The menu is extensive and caters to all tastes, with numerous seafood and meat options, as well as grilled and pizza options. I tried two truly delicious fish-based entrees, both prepared with fresh and well-cooked ingredients. Generous portions, balanced flavors, and meticulous presentation. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Definitely a place to return to and one I'd highly recommend.

12/07/2026: Die Bewertungen für dieses Restaurant entsprechen nicht der Realität, so eine hohe Punktzahl hat es absolut nicht verdient. In den Ochsenschwanz-Nudeln war überhaupt kein. Fleisch, die Rinderdarm-Nudeln schmecken zwar ganz gut, aber es waren nur 3 kleine Stückchen Darm drin. Die Getränke sind immerhin recht günstig. Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen – die Portionen sind zu klein und der Geschmack ist nur Durchschnitt. While it does appear to be a long-established local restaurant, the food is only passable, definitely not amazing. Most importantly, the portions are incredibly small. The oxtail only had two small pieces, and the larger piece had almost no meat on it. The noodles were too small to eat. The oxtail noodles had no meat at all, and the beef intestine noodles tasted okay, but only had three small pieces of intestine. Drinks were quite cheap. The owner (or waitress) was very enthusiastic, but her saliva would spray onto my face. In short, I don't recommend it; the portions are too small and the taste is mediocre.

I was born in the neighborhood and discovered the legendary Trentino when the place was a small hole-in-the-wall restaurant on the outskirts (in the '60s). Anyway: the supplì are as spectacular today as they were yesterday. Try the roast beef and tell me. The pizza is typically Roman, excellent and well-topped. The place is always busy, so the food is incredibly fresh. Last night, when the place was almost closed (after 10 PM), we were served kindly and professionally by Alessia. The prices are fair, to say the least. In the neighborhood (now a little too Parioli-esque), a reliable place to go...

23/06/2026: We had a WiFi issue in our room. We stayed for three days, and from the very first day, despite reporting the problem, it wasn't resolved. Breakfast wasn't included in the price. One morning, two of us decided to have it (€8 per person). We were disappointed. We had a tart, simple PAGO fruit juices, cereal, cornflakes, and little else. All supermarket products, among other things. Normally, in a property like this, breakfast includes milk, yogurt, jams, Nutella, various homemade cakes/tarts, eggs and cured meats, warm croissants, fresh bread, and fresh fruit. One afternoon, we ordered a prosecco; it was warm and flat... As for the location, there's nothing to complain about. The rooms are tidy and well-kept. The blacksmith room where we stayed didn't have air conditioning, but the bathroom had a whirlpool tub.
