Ristorante curato e di ottima qualità! Piatti e servizio curati in maniera ecclesia. Servizio rapido. Abbiamo ordinato una novità, tagliolini con zucca e baccalà ed un classico, gricia con tonno...beh non saprei cosa preferite tra i due per la bontà di ogni piatto. Torneremo sicuramente. Nice restaurant of excellent quality! Dishes and service prepared in an ecclesiastical manner. Quick service. We ordered something new, tagliolini with pumpkin and cod and a classic, gricia with tuna... well I don't know what you prefer between the two due to the goodness of each dish. It's true that I've been going to this restaurant with family, friends or as a couple for years, and I must say that I've always eaten really well here. The chef is incredibly talented, every dish is prepared with care and taste, and the guys have always been extremely welcoming and thoughtful. It's a pleasure to come back here every time and enjoy such an exceptional dining experience

A certainty of catering. Wide choice of dishes and wines, very kind and well-trained staff and a welcoming environment. I regularly come for lunch or dinner at this restaurant which I consider to be one of the best in Latina. Never banal, refined dishes and always updated. Excellent for both business lunches/dinners and for outings with friends or with your destination. Highly recommended

Il cibo è davvero eccellente, di ottima qualità e ben impiattato,personale preparato e cortese,il locale avrebbe però bisogno di un pò più di luce e pulizia....

Locale molto carino, accogliente. In linea con i 2 fratelli Titolari, simpatici e preparati. Il modo di interpretare la cucina di pesce non trova purtroppo il mio personale riscontro: è mia opinione che il pesce va esaltato e non "coperto" con sughi, puree, accostamenti azzardati. Abbiamo provato una degustazione di mare, tanto polipo, purea, altro pesce che però si faceva fatica a riconoscere, per quantità e perchè troppo "coperto". Poi un primo con una pasta di pesce ed un secondo con calamari, ma ancora abbinamenti mare/terra non indovinati a parer mio, ma che soprattutto "nascondono" il delicato sapore del pesce che tra sughi con mozzarella e/o dai sapori decisi della tradizione romana (ma di terra) "sparisce" letteralmente e non viene percepito. Nulla da dire sulla bontà del risultato gastronomico che risulta di buon livello; ma per gli amanti del pesce, che si aspettano il pesce protagonista a tavola , ci si può rimaner delusi. Buono il dolce (torta al cioccolato) , prosecco e liquirizia. Conto un pò alto rispetto alla media.
