01/12/2025: What a wonderful discovery! A welcoming and charming restaurant, with truly exceptional first courses: the amatriciana is delicious and the carbonara is among the best. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Special thanks to Marilda and Liliana, who made everything perfect and even took care of the little birthday surprise, bringing a dessert (tiramisu) with a candle and a song: a simple but truly special gesture, which made everything even more beautiful. A restaurant you can't wait to return to!

11/10/2025: I celebrated my daughter's confirmation. Everything was perfect, from the food to the organization. I've celebrated here on other occasions, and Mrs. Mercedes is always a guarantee! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent dishes, welcoming service, and the perfect atmosphere for a romantic dinner: even the background music (always discreet and classy, from Bill Evans and Chet Baker to Stan Getz and Joao Gilberto) adds to the pleasure of spending an evening at Le Cicale di Veio.

The owners are very kind and helpful.
Exquisite ingredients come directly from Sicily.
What more can I say...you just have to go and try it.

Highly recommended for any season, even if you've had an argument or are angry, it will bring peace to your soul and stomach.

22/10/2025: Had dinner with colleagues. The food was good, with a variety of experiments. Some dishes, like the zucchini flowers, were perhaps not suitable for autumn, but they were still decent. They also have a lovely outdoor area. I would definitely recommend it.
19/10/2025: The food was very good—both the fried food and the gricia with shrimp were very good, as was the tiramisu in a cup, which was a great idea.
The staff wasn't the most attentive or friendly—we asked for bread twice and only got it on the third occasion, as well as water.

17/11/2025: Very tasteful coffee and nice pastry. Also they have a window great for reading with your coffee. No laptops allowed.
16/11/2025: The coffee was probably the best I’ve had here, but the temperature of the cappuccino was definitely overheated.
To get a coffee, you have to stand in quite a long line, even if you just want it to go. They definitely need to set up a separate line for people who want takeaway so they don’t have to wait together with those dining in.
