Eden Lab In Roma

The location is a small laboratory with some seats inside and some seats outside and for it being August 5th perhaps the best choice was to dine inside, the gazebo outside and the plastic covers didn't help the flow of air. The strong dishes in my opinion are the fried foods, of all types, truly very tasty. We tried the Bronte supplì, the Carbonaro and the Roman supplì, the latter really good and at a very normal price of around 1.20, the Bronte perhaps slightly expensive and the pistachio not too tasty, the Carbonaro not received. The food porn, on the other hand, is on another level, we took the boiled beef meatballs with pistachio (6 euros) and the buffalo alla norma (8 euros), both really tasty, the buffalo had a bed and a covering of truly normal sauce tasty, super tasty, the meatballs were slightly dry inside but with all the seasoning of the dish they created a succulent composition (mix of stracciatella and pistachio). For the second course we took two sandwiches, one with pulled pork and an Eden Burger, the pulled sandwich was edible as there was only pulled pork inside while on top of it was covered with pulled pork and pistachio cream, the tastes in the mouth were clearly distinguishable. The Enden, on the other hand, was rejected, as well as being enormous in size and impossible to bite into, the flavors were too many and not blended together, the onions might as well not have been there, the meat was not too tasty and was covered by a cream of pistachios that was too present inside and outside, while the stracciatella that moistened the bread was also too covering, too much of everything. The bill at the end for a trio of suppli, two fried food porn, two sandwiches, two bottled beers, a small coke, a water and two coffees, we spent around 62 euros, right price? Having tried several quality hamburger shops more or less like Eden, the price is reasonable, we will try the restaurant that has a greater choice of dishes, including first and second courses.

Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa da questo ristorante! I piatti sono squisiti e sinceramente non capisco le cattive recensioni che ne hanno scritto. Le pappardelle con ragù, funghi e pistacchio sono favolose, assolutamente da provare! Consiglio di rimanere leggeri e di non ordinare troppe cose perchè i piatti sono molto conditi e carichi (ovviamente buonissimi).

We had a great time. The dishes are very abundant and tasty and therefore, I recommend not to overdo it. A mix of appetizers and a burger are more than enough to savor the delights of the laboratory. Yuri was an attentive and polite waiter. I definitely recommend trying it!

Eden restaurant is located on Braccianese Claudia in Rome, not very large but welcoming and intimate location, kind and professional staff, offers particular pistachio-based dishes, tongs and good quality hamburger sandwiches. To try.

Intimate restaurant. Fabulous furnishings, genuine and excellent quality products! Friendliness, friendliness and cheerfulness of the managers who are always present with discretion. Very good! I arrived as a pilgrim on the Via Francigena, after walking 30 kilometers, how delicious it is to eat here! A place to recommend to all pistachio lovers!

Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante di Boccea, io, mio marito e mia figlia con una coppia di amici con la loro bimba ... Servizio molto attento e gentile (soprattutto nei confronti delle bimbe...) Menù molto ampio... Abbiamo provato 3 antipasti, e 3 primi ... Gli antipasti molto buoni (soprattutto il mix di fritti ..) i primi ci hanno un po' appesantito e stomacato ... Prezzi medio alti....
