10/11/2025: We had dinner there a few nights ago by chance, but it was a disappointment. The prices were high and the food was mediocre. The owner was rude.

29/10/2025: Don't be put off by the lack of Asian reviews. It's a truly memorable experience. I had the Puttanesca-style tuna tartare and the Calabrese pasta. The friendly waiters even taught me how to enjoy the pasta even more, and even brought me extra sauce. This is a place I'd love to visit again.

08/11/2025: I bought some porchetta here and was a little disappointed: it was dry and stringy (porchetta should melt in your mouth), and my husband almost lost a tooth because of a bone (normally, there shouldn't be one). Anyway, I'm giving it 3 stars because the staff is really kind.

30/10/2025: We were looking for a restaurant in Tolfa that opened for lunch, and looking at the reviews, we were inspired. Everything was truly excellent: a very nice location that makes you feel at home, excellent product quality, great kindness. We had an excellent mixed appetizer, two very generous first courses, and dessert... €45... Excellent value for money... Highly recommended.

30/10/2025: Chef Evo is fantastico! The pizze are great as is all the food on the menu! We ate there several nights on our vacation to Rome where we stayed in the Quarto Miglio where this restaurant is located. A special shout out to our server Dache who took care or us especially with ice!!

22/11/2025: Food was mediocre and not worth what I paid. I had the gnocchi with zucchini and shrimp which didn't have much flavour and the zucchini was very overcooked. I also had the steamed bacala. Tons of oregano over it which overpowered the dish. I would not recommend the food. The pizzas looked good - so just stick to those perhaps.

03/11/2025: We spent a weekend in Cassino with two couples. Locals recommended this place, and we went there on a Sunday for lunch. The location is perfect for families with children like ours, as it overlooks a large public park full of playground equipment. The restaurant is a chalet-like space, clean and well-maintained, perfectly in keeping with its location. The staff was very courteous and helpful right from the start, accommodating our needs. We ordered first courses and side dishes, and were completely satisfied. The portions were generous, the prices were excellent, and the quality was surprising. I particularly enjoyed the carbonara and cacio e pepe, seemingly simple dishes that are actually quite difficult to make. Congratulations and thanks to Vecchia Pesa! We'll definitely be back when we're in the area.

19/11/2025: A historic pizzeria opened in 1989, serving authentic cuisine from days gone by... The supplì made by grandma are truly exceptional... the pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven is delicious, and most importantly, it's quick to digest, a testament to the quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended.

This perhaps gives you a good idea of ​​the experience we had during our wedding, starting from the day we decided to crown our dream within the walls of a 10th-century castle, through the rehearsals of the menu, and finally arriving at the fateful day, July 5, 2025. Francesco, along with the entire staff, took care of every detail, exceeding all (very high) expectations, from the welcome buffet to the aperitif in the hanging garden. The dinner was sublime, a mix of sophisticated but above all successful dishes and flavors. Francesco dictated the evening's pace magnificently, allowing us to savor every moment thanks to a complicity that made us feel at home. 02/11/2025: Great experience! We are trying to eat at all of the Michelin star restaurants in Rome and this one is not to be missed. Very approachable, without being too casual. The chef/owner creates some very unique dishes. The tasting menu was fantastic and quite filling with all of the accompaniments. While this is not a vegetarian restaurant they do offer a vegetarian tasting menu as an option. The service was immediate without being rushed. The wine list was phenomenal. fantastico!

The decor and atmosphere—modern, elegant, and perfectly coordinated—immediately create a special ambiance. A highlight was that Christina, the chef, personally came to our table and greeted us—a wonderful gesture that made the evening even more special. We opted for the vegetarian tasting menu, which impressed us with its creativity, balance, and flavor in every course. The eggplant was simply perfect—we've never tasted anything better! We would also like to particularly emphasize the consideration given to my wife's gluten intolerance: The menu was customized and lovingly adapted—everything was delicious. 21/09/2025: Unfortunately, the evening didn't go as we'd hoped. We couldn't try the restaurant's specialty pinsa because there was no tuna! The dishes arrived extremely slowly and were even mislaid. The kids ate last, and one of them ate his fried food after an hour and a half! How can you still take an order by heart and expect it not to cause a complete mess? An experience to forget.
