15/11/2025: In early November, I moved to the province of Viterbo, and since I had to have my QJ 800 serviced for the 12,000th anniversary, I made an appointment. Excellent welcome, punctual service, and as agreed, I waited just long enough for the service. Very thorough, they even apologized for not being able to provide a clean bike. I'll definitely be back for the next one, and maybe even switch vehicles. Highly recommended.

The mixed tasting menu, which allows you to discover different dishes in a single dish, is also excellent. Among the second courses, the tuna in a Bronte pistachio crust stands out for its perfect cooking and pairing with the radicchio and arugula salad.
