11/10/2025: Prices are too high for what they serve. I was here 7 years ago and nothing has changed, even though I hoped they'd improve.

20/01/2026: Beautiful location, I have to try it for an aperitif... I stopped by chance, very good leavened products. The pastry shop didn't thrill me, though, I must say it was 11:30 pm, I have to try the cakes! I will definitely be back, excellent discovery!

16/05/2026: Excellent bar, very nice and very spacious, private room and outdoor room, well stocked with rums and high-quality liqueurs, excellent aperitifs, excellent coffee and a super-stocked breakfast, excellent service and very knowledgeable as well as friendly and kind staff, everything well-kept and clean, Amazon collection point, SuperEnalotto, the service is excellent, Fabio the owner is a wonderful and very kind person.

18/03/2026: It was the most delicious fettuccine and ravioli we've ever had. We're absolutely glad we came. I'm surprised by the comments about the waiters; everyone was so attentive and friendly. Christian, in particular, was probably the best waiter I've ever seen. He noticed me looking at the order of the next table and explained it to them without me having to ask. When he saw my phone in my hand while serving the fettuccine, he pulled the table closer to ours and prepared the service that way. It was a very enjoyable meal. We realized that such a famous person must know something. By the way, we went with a reservation and didn't wait at all.

18/03/2026: A bit overrated. Especially suitable for foreigners. Too long between courses. The artichokes cooked four different ways were nothing special, but the artichoke lasagna was delicious.

03/05/2026: Don't be fooled by the fake reviews. This restaurant is on the Ostia seafront, but the owner clearly thinks he's in Porto Cervo. I didn't like the first course: a risotto where the licorice covered every other flavor (an hour's wait for this dish). I agree with the other customers: Mr. Marco has a showy, arrogant, and pushy manner, which he probably uses to throw people off by the absurd prices, which are very vague on the menu. That said, a €6 cover charge is insane. Especially since the service is subpar and therefore completely out of line. The INCOMPETENT waitress didn't even know what was on her plate, and there were other mix-ups... for that kind of money (~€150 per person), the service, location, and table setting should be far superior. Anyone who says otherwise has never experienced quality service.

30/04/2026: Found by chance, I think it's the only restaurant in Ostia worthy of its name. I'm truly impressed by the freshness of the fish. Honestly, I don't like writing reviews, but I have to say something because when you're pleasantly surprised and satisfied, you have to praise the expertise, the skill... what can I say if you don't go?! You don't know what you're missing.

24/12/2025: Fontellisola is "The restaurant" where I practically grew up, I saw it when it still had a swimming pool and it remains to this day a place where you feel at home, you eat delicious local products in generous portions, homemade wines, beers on tap, their focaccia and homemade bread with their appetizers first of all ABSOLUTELY worth trying!

09/12/2025: We went to eat at this restaurant based on the good reviews, but the experience wasn't the best. The road to the restaurant was bumpy, and after parking, they sat us down. We waited five minutes, and the place slowly filled up. Then those five minutes turned into ten. When we finally managed to ask for the menu, the waiter, quite annoyed, told us the menu himself. After telling us the specials of the day, one of us asked if they had polenta, having seen it, even though he hadn't mentioned it at all. When the dishes arrived, they looked good, and indeed they were. For dessert, we had to wait 15 minutes, at the end of which the same waiter, instead of telling us what desserts were available, told us we had to get up to look in the refrigerator. Realizing we were about to leave without dessert, the waiter led us to the refrigerator and pointed to the desserts, but he didn't get any of them right. Out of desperation, and to be on the safe side, we ordered two tiramisu, which was actually a semifreddo (more cold than semifreddo, practically frozen) with sponge cake and cream ice cream. In the end, we paid and left feeling very disappointed.

30/01/2026: The Taste of Tuscany in Tivoli. An authentic, family-run experience. If you're looking for the essence of Tuscan cuisine, this restaurant is a guarantee. The quality of the ingredients is the absolute protagonist, with homemade preparations that make all the difference: from fresh pasta, perfectly wrinkled, Everything is accompanied by an excellent selection of wines, perfect for enhancing the traditional dishes. The balance between cost and yield is perfect, but there's a small "bargain" to be made: the cuisine is express. Since each dish is freshly prepared to ensure its freshness, wait times may be a little longer than expected. But then again, excellence doesn't like rushing. In a world running at gigabit speed, this restaurant reminds us that quality takes its time. Think of the wait not as a delay, but as the loading process necessary for a high-resolution gastronomic experience. It's absolutely worth it!

06/06/2026: What can I say? A fantastic atmosphere, Alessandro's helpfulness and professionalism are priceless, the pastry shop is excellent (compliments to Laura), and the cocktails are exceptional...!!! A paradise in Rome....!! Recommended!

03/05/2026: Hotel with an excellent location, friendly staff ready to help you with any request, super clean and well-organized rooms, we also had dinner at their restaurant, the dishes were well-cooked and good raw materials, the only flaw is that they make you pay for the cover charge which is prohibited in Lazio... a note on this sour note... the sister 🙏❤️

03/07/2025: Location veramente carina, abbiamo cenato con una coppia di amici. Cibo ricercato, ottimamente preparato e servito. Personale molto cortese e veloce. È stato meraviglioso cenare guardando il mare. Tutto pulitissimo e curato nei dettagli. Nessun problema col parcheggio. Simpatia e professionalità da parte di chiunque. Il posto ideale per una serata romantica e rilassante.

13/02/2026: For my birthday, I chose Pizzeria Ghisby, ordering five different pizza slices and supplì. The experience exceeded all expectations. Special thanks go to Adriano, who proved to be an exemplary professional, managing the order with extreme care. The quality of the product won over everyone present: the guests not only enjoyed it, but also requested numerous second helpings throughout the evening. I am completely satisfied with my choice and highly recommend Ghisby to anyone seeking quality, punctuality, and excellent service.
