07/06/2025: Excellent food and very friendly staff. Bold combinations, lots of play with fruit in the dishes. I loved the grilled pineapple with goose breast. It's a hidden gem, so don't be fooled by the small crowd; the owners are very good.

31/07/2025: I'm not reviewing the rooms because we didn't use them, but if I have to talk about the location, the hospitality, the food, I can only give 5 stars.... on a trip from Reggio Calabria to Turin we decided to break up the kilometers and stop halfway.... I didn't know this part of Italy, Sabina, and I have to say that it is truly spectacular.... definitely worth exploring further!!!

17/12/2025: I came to this restaurant for my birthday, just to get the puntatelle tartare, and even though it wasn't on the menu, they brought it to me anyway. I have to say, it's truly an incredibly good dish, made with quality ingredients, just like everything else. I highly recommend this place, both for its welcoming location and for the kind and polite staff. Because when you eat well, you feel good.

08/09/2025: Excellent ice cream shop, the staff are friendly and clean, but what I enjoyed most was my favorite flavor, which not everyone can make; measuring the ingredients is challenging. Few ice cream shops can make zabaglione, and the prices are fair.
