It took a little longer than usual for the waitress to take our order but once we ordered they brought our food surprisingly quick and the taste was incredibly good.
Also the host was super friendly and helpful 😊

09/03/2026: An absolutely positive experience. Dinner with friends from Palombaro at this informal yet meticulously crafted restaurant. The owner and his sons serving were always present and available to explain the characteristics of the dishes we chose and the ingredients they use. We will definitely return and recommend it to other friends.

25/09/2025: What an incredible place! The views were beautiful, and the service was excellent and attentive. Let's talk about the food... I think I've tried some of the best pasta dishes of my life: the ravioli with shrimp, cheese, etc. was CRAZY! We also tried the fettuccine with octopus and ricotta, which was also very good. 10/10 experience, and 11/10 food!

15/03/2026: A simple place with excellent quality local products. Excellent service, very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Excellent ingredients, including organic wines. Off-menu seasonal dishes and signature dishes. Definitely worth a try.

The meat was top-notch, and the appetizers included raw meat, porcini mushrooms, and superb artichokes.
My wife had an extraordinary tagliolini with asparagus and guanciale. At the end, I complimented the chef because everything was delicious.

Excellent appetizers and first courses, the meat was very fresh and top-quality, and the vegetables were cooked beautifully. Excellent value for money 🔝

Spectacular pizza!!! Unlike any other! Unique! Inexpensive, thin crust, easy to digest! Served quickly.

15/03/2026: Always a great experience: giant, delicious, well-topped pizza at great prices! Fast service, pleasant atmosphere, and a great location right in the center of Viterbo. Every time I'm in Viterbo, I happily return. Reservations are practically impossible, so be prepared for long lines.

08/03/2026: I stayed at the Simon Hotel for about 10 days for work and had a wonderful time! The staff was fantastic, from the lobby to the bartender to the breakfast staff! Everyone was friendly and available 24/7! The breakfast was plentiful with a wide selection of fresh, delicious products! The room was clean and had a spectacular sea view! I will definitely be back! Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality!

The owners organized the event perfectly, reserving a room with a fireplace, musical accompaniment, and we chose the menu together.
Their dishes are tasty, simple, and healthy, with a wide selection of wines and a well-kept, rustic, and very welcoming atmosphere.
I got confirmation from my guests, who were all pleasantly surprised.
Highly recommended!!!

Chicken cacciatore… it was pan-fried chicken basted with oil
Bread… Stale, or at least not cut in the 3 hours before it was served
Baked potatoes… Not ready and reheated as is sometimes the custom, but reheated and from the night before
Chicory… Drowsy in oil and garlic
Other customers near us were complaining
Roman cuisine is one thing… the food we tried for lunch today is a scam for tourists who, unfortunately, think they're eating traditional cuisine but aren't.
Ambience… Noisy, long wait, glass front door in need of repair because it's difficult to open
Bathroom… Sign of the cross and lose all hope, ye who enter!

Excellent food, friendly staff, and an absolutely excellent bill.
The steak is huge and excellent quality.
For work, I often eat at restaurants around Italy, and I can guarantee that this restaurant is a surefire winner for quality and fair prices.
I've already passed the business card on to a couple of friends.
