16/02/2026: A nice, new, clean place with a two-story "four seasons" dining room, staff who welcome you with a smile, and a medium-low quality/price ratio. For my taste, the pizza wasn't the ideal thickness, especially in the center, where the dough was almost nonexistent and the flavors were barely adequate. Again, my personal taste. Overall, it's worth coming.

17/09/2025: Very friendly service and they have an English menu available. We came here twice and really enjoyed it – good food, fair prices, and fresh seafood. The view is just amazing, especially for watching the sunset. Definitely recommend!

16/03/2026: We came here for lunch on Sunday following the advice of many people and they were right, everything was delicious, the tartare with marrow was delicious along with the carbonara with pistachios which left us amazed, even though I always want to try new places to eat here I would gladly go back to try other cuts of meat

The outdoor tables, set on the medieval basalt slabs under a portico framed by historic homes, create an intimate and charming atmosphere, perfect for a summer evening. We began with a selection of fried foods that to call excellent is an understatement: croquettes, supplì, zucchini flowers, and battered cod with pepper cream that will remain etched in your memory for its lightness, balance, and flavor. The pizza, soft and well-topped, recalls the Campania tradition without being overly thick, a carefully crafted dough that showcases every ingredient. The craft beer list is surprising, featuring quality Italian labels, and the wine selection, though smaller, is well-curated. Making the evening even more enjoyable was the company of Maurizio, the pizza chef and the soul of the place: passionate, welcoming, and always ready to share the story of his craft. His attention to the quality of the ingredients and the digestibility of the dough is evident in every dish. La Giudea isn't just a pizzeria: it's a journey through authentic flavors and local history, led by someone who truly loves what they do. Highly recommended.

19/02/2026: Avoid this place at all costs. Service rude, you feel like you owe them something the minute you walk in. Food was terrible, ordered lasagne for baby first one arrived stone cold second they just mixed it up the previous plate and heat it up, looked like a vomit on the plate. Steak with black truffles was zero truffle and some dried mushrooms ok top, asked medium adobes over well done. When complained the lady at the gill was so rude - it's unbelievable!!! When leaving waiter and the till lady ( maybe the owner) just loooked at us with disgust with no goodbye or anything.. disgusting- avoid at all cost, terrible heated up food from a weekend and rudest service ever

30/01/2026: I had a great experience at this little place. I was looking for something light and healthy for lunch, and it was a pleasant discovery. All the ingredients are fresh, and the rice is really good and not all sticky like it often is at other places. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be happy to return! The girl serving was also really nice and kind :)🥰

02/12/2025: Excellent fried food and supplì, perfect pizza, both cooked and topped. Friendly, fast, and courteous service. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, but the prices are reasonable.

22/11/2025: A classic restaurant built to generate revenue without quality or customer service. Tables were stuck together, ours was placed right in front of the entrance, causing us great discomfort due to the constant comings and goings and the cold!!! Another serious issue was that when we booked, we weren't told they work shifts, so at 9:30 PM sharp, they showed up and told us we'd have to leave. Poor quality food; in a rush, the meat was burned on the outside and raw on the inside. The fries tasted like rancid oil. We found a dirty napkin on the table and menus smeared with sauce. The waiters sneered at our complaints or made unprofessional excuses, and in the end, not even a discount or a sincere apology. Never again.

25/02/2026: We returned to this restaurant for the second time. We were truly satisfied with both the food and the very kind, attentive, and professional staff. They were all young. We ate very well and paid a fair price. The quality was excellent. The first courses were excellent, the meat, and the artichokes. The focaccia with pancetta was a delight. Next time I'll try the pizza because the dough is excellent and it didn't hurt me (I'm intolerant to yeast). I recommend the tiramisu. Even though it was Sunday and the place was packed, the wait was short. I recommend it. I can't wait to go back 💜

31/01/2026: Capocavallo is the result of decades of work. You can tell because the structure is architecturally a collection of spaces constructed with different materials. A kind of fun Tetris game. But above all, there's the courtesy and helpfulness of the owners, who make you feel "at home." The fettuccine dish was the only thing I ate, but more than the dish itself, I liked the elegant simplicity of the table setting. I'll definitely be back.

14/12/2025: I remembered it better... something's changed. At 1:50 PM we order the first courses... they ask us if we should order the second courses right away or later, taking our time... we decide later... the first courses arrive at 3:20 PM... we try to order the second courses immediately... but by then the grill was no longer available. What can I say... I was still hungry, the food was decent. The service was confusing. Let's see the bill now, hahahaha. P.S. I hadn't even finished writing this before they brought out a second course of suckling pig for everyone, free of charge. Thanks and I'm changing my review.

13/12/2025: Yesterday, the 12th of this month, I went to lunch at the Roman restaurant La Sabina with about 30 friends for the first time (and it will certainly be the last). It was an experience I will never forget. The appetizer was decidedly poor quality and dated, the two first courses—fettuccine with porcini mushrooms—were tasteless and sparing in content, and the mutton gnocchi were barely adequate. The second course consisted of unidentified meat, inedible due to its toughness, comparable to shoe soles. Baked potatoes and salad. Water and wine in abundance. I decided not to try the cake. A decidedly negative experience, and I do not recommend this place.

21/09/2025: The place is nice and has potential. I think they took over the place recently. There was a bit of confusion and little staff at the tables. The food and beer were good. The bathroom could use some updating... 4 stars on trust. I'll be back, hoping for better luck.

04/03/2026: Amazing service and the most incredible tasting menu with wine pairing. Every time I am in Rome I go there at least once and Rome has so many great places to eat this is a must do. They also have great olive oil and wine shop right in the restaurant surrounding you.
