13/09/2025: Poor, second-rate fish, like the Chinese, slow and unprofessional service. They brought us an already-open bottle of prosecco to the table. Not to mention the lunch with bees circling our plates, making us ask to move to the inside dining room (they would have left us there). After the appetizer, we didn't continue; we just asked for the bill. We'll never return.

06/08/2025: We came for dinner. The food was excellent. We had appetizers of bruschetta, saltimbocca parmigiana, and supplì (all strictly seafood), exceptional... the first courses were exquisite, everything delicious, we had a great time. We'll definitely be back.

24/08/2025: We arrived Saturday evening, August 23rd, at 8:00 PM. The restaurant was completely empty. All the tables were reserved. We wanted to eat pizza. There were three of us, so we decided to sit at a small table somewhere. The restaurant was completely empty. They wouldn't let us eat. This is a sign of incompetence and ignorance. Why wouldn't three people, including a seven-year-old child and two teenagers, leave when the restaurant was still empty? I wish them the best of luck.

07/09/2025: Hello, I wanted to tell you about my experience with my family who booked in this hotel. We can't say anything about the welcome, but the room was dirty and not cleaned well as there were dirty sheets, e-cigarette butts on the floor and in the bathroom a chewing gum stuck to the sink, dirty shower and dirty curtain of who knows what, in my opinion it is not hygienic even if you stay one night because the price is not low enough to find all this and yet it should not happen.

29/06/2025: In Ladispoli there are fast food restaurants, in Ladispoli you will find a lot of junk food, in Ladispoli you will find many places to eat, most of which do not deserve a second visit. Then there is Red and Black. Which with well thought out combinations, with passion, with precision and with raw materials of absolute quality makes pinsa, hamburgers, sandwiches and anything else that will leave you speechless. A menu that satisfies any need and a professionalism that is almost impossible to find in these parts. Go there, do yourself this favor or order from their website if you live in those parts. The place stays open until late at night, another choice that will pay off in the medium term. The prices are perfectly consistent with the quality of the raw materials and we know that quality has to be paid for. But compared to the mediocrity that is found around, Red and Black is a rare bird in a suffocating gastronomic panorama like that of Ladispoli. Well done, really well done! Don't give up!

15/09/2025: What can I say? A very elegant restaurant, impeccable service, exquisite and succulent dishes, not to mention the immense wine list with fine wines, and last but not least, the prices are fair. Furthermore, both fish and meat dishes are served. If I really have to nitpick, but it could be subjective because I am a good eater, perhaps everything would be perfect if the dishes were slightly more abundant. All in all, if you want to eat well and want to make a good impression by inviting someone to lunch or dinner, this is the right restaurant!

05/09/2025: We found ourselves in the area after a stroll through Formia, and stopped at this restaurant, a Slow Food Presidium. They brought us an entrée while we waited to order. With a wide selection of wines, we opted for marzolino cheese, fried calamari, a mixed house antipasto, and eggplant parmigiana. We continued with ricotta-filled ravioli and seared cuttlefish with a side of chicory. For a total of €130, Very professional service. They have both an indoor and outdoor dining area.

12/10/2025: It's hard to find a good place in Rome that isn't a tourist trap, even more so in Trastevere. This place is good; the food is okay, but the prices are a bit high. There are three seating areas: inside the two-story restaurant, outside, and in the illuminated area. The atmosphere is nice and it's not as noisy as it seems, but the tables are quite close together, which can be uncomfortable. The line, while long, moves quickly, so don't miss this opportunity. I was craving spaghetti alla vongole, and they don't have it everywhere, so we chose this restaurant. The flavors are good; it was what I was looking for up to a point; I've had better. The mixed fish was the best thing we ordered; it was delicious! As for the service, it's not that they're unfriendly or mean to you, but because there's so much demand, the waiters are a bit rude and under a lot of pressure.

09/09/2025: Walking past this restaurant, you might get the impression that it's exclusive and exquisite... It's just an impression. We haven't eaten worse in Italy. 1) We waited less than 30 minutes for our order to be taken. The place was only 1/3 full, so there was no rush. 2) The waiter - complete professionalism! Old-school waitressing 👌 Several languages, patience, and knowledge. 3) The second 30 minutes was spent waiting for calamari, a few shrimp, and... two pizzas... an absolute record in Italy. 4) The pizza was nothing special. The egg on the pizza must have been made yesterday or this morning - and it tasted that way too. The calamari... a bouquet of dirty, uncleaned grill flavors. It was inedible. I'm leaving out many details that made us feel sorry for ourselves. The facade, viewed from the road, is superb! The waitstaff was excellent, despite the long wait. ...and the rest was an absolute Italian disaster. Something's not right there, and they might be running on the fumes of their old reputation. What a waste of money!

23/09/2025: One of those places that can only ruin the ever challenging hospitality scene of Rome. Not even in a touristic area, yet the service does not exist. As regards to cleanless, when we found a hair and asked for a new spoon, one of the employees made a racist joke against us in Italian, which we understood.

14/09/2025: My husband and I went for dinner a few months ago and were impressed by the unexpected variety of menu options. In fact, we're returning today with our kids to try something else, since the baked fish with potatoes I had and the pasta my husband had were both delicious.

27/09/2025: I had lunch with friends at this restaurant, and everything was very good. The place is casual but has a large outdoor area. Parking is a bit difficult, but the quality of the food, which is generously served, makes up for it.

21/09/2025: EXCELLENT!!! In the heart of eastern Rome's outskirts lies this family-run restaurant of unrivaled quality. The owners' smiles welcome you. The fish is wonderful, the prices are fair, and for those who enjoy wood-fired pizza, this is the perfect place. Below are photos of the fish I ordered, including the raw ham.
