I came for dinner with my wife. We ate very well and appreciated the customer service from all the staff. Highly recommended. We'll be back to try the mortadella sticks.

After seeing countless Instagram posts, I took advantage of a short stay in Rome to try Eden, the pistachio paradise. We ordered a Carbo burger, a deconstructed Carbo pistachionara, and two warm pistachio-filled cakes: everything was delicious, with well-balanced ingredients and beautiful presentation. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. We were very satisfied.

I've been to this heavenly place for dinner several times...from appetizers to desserts, a true explosion of taste and flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful, the service is fairly quick...the prices are in line with other restaurants, and the ingredients are top-quality. Highly recommended (especially for pistachio lovers).

01/05/2026: I visited this restaurant for May Day and was impressed by the quality of the dishes: excellent appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Special mention for the Fiorentina steak: truly good. The service, however, could be improved; it was a bit unfriendly. The quality/price ratio was good.
05/04/2026: A truly delicious restaurant, with a welcoming interior. This is my fourth time here recently, and I've always been pleased, both with the quality of the food (the meat is fantastic, not to mention the fried artichokes) and the very friendly and helpful service.
