I was born in the neighborhood and discovered the legendary Trentino when the place was a small hole-in-the-wall restaurant on the outskirts (in the '60s). Anyway: the supplì are as spectacular today as they were yesterday. Try the roast beef and tell me. The pizza is typically Roman, excellent and well-topped. The place is always busy, so the food is incredibly fresh. Last night, when the place was almost closed (after 10 PM), we were served kindly and professionally by Alessia. 15/06/2026: We attended a wedding here and it was seriously awesome. View if the city was insane. Big hill so make sure you take a taxi to the top if you are in a suit or dress.

06/05/2026: A safe bet for enjoying Roman cuisine or a thin Roman pizza. Free street parking is available near the San Paolo metro station, a 5-minute walk from the restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Since it's a very popular place on weekends, it's best to book a table. All in all, very positive.

15/08/2026: A delightful discovery, the best vegan restaurant I've tried so far!!! The service is attentive and courteous, the place is very well-kept and welcoming, and the food is truly excellent!!! Each dish is a triumph of harmonious flavors, masterfully presented on beautifully decorated porcelain plates. They even forgave our "noisy" dog, truly very kind!! We will definitely be back, thank you!!

As for the location, it was a truly dream place, with attention to every detail. Finally, the menu features authentic and absolutely delicious ingredients. ❤️ Highly recommended!

20/04/2026: Just got married in Borgo in April and it was the most magical few days of our lives. Everything from the staff, the food, the drinks, the location- everything was perfection. The staff go above and beyond and all our guests are still talking about it. The wedding team; Cristina, Mariya, Gizem and Stefania are absolutely incredible at their job. Nothing was too much of an ask and they were so amazing to deal with. We had 6 children attend the wedding and there were babysitters onsite which all the parents really appreciated. The 3 day celebration is so well organised and the borgo team make sure everyone is well looked after. If you are thinking of having your wedding at borgo I would 100 percent go for it- I was even trying to convince some of my own family and friends to get married there just so I could experience it all over again 🤣 5 stars across the board ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

19/04/2026: A charming location, particularly suitable for various events (birthdays, baptisms, first communions, confirmations, weddings). Unfortunately, the restaurant was a bit disappointing today: a first course was completely overcooked and bland, other courses were good but not exceptional, and the wait was far too long between courses.
