are too small and the taste is mediocre.

07/06/2026: Today, thanks to our friend S, we discovered this restaurant, outside the classic Castelli circuit but worthy of a lunch/dinner, and even more than once, for the care, the hospitality, the quality of the raw materials, and the love in what they do. Mauro, the owner, along with his father and all the staff, welcomed us graciously, and we sampled both meat, a fantastic tagliata, and fish, exquisite fried fish and octopus, as well as excellent and delicious seafood appetizers. A gem: the fried batter is fragrant and crispy and doesn't leave your fingers greasy, which is not a given! The mussel sauté with an amazing sauce, even for me who never eats them :) We will definitely be back and I really recommend stopping by, it's worth it. The prices match the quality of the dishes. Congratulations!

20/04/2026: Just got married in Borgo in April and it was the most magical few days of our lives. Everything from the staff, the food, the drinks, the location- everything was perfection. The staff go above and beyond and all our guests are still talking about it. The wedding team; Cristina, Mariya, Gizem and Stefania are absolutely incredible at their job. Nothing was too much of an ask and they were so amazing to deal with. We had 6 children attend the wedding and there were babysitters onsite which all the parents really appreciated. The 3 day celebration is so well organised and the borgo team make sure everyone is well looked after. If you are thinking of having your wedding at borgo I would 100 percent go for it- I was even trying to convince some of my own family and friends to get married there just so I could experience it all over again 🤣 5 stars across the board ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

19/04/2026: A charming location, particularly suitable for various events (birthdays, baptisms, first communions, confirmations, weddings). Unfortunately, the restaurant was a bit disappointing today: a first course was completely overcooked and bland, other courses were good but not exceptional, and the wait was far too long between courses.

13/07/2026: A serious fish restaurant serving some of the best fish I've tasted in Italy. Not surprising since the fish is landed just minutes away. Perfectly cooked. Beautifully plated dishes. The house wine was good, so choose anything else with confidence Attentive and relaxed service. Prices are astonishingly reasonable. You won't be disappointed.
