05/03/2026: Top experience! The place is enchanting, as are all the staff.

08/02/2026: The location is well-presented, well-kept, and pleasant, but unfortunately, the overall experience was decidedly negative. We sat down at 2:00 PM and ordered right away. Before we even received our appetizers, we weren't even served a basket of bread, a detail that already betrays a certain lack of customer service. After over an hour of waiting, the waiter informed us that the ingredients for the truffle risotto I had ordered were out, as were the fillet steak. It was unacceptable to find out this so late, without any prior notice. Even worse was the spaghetti with tomato sauce ordered for my son, which arrived after a wait of about two hours. The staff appeared tired and visibly fatigued, with obvious difficulties managing the dining room and the customers. It's a shame, because the restaurant has potential, but the service and organization made the lunch extremely disappointing. An experience not to be repeated.

22/02/2026: Excellent value for money, I had two first courses: spaghetti with Cetara anchovies, pachino tomatoes, olives, capers, and gricia with artichokes, both excellent. The owner was helpful and courteous, and the service was efficient.

27/01/2026: The place is very charming and modern, with well-spaced tables and two dining rooms. The only downside is parking, which is very difficult in that area, but it's worth a try. The menu is varied, and the pizza is thin and crispy. The crostone (two crostones) are excellent. We tried: Crostone with hummus, sun-dried tomatoes, and Taggiasca olives; Crostone with stracciatella and caramelized Tropea onions; Crostone with burrata and chicory. For dessert: Chestnut Bavarian cream with cream and marron-glace, excellent because it's not overly sweet; Apple tartlets with custard, ice cream, and a hint of cinnamon. The coffee (not a given) and wine, from a young cellar, are also excellent. The staff is very polite, helpful, and efficient. I recommend it for an evening with friends or family.

20/02/2026: Il Mitreo in Sutri is a pleasant discovery. The atmosphere is intimate and familiar, with attention to detail and an immediate sense of well-being. Luca is sociable, friendly, and professional, always attentive to his customers and available to recommend the daily specials. The cuisine is the restaurant's true strength: carefully prepared, well-cooked, and flavorful dishes, made with quality ingredients. Prices are fair for the experience. A restaurant you'll gladly return to.

30/12/2025: First time at this restaurant, I must say it's been a while since I've had an experience like this. The set menu meal for Christmas Day is AMAZING, that's the most appropriate adjective. The food is carefully crafted, balanced, and flavorful, and there's no shortage of it. The kindness and courtesy of the owner, Stefano, complete the picture of this place. WELL DONE, keep it up!

15/03/2026: For meat lovers, Big is undoubtedly an excellent choice, but the restaurant also offers traditional Roman first courses, such as the excellent amatriciana, and some real gems on the wine list, such as the Calabrian bitter Cheers, highly recommended for those who want to try a different after-dinner drink than the usual labels.

14/03/2026: We discovered the restaurant by chance and were immediately struck by its cuisine: modern Italian dishes, well-thought out, beautifully executed, and perfectly balanced. I thoroughly enjoyed both the appetizers and the first courses, featuring homemade pasta. I had the opportunity to try excellent ravioli and the truly excellent rabbit pappardelle. They also have a wide selection of wines, and the restaurant is spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with the option of seating on the terrace, inside, or at the counter. The staff is professional and very attentive, with the perfect attitude to make guests feel at ease. Without a doubt, a great find in the Prati area.

The Roman-style pizza is decent, and the first courses are average (with modest portions). Prices are similar to meal vouchers, and the service is generally fast.

01/12/2025: Excellent, 100% artisanal gelato. This, in my opinion, isn't synonymous with goodness. Alas, I've often eaten artisanal products, but with questionable results, to say the least. Well, that's not the case here. Here, you can see the passion and expertise of the people who run this gelato shop. No product is mediocre, and the treats like the hazelnut and extra virgin olive oil are truly intriguing. The lady who served us was incredibly kind and professional. Congratulations! Now I understand Gambero Rosso's inclusion among the 100 best gelato shops in Italy, and all the awards and accolades it's received. See you soon... especially since I have to return the takeaway popsicle...

28/10/2025: What can I say? I've been there two nights in a row. If you want to eat an amazing granita and an out of the ordinary ice cream, you have to stop by Lolla. A truly obsessive attention to the ingredients makes the ice cream a real experience.
