05/10/2025: Elegant, courteous, and efficient staff. Traditional Roman cuisine is incredibly tasty and plentiful. One of the few osterias where you leave feeling satisfied and full. I'll be back. Highly recommended.

24/05/2025: Let's start with the positive things: the family atmosphere, the service, the house wine, the carbonara (one of the best I've ever eaten), the delicious coratella. The tripe, the oxtail and the boiled meatballs were good but average. Negative judgment for the pandorato but especially for the saltimbocca, immersed in the broth. Very good prices.

11/11/2025: Beautiful and relaxing location, few animals but well-kept. Plenty of space for children to play. The first course of the day is small in portions but the meat is delicious.

18/11/2025: A historic gelateria, one of those that has been around for so many years that it's become as much a part of the neighborhood as the streets surrounding it. As soon as you arrive, you immediately realize how tiny the place is: just a few square meters, everything compact, barely enough room to move around. And yet, that's precisely the beauty of it. Despite its small size, it almost seems to burst with life, aromas, and colors. The most striking thing is the impressive array of flavors available. There are so many, from the great classics to the rarest specialties, even those unique flavors you can't find anywhere else. Each tub is carefully crafted, full, fresh, and inviting. It's a gelateria that's small in size but huge in its selection: truly a place where if you don't fall in love with at least one flavor... it's because you haven't tried them all. The place is always packed, a sign that its quality has been recognized for years and continues to attract customers of all kinds: families, tourists, locals, and those who just happen to be passing by. Between granitas, creams, sorbets, house specialties, and seasonal variations, it's impossible not to find something that will make you want to return. The only slightly less positive note concerns the staff. They aren't exactly super friendly, and especially during busy periods, they tend to be a bit cold or hasty. Nothing dramatic, of course, but in such a famous and popular place, a little extra friendliness wouldn't hurt. In any case, the gelato remains the real star: creamy, rich, made with ingredients you can really taste. If you love artisanal gelato, this place is almost a must-see.

14/12/2025: We came in September 2025 with my friend who is gluten intolerant. The restaurant is very well located, just steps from the Pantheon but in a side street, making it less busy and much quieter. We thoroughly enjoyed our linguine with clams. We will gladly return to the restaurant on our next trip to Rome 🤩

14/11/2025: We celebrated Sofia's 4th birthday in the Sala nel Bosco, and it was a perfect party! The room was beautiful and well-organized. The super helpful and kind girls were the icing on the cake. A heartfelt thank you to Azzurra and Chantal. Sofia says: "Mom, I want to celebrate all my birthdays here!!" See you next time!

14/09/2025: We arrived by chance without a reservation but were greeted warmly. From appetizers to dessert, everything was delicious, the meat excellent. Highly recommended! Oops, maybe you want to have an opinion on the bill. Well, I'd say it's affordable for everyone. And in any case, everything was excellent. We'll gladly return.

30/11/2025: We discovered Osteria La Scaletta just a few weeks ago and immediately fell in love! Since then, it's officially become one of our favorite places to return to whenever we can. The welcome is fantastic: the staff are always incredibly kind, smiling, and make you feel at home. The dishes are plentiful and delicious. We tried appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts and were beyond satisfied! We were there for lunch today and even ordered dinner to take home: meatballs, lamb, and broccoli... 10 out of 10, even reheated. Congratulations to everyone!

02/11/2025: Romantica Pucci – Bagnoregio (VT) We booked through TheFork, taking advantage of the 20% discount, but unfortunately the experience was less than satisfying. The first courses were all too salty, as was the roast chicken with potatoes. The tagliata with truffle was good in terms of meat quality, but the small portion and almost no truffles disappointed us. The hair found in the green salad was a serious issue, a sign of poor hygiene. Among the positive dishes, I'd highlight the chicory and Pucci eggs, truly excellent in taste and presentation. One critical point is the lack of drink prices on the menu: we only discovered them when we got the bill, finding a Coca-Cola for €5, a truly unacceptable price even in a high-end tourist setting. Overall, a pleasant place and friendly staff, but the balance of flavors, price transparency, and hygiene standards need to be improved.

07/07/2025: Beautiful, finely restored estate with large private parking and well-kept garden. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

07/10/2025: Welcoming place in Alatri. The manager is very kind and courteous, the dishes are plentiful and good. We had the platter for two and the fettuccine with ragù... simply delicious!!

08/12/2025: Everything was fine, but the tables were too close together and there was no menu with prices, even though they weren't expensive: we had fettuccine with ragù, wild boar stew, 1/4 bottle of wine and water for €28.50.

24/11/2025: We visited this trattoria for an evening with friends and it was a perfect experience. Excellent cuisine, authentic flavors, and carefully prepared dishes. The live music created a lively yet never intrusive atmosphere. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. A place where you can eat well, have fun, and truly feel at home. Highly recommended!
