10/01/2026: Excellence. It easily competes among the top 10 cocktail bars in Rome for cocktail quality, alongside much more renowned names. Daniele is the very young and highly skilled bartender: he has a mathematical knack and manages to deliver the exact same sensory experience every time I order my beloved Lobo Verde. The only negative about the cocktails: they don't last long enough, and I'm forced to order at least two more. Plus, they recently introduced an all-you-can-eat menu of pinsa and fried food—truly out of this world. Another strong point is the desserts: out of this world (the chocolate sphere tiramisu made me come back even without wanting to drink). Expensive? Yes, but no. You'd never go to a Michelin-starred restaurant and expect to pay the same as at a pizzeria. Here, you'll spend a little more than at a pub, but no more than at another cocktail bar, where, however, the quality is significantly lower. We're in the range of €13–15 per cocktail: more than fair for the quality. It's a top-notch experience. You have to try it at least once.

10/12/2025: A casual but pleasant place. The food is decent, but people come here primarily to choose an excellent bottle of wine from the extensive list. The spirits are also very interesting. A word of advice...remove any empty bottles from the list that can no longer be refilled.

24/09/2025: A magical atmosphere, music chosen by Massimo, and delicious, authentic dishes. An experience worth repeating every day.

01/02/2026: What bread! We weren't expecting such a good sandwich! My daughter, who usually leaves out the bread, ate the entire ciabatta from her sandwich. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

06/03/2026: The price is very high for the quality of the food. The hostess was friendly, but the waiters' service ranged from mediocre to poor, and the woman who took the bill was incredibly rude. Overall, the experience was bad. It was one of the most expensive bills I paid in that area, and yet both the service and the food were among the worst I had in Rome.

27/12/2025: A pleasant surprise at this little self-service restaurant: perfectly cooked vegetables, pasta, etc. You can create your own plate as you like for a very reasonable price. All this just a few steps from the Vatican.

23/02/2026: This restaurant is very affordable, and the staff are very friendly. When we arrived, lunch had already ended, but they still brought us chicken and beef from inside. Highly recommended!

I went with a group of friends, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful: each dish was carefully explained to us, making us appreciate what we were about to enjoy even more. Their kindness, however, was the true added value of the evening, rare and sincere. Paolo, the owner, was a wonderful person, making us feel at ease and conveying the passion he puts into his business. The quality-price ratio was also excellent, absolutely in line with the quality offered. Highly recommended restaurant: I will definitely be back.

23/11/2025: We went for lunch today. There were about thirty of us. The place was welcoming, the staff were super attentive, and the food was top-notch from appetizer to dessert. We ate everything seafood-based. A top-notch goes to Mauro and Romina, who were excellent.

And my experience at this establishment was certainly not the service, but rather the rudeness of the cashier. ________________________________________Regarding your response, I write the following: First of all, I find the intimacy expressed in this message, calling me "Dear," inappropriate. I accept it from my husband, a friend, or someone close to me, certainly not from a stranger. If what you write about your customers' needs being limited to hunger and thirst is true, I can only say that I'm sorry you might give such a "limited" image of your business. Moreover, without personally questioning your vision, that doesn't mean your customers' basic physiological needs can't be satisfied with the friendliness that should characterize a public establishment. What confusion could I have caused...by visiting your page? ...Excuse me? Aren't you a food service establishment? What other professional would I have confused you with? Perhaps you can answer this...back to my need, which you didn't listen to. I came in expressing my primary need: a quick meal because the friends I was with and I had to go to a theater show and were short on time. I asked if it was possible and was told yes. The wait time got too long (given the numerous takeout preparations you were busy with), and when we asked, you responded rudely, repeatedly congratulating yourself on the fact that, fortunately for you, despite our (entirely legitimate) complaint, you still have a lot of work to do. I'm extremely happy for you...but when I left (after having to stuff myself so as not to be late for the theater) I simply pointed out to you that with such impolite behavior, the risk is that customers will no longer know you for your food, but for your rudeness.

14/12/2025: I remembered it better... something's changed. At 1:50 PM we order the first courses... they ask us if we should order the second courses right away or later, taking our time... we decide later... the first courses arrive at 3:20 PM... we try to order the second courses immediately... but by then the grill was no longer available. What can I say... I was still hungry, the food was decent. The service was confusing. Let's see the bill now, hahahaha. P.S. I hadn't even finished writing this before they brought out a second course of suckling pig for everyone, free of charge. Thanks and I'm changing my review.

13/12/2025: Yesterday, the 12th of this month, I went to lunch at the Roman restaurant La Sabina with about 30 friends for the first time (and it will certainly be the last). It was an experience I will never forget. The appetizer was decidedly poor quality and dated, the two first courses—fettuccine with porcini mushrooms—were tasteless and sparing in content, and the mutton gnocchi were barely adequate. The second course consisted of unidentified meat, inedible due to its toughness, comparable to shoe soles. Baked potatoes and salad. Water and wine in abundance. I decided not to try the cake. A decidedly negative experience, and I do not recommend this place.

07/10/2025: Welcoming place in Alatri. The manager is very kind and courteous, the dishes are plentiful and good. We had the platter for two and the fettuccine with ragù... simply delicious!!

22/11/2025: What a wonderful discovery... I couldn't say which dish I liked best because I loved them all! The menu offers a variety of dishes that are different from the norm, with top-quality, expertly prepared ingredients. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and you immediately feel welcomed and pampered... Highly recommended! You should try it and come back!

08/11/2025: I bought some porchetta here and was a little disappointed: it was dry and stringy (porchetta should melt in your mouth), and my husband almost lost a tooth because of a bone (normally, there shouldn't be one). Anyway, I'm giving it 3 stars because the staff is really kind.

18/10/2025: I often go there with my wife to buy excellent meat and the staff is very kind and smiling. It is a beautiful place, very well stocked.
