23/02/2024: What to say? I entered intoxicated by the sight and scent..I took 1 classic suppli, one spicy and one carbonara. Because I have a weakness for this Roman specialty. Great! Never seen before, crunchy, semolina and maybe even corn. The mozzarella not only stretched elegantly, but it was butter cream, I don't know, I've never eaten anything like that, Casarecci presentation, I loved that they are all women.
