21/09/2025: TOP CLASS!!!!! Probably, no, definitely one of the best places I've ever eaten. The ingredients are carefully selected, excellent, and incredibly fresh. Everything was good, except the cappellacci. Those were poetic; the tomatoes weren't industrial, they were homemade, and you could tell. Boiled, peeled, and beautifully prepared tomatoes. You could see it. The ricotta and sage filling was out of this world. These cappellacci were probably the best first course I've ever eaten in my life. The service was wonderful; the girls and boys were incredibly kind and professional. It was an aunt's birthday, but I'll definitely be back. BRAVISSI!!!!!!!

13/09/2025: Great experience! We went with a small group of friends: I had a truly excellent pasta alla gricia (crispy bacon, just the right amount of flavor) and, for dessert, the peach tiramisu, a lovely summer idea that turned out great. I booked through their website without a hitch; then I had to change the number of people, and via WhatsApp everything went very smoothly. The friendly and helpful staff (special mention to Fabrizio, who was friendly and very kind) made us feel at ease right away. I will definitely repeat the experience. The only downside: the reserved parking in the garage was already full when we arrived, and generally seems to be limited. That said, we easily found street parking a short distance away.

18/05/2025: We have eaten at this pizzeria a couple of times and have always loved it. Typical Roman pizza, low and crispy, with various and excellent toppings. There is a large parking lot in front and it is not difficult to find a table. Excellent prices

07/10/2025: On our last day in Rome, we discovered this restaurant, a haven of peace in the bustling Trastevere. Exquisite home-style cooking and wonderful service. Highly recommended. I don't usually take photos of food, but here's one of spaghetti carbonara in a crispy cheese basket—spectacular.

05/07/2025: From cocktails to dinner everything was excellent and quality food!! Super staff!! Update: After a year or so that I hadn't gone because I had a bad experience the other night we saw that the "old" bartender or in any case the girl who runs the place had returned and as if by magic everything went as it once was, very kind staff, fabulous cocktails, perfect service!! So for those like us who hadn't gone because we had a bad experience, COME BACK because it's really worth it!!!

29/06/2025: A point of reference in Centocelle! I often go to Brikke for breakfast and every time it is a pleasure. The environment is welcoming, the staff is always very kind and helpful. They have an excellent selection of croissants, pizzas and even spit-roasted meat - ideal both for starting the day well and for a quick but tasty lunch. The quality is always high and you can feel the attention to detail. Highly recommended for those who are in the area or want to discover a nice place in Centocelle!

30/09/2025: I relied on the reviews, happy to have finally found a place to eat good seafood. Unfortunately, I found the atmosphere to be very dirty and poorly maintained, no wine on the menu (and the one served was of terrible quality), the mussel soup with only a few mussels, many of which were closed and tasteless, the first course of spaghetti and clams (with only lupini beans) was inedible, and the dish of the day (gnocchi with salmon and pistachios) had a questionable flavor: they actually served me a plate of gnocchi with tomato sauce (and not with creamed salmon as I had been told) with literally two pieces of salmon and a few soft pistachio grains. The staff is very friendly, but everything else needs updating.

29/09/2025: My girlfriend and I had dinner on Saturday evening at this little restaurant across the street from our house. It was a totally positive experience, with excellent, fast service and the owners being incredibly friendly. The food was very good and the prices were honestly average. We'll be back.

13/09/2025: Impeccable service in a family atmosphere: the young woman who served us was very friendly and professional. Attentive to our needs. Exquisite dishes, trout with pizzutello and lard will be addictive... I know it!!! Every dish is carefully prepared.

30/08/2025: Went with a study abroad group and had an AMAZING experience. We were taught folk dance and made desserts. The food was amazing and the views were beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

07/10/2025: While searching for vegan restaurants, we found this place on HappyCow. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the staff is relaxed and friendly, making our stay very pleasant. The food is incredibly good, and we highly recommend the carbonara and tiramisu ❤️

06/10/2025: Highly recommend! Generous portions and delicious flavours. We tried the carbonara pasta, creamy mushroom pasta, sliced seitan, potatoes and speck pizza, and tiramisu - everything was excellent! We’d definitely come back next time we’re in Rome.

03/10/2025: I rarely write reviews—good or bad—as I’ve always felt that my single experience may not reflect an establishment as a whole. But after spending three wonderful nights at Hotel Locarno with my wife and 3-year-old son, I feel certain that what we experienced is not unique to us, but the true spirit of this hotel. To begin with, the property itself is stunning. The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying for all of us (including our little one), and the evening aperitivi were always a delight. Every aspect of the amenities and atmosphere was exceptional. Then there is the location - to us, the location could not be beat. What truly set Hotel Locarno apart, however, was the people. From the playful and warm Davide, to the kind and gracious Maurizio, to the cheerful and informative Ricardo—every single person we met radiated genuine care and kindness. The professionalism, warmth, and personal attention we received were unlike anything we’ve experienced in other hotels, whether in the US or abroad. Traveling with a lively 3-year-old can sometimes be a challenge, yet the staff treated him with patience, joy, and understanding. It’s one thing to extend kindness to adults who know the unspoken etiquette of a place, but to welcome a young child with such generosity and grace is something truly rare—and deeply appreciated. We will absolutely be returning to Hotel Locarno and hope to make it our home base for longer stays in the future. Until then, we will fondly remember this beautiful hotel and the remarkable people who made our time there so special.

01/10/2025: This is a great little gem of a hotel for you to consider when staying in Rome. It's celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2025, so expect the quirky charm of an older establishment. The staff is attentive and courteous, and English isn't a problem if your Italian isn't up to par. Our corner room was large, as well as the bathroom. The claw foot tub was cool, but it made the shower less than luxurious (and a lot of water on the floor). Charming bar/restaurant seating area with a retractable roof. Located a few blocks from the Spanish Steps.

03/10/2025: If you want to try authentic, typical Italian food, this is the place to be—the best dinner I've ever had! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on our trip through Italy and were absolutely thrilled. The service, the food, the ambiance, and the price were all absolutely outstanding! Grazie mille! Buonissimo!

14/09/2025: A very welcoming, clean place where meat dishes are the star... a family atmosphere, the owner is very helpful and kind, recommended for both business and family dinners. I recommend trying it... you definitely won't be disappointed... good value for money 👍

04/10/2025: We drank cocktails here (the worst of our lives) and smoked a shisha, which was okay. The ambiance is rather cold and uninspiring, but the lounge chairs on the roof terrace are very comfortable. The service was friendly, and the restrooms were mediocre.
