The appetizers are varied and sophisticated: from tender octopus served with creamed potatoes, to calamari on a cream of bell pepper, to delicious fried meatballs with sweet and sour sauce. The mixed tasting menu, which allows you to discover different dishes in a single dish, is also excellent. The first courses deserve a special mention: the fresh tagliatelle with calamari and truffle is a rich and refined dish, where the delicacy of the sea meets the intensity of truffle. Among the second courses, the tuna in a Bronte pistachio crust stands out for its perfect cooking and pairing with the radicchio and arugula salad. To conclude, the desserts are worthy of note: the artisanal Malaga-flavored ice cream served with Saint James Agricole rum is an unusual yet successful combination, leaving a lasting impression. 25/11/2025: I celebrated my son's baptism at this agriturismo last Sunday, and the watchwords were professionalism and organization. My husband and I had never been here before and were pleasantly impressed. A huge compliment to all the staff (the waiters were impeccable), and especially to Carlo, who managed to please us in every way. Everyone was thrilled: from the music, with Samuel (who was recommended to us by Carlo), to the decor curated by Luana (also recommended by Carlo), to the food, which met every need, including lactose intolerance and the needs of the two pregnant women. I really wanted everything to go smoothly, and La Corte in Fiore made my wish come true. A huge thank you from a mother and father who celebrated their son's first milestone.

All this is combined with the kindness of the staff, especially the very dear Francesco, a waiter renowned for his culinary and cultural recommendations. The rooms are clean, and the outdoor space is filled with greenery, a pool, and a farm. Excellent food. We will definitely return.

13/09/2025: Given the reviews, I was hoping for better, but unfortunately, it wasn't. Anyway, the food wasn't bad. I had vegan chocolate, coffee, pistachio, and alchermes zabaglione. All the products were perfectly adequate, except for one, but they lacked a certain oomph—let's say ethereal. The flavors were decently made from an ice cream standpoint, although the use of neutral flavors was perhaps excessive; more precisely, they were very fluffy, bordering on "fluffy." I found some impurities in the chocolate, I believe, due to the neutral flavor not having completely dissolved during preparation. The best experience was with the coffee and pistachio. The alchermes zabaglione flavor is incomprehensible... besides, zabaglione is a mixture where, in addition to egg yolk and sugar, there's always a WINE, from Marsala to other fortified and/or passito wines, never a LIQUEUR or a distillate. In these cases, it's better to use the definition "cream of..." In short, I didn't like it, even though I'm a friend of alchermes, since zuppa inglese is one of my favorite desserts. I'll definitely be back to try all the flavors and get a more complete idea.

15/08/2025: The place is modern, well-kept, and very beautiful in the residential center of Ostia between the ferries and the Panfili. The coffee and croissants are very good, the bill is also very reasonable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were very dissatisfied and disappointed by the owner's behavior, known for being a bit arrogant and unfriendly. We arrived late at 11:00 for breakfast and were told we couldn't have breakfast. He then told us we could have breakfast at the counter, and then we asked for a table since they were preparing it somewhere else entirely. The problem is that later, around 12:00, other people came in, and he welcomed them freely without saying anything, going to serve them at the table himself when we were supposed to get our own cups and croissants and bring them to ourselves. This was a different and unbalanced service that left much to be desired.
