08/10/2025: Hmm... My 11th trip... 28 days in Italy... Overall... This was the restaurant I felt the most offended by... Mom, me, and the three of us went... None of us could eat properly and left feeling bloated... It was my child's birthday, so we wanted to enjoy some good food in a nice place, but we went there. But the outdoor seating was only a course meal... We're all girls... Everyone was ordering one pizza per person, so we decided to try it too, so we ordered three, but we only ate one and had to take two to go. We can't eat much... Plus, my child and I don't eat much, but this was our first trip with just Mom... When the three of us ordered, there was always too much leftover... After about three tries, we decided to stop worrying about leaving too much and just order as much as we could. That's why we ordered so well during our 25-day trip to Italy before coming to this restaurant... At first, we were hesitant because we were told that the outdoor seating was limited to course meals... We made a reservation because there was outdoor seating where we could order a la carte. We'd been eating a salad, a pasta, and one of the main dishes, and it was just the right amount for us... but here, we ordered this... This was the first restaurant that ever said anything to us... I didn't reserve a table for a course meal, I chose a la carte... Formality is important, but... we put that aside and focused on not leaving any food behind... In Korea, leaving food behind for a child is bad for the environment. Even if you only leave a little, it's okay if you leave one, but there are many people like you who leave food behind, and that adds up to environmental pollution. Do you know how much effort goes into growing and harvesting these ingredients? You can eat like this, but there are many friends who can't. That's my perspective, so I think ordering in moderation is the right thing to do!!! Oh... I was really thinking about it while eating... We ordered enough for all three of us, but it didn't fit, so we left some food... It's my child's fault... For some reason, two bees kept hovering around our table, and the child screamed... That was a plus too... Anyway... I paid 295,000 won... and came out feeling so uncomfortable and sick... This is the first time in my 11 trips to Europe... But the food wasn't bad.

10/09/2025: *Update * The restaurant manager, Paola, kindly came to our table and asked for more feedback to improve. She was very understanding, kind, and willing to listen to what we had to say about our experience. I am updating my review to 5 stars because I deeply appreciate any establishment that takes reviews and customer experience seriously. Paola made us feel heard and I am confident she will take our feedback to improve in the future. Outside of the wine and the payment the first day we were here for lunch, every other time we have been here has been great, especially for dinner. Our dinner server (Paolo? I believe. He has been living in Rome for 20yrs) was professional and kind as well. The views are beautiful and the food was fresh and tasty, especially the supplì. You are paying high prices for the views and ambience. We are here for our honeymoon and staying at the hotel. We went here for lunch. My husband ordered white wine, I had water to drink. The server who brought out the wine asked if I wanted a taste and I said yes. After the tasting, she poured us both a little bit to share, it was not at all a “full” glass of wine, which is what we asked for because I didn’t want my own. He ordered another wine, this time I did not want any more so they poured a full glass for him. She also offered us some bread. We had lunch and were given the bill. They had charged us for 3 caliches of wine instead of 2. We also were surprised at the additional charge of bread, if we would have known it was not complimentary we would not have gotten it. When we explained this politely to our main server, she got a bit defensive and asked us why we didn’t call her over earlier. How would we have known ahead of time that you would have charged us incorrectly…? Also, there should be better communication between all the servers if multiple people are going to serve us then get confused on what we ordered. If we did order 3 wines, they also should work on consistent pouring of the wine (however that’s not what we ordered, we ordered 1 wine to share and 1 wine for my partner to enjoy, hence why two glasses were barely full the first time, and the second time it was a full glass). Rather than apologizing they seemed argumentative. Another server who was a man came over to assist us again after fixing our bill to remove the additional wine we didn’t order, and asked if we wanted it charged to our room or to a card. My husband said please don’t charge it to our room, charge it to another card. The server takes our card and receipt away. When he returns, he tells us it was already charged to our room. We were a little frustrated because what was the point of asking if you were going to charge our room anyway? Seems a little bit disorganized, they can work on customer service to ensure the guest is happy. After a long day of waking with our luggage through the hot streets we expected a little bit more care and professionalism.

