26/07/2024: I often travel for work and this time I found myself in Pomezia for dinner. Among the various restaurants and trattorias I chose to dine here. As soon as I sat down, I was welcomed by Fabio, the butcher and owner, who was able to recommend, based on my requests, a tasting of two first courses including a tonnarello with cacio e pepe and tortiglioni alla carbonara, a sliced ​​beef with a side of baked potatoes and sautéed chicory, sheep's roasts, sausage and lamb rib. The service was quick, the first courses were delicious and the meat cooked rare melted in your mouth. Everything of the highest quality. The place is very nice with a butcher's counter and an exposed brazier which in my opinion is a guarantee. We entered as customers and left as friends with Er Braciola (Fabio). I will return and recommend it.

The cook is nice and helpful, and, most importantly, she cooks well 👍🏼 The menu is very rich, from appetizers, to typical Roman dishes, to desserts, the open counter with homemade pasta and the desserts themselves is interesting. Lately, as an addition, there is an even better "contamination" of Tuscan, Umbrian and Marche cuisine. The cost of the dishes is slightly above average but the quality of the ingredients and their final result more than justify the price, also because it goes beyond the usual offerings of many restaurants. . Highly recommended.
