The food was very good. The prices were what you'd expect for a seaside location. There was a small misunderstanding between the person who requested a table (who didn't speak Italian) and the waitress. However, the restaurant managed to handle the situation, showing understanding and accommodating us.

Recommended dishes during this period: truly special amberjack tartare, artichoke with burrata and red shrimp, cacio e pepe ravioli with red shrimp bisque. Highly recommended restaurant in the heart of Palestrina!
