The staff was attentive without ever being intrusive. The modern restaurant was very charming, and I should point out that the chairs are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. The first courses (Amatriciana and Gricia) were divine, as were the second courses (skewers with baked potatoes and sliced ​​beef with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan) made with quality ingredients. The first courses are excellent: the scampi cream risotto is creamy and rich in flavor, while the first course of the day is a real surprise, prepared with great care.
