15/12/2025: Braciami in Viterbo is a confirmation, not a surprise. We'd been there many years ago, and the quality has remained consistently high. The service is always warm and attentive, the products top-quality, the flavor combinations spot-on, and the dishes are beautiful to look at. The tacos, meatballs, and the Wild Roar are definitely worth trying. Desserts are a must: the Tiramisu and the Semifreddo, both exceptional. For four of us, we spent just €185, including a bottle of wine highly recommended by the staff. The quality is worth the price. Highly recommended, reservations required.

30/11/2025: Excellent value for money, typical local dishes, excellent cured meats and cheeses and superb house red wine, the waiter is very professional and friendly, the place is located just outside the Liri island, I recommend it wholeheartedly, you will feel right at home

Every dish we tried was a celebration of simplicity and authentic flavor, demonstrating meticulous attention to the selection of ingredients. A true pleasure for the palate. ​The Service: An Extra Touch of Friendliness ​A special mention goes to our waiter Alessandro. His professionalism and exquisite cordiality made our lunch even more enjoyable. Not only did he serve us attentively, but his excellent suggestions on the menu proved invaluable, guiding us to dishes that perfectly matched our tastes. His presence is a significant added value to the entire experience. ​In summary: Osteria Pignata e Cucchiara is the ideal place for those seeking sincere, quality cuisine, accompanied by impeccable, warm service. 06/07/2025: ***Revised from 1 star to 3 stars only because of Elda at the front desk reaching out to apologize! While we waited for a cab to take us to an evening event. Scheduled additional night after our tour group, 8 of us in 3 rooms. They made us change rooms. The desk agents, and manager told us come back after lunch and your bags will be moved for you into your new rooms and your rooms will be ready. returned after 1p, no rooms weren't ready, waited in the lobby, as one room at a time was prepared, first room was ready about 1:45p. Second at 2:10, third around 2:40. No apologies, no concessions.

16/12/2025: Just a stone's throw from the station, where not all the restaurants are great, I stumbled upon a really, really good one!!! I highly recommend it.

13/12/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant tonight, and it was a very peaceful evening from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We found everything we ate to be very well-balanced, delicious, and delicate. Like a Michelin-starred restaurant. We'll definitely be back ✨✨

03/11/2025: A truly unique, almost magical experience, enjoyed in the heart of a tuff cave that seems suspended in time. The menu was a constant discovery: sophisticated yet authentic dishes, where each ingredient is clearly perceived, like a symphony of local flavors presented with passion and respect. The soft egg with truffle and the tagliolini with cabbage definitely exceeded all expectations. Rarely do you taste cuisine so creative yet so deeply rooted in the land and memory. The Tellus wine, expertly served, completed a perfect sensory journey. It's just a shame the restaurant closed shortly afterward—we were lucky enough to arrive in time for an experience that will remain etched in our memory. A place that spoke to the heart and the palate.

Carbonara, Boscaiola pizza, the fried meatballs with cheese fondue, the pasta with sea bass, truffle and lemon, and finally the tiramisu (wonderful and light). The staff was very pleasant and the service was satisfactorily fast. Also, despite being so centrally located, it is good value for money. ❤️

26/10/2025: We were in Rome and went twice because it's impossible not to go back to this place. The people are cheerful, friendly, and responsible, the food is plentiful, and the value for money is unbeatable, especially given the area. Honestly, the food is super delicious and flavorful. The calzone is so delicious and filling, I highly recommend it, as are their pizzas 🥳🥳🥳🍕🍕 For dessert, I liked the cheesecake the most... oh my goodness, how light it was, 100,000 points.

29/10/2025: The pastry shop is amazing. We've always had good food there, both for lunch and dinner. The aperitivo is also good. It's a little more expensive than average in this area, but it's worth the extra cost.

12/10/2025: Very nice place, attentive and very helpful staff, professional and kind. My only regret after a very nice evening was paying €15 for 15 slices of cake, equivalent to €1 per slice (the cake was purchased from the local pastry shop, after all) seems very, very excessive, and in any case, you should at least be polite enough to mention it beforehand. .

The batter was perfect, but above all, the most delicious and surprising dessert I've had in the last 20 years. The service was impeccable, anticipating our needs.
