10/06/2025: I wouldn't recommend it to a Pugliese to rediscover the flavors of home....I wouldn't recommend it to someone who wants to know the flavors of Puglia. The raw materials used for the fish-based dishes are frozen but are correctly indicated on the menu. Panzerotti and pucce disappointed me unfortunately. Prices are a bit high considering the offer and the location. Service ok.

22/05/2025: Friendly and prompt staff, we were seated quickly. Overall all we were not impressed by the food. Seafood Risotto, seafood was not fresh. Lasagna was nearly burnt cheese at top and just tasted ok. Salad with salmon was mediocre. The one thing that was really good was the Mellon with Prosciutto.

05/05/2025: Abbiamo fatto tappa in questo luogo d’incanto fra ulivi e cipressi per pranzare lungo il trasferimento da sud a nord. A pochi km dall’uscita del casello di Orte è comodo per una sosta ma soggiornarvi dev’essere stupendo, al confine tra Lazio e Umbria. Cibo ottimo e accoglienza cordiale. Da segnare e tornare.

07/05/2025: Gema oculta 100%. No te distraigas con la apariencia, puede que no parezca un lugar súper bueno, pero definitivamente lo es. El "jardín" de atrás es acogedor y tranquilo. La comida era muy buena y fuimos allí un par de veces. El personal es muy agradable y acogedor. Uno y único negativo es que el tiramisú fue congelado.

28/04/2025: Restaurant where you can feel a homely atmosphere also thanks to the staff and owners who immediately put you at ease, very kind and ready to satisfy any of your needs. The environment is large and not very noisy, thanks to the acoustics. Clean, it is wheelchair accessible; in particular the bathroom is large, clean, and has a very comfortable sliding door. Coming to the food, what can I say: the courses are generous, everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts... particular mention for the fish and raw meat which is not a given to find fresh in the city ❤️

30/05/2025: The first thing that struck us here was the warm and authentic atmosphere. The food, two pasta dishes and a small welcome from the host, was also delicious. Since we enjoyed it so much, we returned a day later and were immediately welcomed as friends by the host. We enjoyed the house specialties, including super delicious meat dishes. We were offered many delicious treats free of charge. It's definitely worth stopping by.

06/05/2025: For me and my partner it is one of the best places in the neighborhood and beyond. Unfortunately we don't manage to go there often, but every time we come out rejuvenated: the food and drinks are excellent, the atmosphere is calm and the owners are very kind! Playlists (kept at the right volume!) are also always appreciated :)

09/04/2025: I spent a few days in the Sant' Eugenio hospital looking for a place to eat genuine food. Thanks to word of mouth I found Il Girasole. Excellent food, excellent welcome. Excellent quality/price