11/10/2025: Very good pizzas, which are their specialty. I ordered the Caprichosa to share with some starters: delicious fried mozzarella balls and equally delicious fried potato balls. There's no terrace.

07/10/2025: Very tasty food and cozy place to eat! We loved it so much that we were there two times. Very friendly and helpful personal, they served also beer from local producers. It was near our hotel, so we were lucky to find such a gemstone! Recommend with pleasure, you'll not be disappointed!

15/10/2025: This is a place I'd normally go to, but I happened to pass by and ended up going to an open-air restaurant. They said there was one seat left, so I was shown to a table outside. I ordered an octopus appetizer and fettuccine with oxtail ragu. The octopus was amazing. Speaking of which, the fettuccine was undersalted, but the oxtail was already seasoned, which was nice. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were friendly and the food was delicious.

10/10/2025: My partner and I had booked this restaurant well in advance on the advice of the Routard. We were very disappointed! However, everything started well: the restaurant is well located, the decor is nice, and the person who welcomed us was rather friendly. Things went downhill from there. When it came time to order, I informed the waiter that it was stated in the Routard that if we showed this guide, we were entitled to a free aperitif. Is this what made our experience so unpleasant? The waiter still brought us our two glasses. Then, he was very rude, practically throwing our plates on the table without looking at us and without a word. Regarding the food, we were rather disappointed given the rave reviews we had read. The starters were disappointing, and the pasta was quite good, but the quantities were not very generous for a rather high price. We didn't want to have dessert given the unfriendly service. In short, a big disappointment!

04/10/2025: A TASTE OF HOME! A welcoming, family-run restaurant with warm staff. In short, it feels like Sunday lunch at grandma's! And that's exactly it... there's truly grandma in the kitchen, making mouth-watering dishes! The waiter, who is also her son, was excellent... ask for advice. Tasty appetizers that might already fill you up... but trust me, try the first courses too... they're truly delicious! Super-fair value for money! If you're passing through Cori, you absolutely must stop by.

07/10/2025: On our last day in Rome, we discovered this restaurant, a haven of peace in the bustling Trastevere. Exquisite home-style cooking and wonderful service. Highly recommended. I don't usually take photos of food, but here's one of spaghetti carbonara in a crispy cheese basket—spectacular.

Gianluca is an attentive host, always available and capable of making every guest feel special. The food is top-quality—dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor. Each course speaks to the passion and professionalism of those working in the kitchen. The atmosphere is welcoming, the timing perfect, and the price-quality ratio excellent. Highly recommended! I will definitely be back.

01/09/2025: Excellent from the butcher to the restaurant. You can taste the quality. You can taste it.

30/08/2025: The restaurant is on a provincial road, relatively isolated; it consists of two rather welcoming rooms. The staff is friendly; we start with the first courses: trofie del macellaio and pappardelle with wild boar; the portions are generous and the dishes are tasty. For the second course, we order a fillet steak and a tagliata del chef (with an assortment of garnishes: porcini mushrooms, smoked provola cheese, and salad with parmesan). The tagliata—most of the portion—is very tough and difficult to chew. The fries are excessively greasy (wasn't it placed on paper towels?) and partially raw inside. The fillet steak is decent. The bill is a bit high for the quality of the meal: without wine, appetizers and dessert are well over €40/person. We were especially disappointed with the meat.

07/10/2025: While searching for vegan restaurants, we found this place on HappyCow. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the staff is relaxed and friendly, making our stay very pleasant. The food is incredibly good, and we highly recommend the carbonara and tiramisu ❤️

06/10/2025: Highly recommend! Generous portions and delicious flavours. We tried the carbonara pasta, creamy mushroom pasta, sliced seitan, potatoes and speck pizza, and tiramisu - everything was excellent! We’d definitely come back next time we’re in Rome.
