GIORGIO (the owner) was super nice to except me and reopen the kitchen the cook me this masterpiece 😍🥰 i highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again

07/11/2025: A unique experience. We tried the tasting menu, and every dish was a triumph of flavors and colors. Super fresh fish and a truly well-stocked wine cellar. The service lived up to expectations, always present and never intrusive. I recommend the tasting menu to sample numerous hot and cold dishes. The raw seafood is top-notch. Reserved parking and a very welcoming atmosphere. The desserts are delicious.

07/01/2026: Ristorante Al Piave is a guarantee: I come here often and it's always the first place that comes to mind, perfect for any occasion. Last night I was here with a friend and, as always, I immediately felt at home thanks to the warm atmosphere and the kind and friendly staff. The menu is varied and carefully crafted. I had an exceptional amatriciana, undoubtedly the best in Rome, flavorful and perfectly balanced. We then shared a Florentine steak, perfectly cooked and the meat tender and flavorful. All accompanied by a good wine, thanks to their wide selection. A place that never disappoints and that I truly recommend to everyone!!!

Ristorante Al Piave is a unique place: every dish is prepared with the utmost care, and you can immediately sense the high quality of everything served. The seafood platter I ordered was incredible, fresh, and delicious, while the pasta with clams was flavorful and creamy. To finish, a mango muffin with a delicate almond and coconut crumble made the meal truly special... The staff is kind, professional, and always available: thanks to Mary and Daniele, we never got bored between courses!! The location is ideal, right in the center of Rome, easy to reach, and perfect for a quality break during a stroll around the city. A restaurant you absolutely must try, an experience that will remain in the hearts of those who love good food!! 😋

30/01/2026: A 🔝 place in a vibrant nightlife area. Incredible selection of beers, with a very varied and high-quality menu. Knowledgeable waiters with quick service.

20/01/2026: I gave one star because I couldn't give it 0. A homeless man came and ate two portions of fries with his hands from my plate. After 20 minutes of me trying to push him away, a waiter finally came and told him to leave. Five minutes later, the same homeless man came back and ate me with his hands from another plate of mine, taking the plate away directly. At the end of the bill, they charged us for the fries and the service charge for having the homeless man clear my plate. They didn't even do that either!

09/01/2026: Sandwiches of all kinds, in every flavor, even sweet, hot and cold. Ideal for a quick and tasty snack. Maybe it's because I personally love sandwiches. It's definitely a place I'll be returning to.

31/12/2025: Dinner after a paddle tennis match with colleagues. The pizza was delicious, crispy Roman-style, and the amatriciana. Friendly staff, family atmosphere.

03/12/2025: We went for a birthday lunch. We waited over an hour for appetizers. As for the first course, the linguine was excellent, the amatriciana tasted like nothing, and the risotto crema di scambi was undercooked and didn't taste like scampi. The waiter didn't change the orders because they asked to remove certain dishes, but he brought them anyway. However, there were two children who only ate appetizers because they were hungry and didn't want to wait any longer for the main course.

11/01/2026: Wow, every time I’m close to Sabina I come to this restaurant, family owned simple service. The foods are to die for at a Ma and pie price and I just had Real with like a Hunter sauce over mashed potatoes and then I had a salad on the side that was out of this world and before that I had pasta dish that I wish I could get in the states and I’d pay three times the amount that they charge here

16/11/2025: Contemporary taste and prices. A pleasant evening, the owners were very punctual, and the service was almost immediate. The meat was top-quality and the portions generous. Highly recommended!

03/02/2026: Excellent service: Riccardo welcomed us, served us, and pampered us with skill and experience. The location is very welcoming, though a bit noisy, making conversation difficult. Unfortunately, the food didn't seem up to par with the rest of the menu. The pizzas, a little undercooked, were rather soft instead of crispy. The spaghetti with clams was unremarkable. The puntarelle, though very fresh, would have been delicious, but without vinegar and garlic, I found them tasteless. The desserts were excellent, including the orange tiramisu and the chocolate-heart cake. The liqueur to finish was spectacular, a sort of Irish coffee with rum, with steaming bubbles and spices, offered by the good Riccardo. It was truly superb!

31/01/2026: A very beautiful and welcoming place. Well-maintained and clean. It's divided into a restaurant and a large garden for aperitifs. I don't think it's a child-friendly place, if you want to relax. More suitable for couples or groups of friends. We ate pizza. Excellent products. We ordered: a glass Coke, 3 supplì and 1 croquette, 3 Margherita pizzas, and we paid €60. The fried foods have a super crispy coating, and the mozzarella inside is like a phone. The pizzas are thin and wood-fired. The quality of the tomatoes and mozzarella is exceptional. The staff is very polite and attentive to the customer. Having gone with my husband and children, I ate with a bit of trepidation, because since they wanted to go play in the beautiful garden, it wasn't possible because it was forbidden.

02/11/2025: We had a really great time. We were a group of 11, and each of us had different needs, but they managed to accommodate everyone. We ordered very different things, but they didn't cause any problems. Excellent quality food and fair prices. Gluten-free options available. Very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

18/01/2026: Very nice and welcoming place, excellent food, and you can tell they're very professional and passionate about their work. We celebrated my daughter's graduation, and despite our various needs, they were very helpful and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

15/01/2026: Lunch and dinner on the 31st were arranged at the last minute, but were greeted by kind and helpful staff who made room for four. The dishes were beautiful to look at and, above all, of high quality. A wide selection of wines was available.

12/12/2025: Walking around rome is one of my favorite things to do. Walk around enough and you will need to chill and relax. Maybe you need a book to read? Maybe you need a beer. Maybe you need both. Altroquando has become my favorite place to chill and unwind.

27/12/2025: A pleasant surprise at this little self-service restaurant: perfectly cooked vegetables, pasta, etc. You can create your own plate as you like for a very reasonable price. All this just a few steps from the Vatican.

09/02/2026: My husband and I went for pizza. Based on the reviews, we expected it to be very tasty. Unfortunately, the taste of the pizza was a bit of a disappointment. Compared to others in Rome, this one was very poor. It tasted bland and flavorless. Unfortunately, the tomato sauce wasn't impressive, and the pizza base was burnt. The service was very friendly 😊
